The Supplementary Select List of SIs fit for promotion as CIs for the year 2006 (for the vacancies in 2007) and Select List of SIs fit for promotion as CIs for the year 2009 and 2012 (for the vacancies in 2010 and 2013 respectively) published vide Police Headquarters Notifications Nos. T4-68738/2007 dated 28-12-2007, T4-23363/2010 dated 4-9-2010 and T4-88014/2013 dated 29-11-2013 stands modified to this extent.

തൃശ്ശൂർ കെ. എ. പി. ഒന്നാം ബറ്റാലിയനിൽ സൂക്ഷിച്ചിരി ക്കുന്നതും ഡിപ്പാർട്ട്മെന്റിന് ഉപയോഗയോഗ്യമല്ലാത്തതുമായ താഴെ വിവരിക്കുന്ന ഡിപ്പാർട്ട്മെന്റ ് വാഹനങ്ങൾ 2015 സെപ്റ്റംബർ 17-ാം തീയതി പകൽ 11 മണിക്ക് കെ. എ. പി. ഒന്നാം ബറ്റാലിയനിൽവച്ച് പരസ്യമായി ലേലം ചെയ്യുന്നതി നായി തീരുമാനിച്ചിരിക്കുന്നു.
ലേലം/ടെ≠ർ തുകയുടെ പകുതി ലേലസ്ഥലത്ത് വച്ചു അടയ്ക്കേ≠തും ബാക്കി തുക ലേലം/ടെ≠ർ സ്ഥിരപ്പെടുത്തിയ ഉത്തരവ് കിട്ടി 10 ദിവസത്തിനകം അടച്ച് വാഹനം സ്വന്തം ചെലവിൽ കൊ≠ുപോകേ≠തുമാണ്.
ലേലം കൊ≠യാൾ മേൽപറഞ്ഞ നിബന്ധനകൾ ലംഘിക്കുന്നപക്ഷം ടിയാൻ അടച്ച നിരതദ്രവ്യം സർക്കാരി ലേക്ക് മുതൽ കൂട്ടുന്നതും വാഹനം പുനർ ലേലം ചെയ്യുന്ന തുമാണ്.പുനർ ലേലത്തിൽ സർക്കാരിന് എന്തെങ്കിലും നഷ്ടം സംഭവിച്ചാൽ ആയതിന് മുൻലേലക്കാരൻ ഉത്തരവാദി യാകുന്നതും ആയത് ടിയാനിൽനിന്ന് ഈടാക്കുന്നതുമാണ്.
എന്നാൽ പുനർ ലേലത്തിൽ കൂടുതൽ തുക ലഭിച്ചാൽ ആയതിന് ടിയാൻ അർഹനായിരിക്കുന്നതല്ല.
