Whereas Commissioner for Workmen Compensation, Mumbai has deposited with this Court a sum of ` 1,10,072 (Rupees One Lakh Ten Thousand and Seventy Two only) as Compensation to be distributed to the dependents of the deceased Sri Thomas R. Mani, who met with a fatal accident while employed under the Mathew Varghese, Proprietor, M/s. J. S. Road ways, Agarwal, Chamber No. 5, Sector No. 19, Vashi, Mumbai and whereas it is reported that
1. Smt. Usha Varghese, Manthottam, Punnathala North, Thirumullavaram P. O., Kollam—Wife.
2. Smt. Meenu Thomas, Mantri Park, Orchid, H. No. 203, Dinooshi, Gorgaon, Mumbai-65— Daughter.
ശ്രീ. മാത്യൂ വർഗീസ്, പ്രൊപ്രൈറ്റർ, ജെ. എസ്. റോഡ് വേയ്സ്, അഗർവാൾ, ചേംമ്പർ നമ്പർ 5, സെക്ടർ നമ്പർ 19, വാഷി, മുംബൈ എന്നയാളുടെ കീഴിൽ ജോലി നോക്കി വരവെ അപകടമു≠ായി മരണമടഞ്ഞ ശ്രീ. തോമസ് ആർ. മാണിയുടെ ആശ്രിതർക്ക് എംπോയീസ് കോമ്പൻസേഷൻ നൽകുന്നതിനായി ` 1,10,072 (ഒരു ലക്ഷത്തി പതിനായിരത്തി എഴുപത്തി ര≠് രൂപ മാത്രം) ഈ ഓഫീസിൽ കെട്ടിവച്ചിരിക്കുന്നു. അന്വേഷണം നടത്തിയതിൽ ടിയാന്റെ ആശ്രിതരായി
1. ശ്രീമതി ഉഷാ വർഗീസ്, മാന്തോട്ടം, പുന്നത്തല നോർത്ത്, തിരുമുല്ലാവാരം പി. ഒ., കൊല്ലം—ഭാര്യ.
2. ശ്രീമതി മീനു തോമസ്, മാൻട്രി പാർക്ക്, ഓർക്കിഡ്, ഹൗസ് നമ്പർ-203, ദിനോഷി, ഗോർഗൺ, മുംബൈ-65—മകൾ.
എന്നിവർ മാത്രമേയുള്ളൂ എന്നും റിപ്പോർട്ട് ലഭിച്ചിരിക്കുന്നു. ടിയാന്റെ ആശ്രിതർ എന്ന് മേൽ വിവരിച്ച നിർവചനത്തിൽ ഉൾപ്പെടുന്നവരായി വേറെ ആരെങ്കിലുമു≠െങ്കിൽ ഈ നോട്ടീസ് കേരള ഗവൺമെന്റ ് ഗസറ്റിൽ രേഖപ്പെടുത്തുന്ന തീയതി മുതൽ 15 ദിവസത്തിനകം ഈ ആഫീസിൽ രേഖാമൂലം ഹാജരായി തെളിയിക്കേ≠തും അവധി കഴിഞ്ഞുള്ള ഹർജികൾ പരിഗണിക്കപ്പെടുന്നതല്ലാത്തതുമാകുന്നു.
