PROCEEDINGS OF THE ADDITIONAL DIRECTOR GENERAL OF POLICE (HQ), POLICE

HEADQUARTERS, THIRUVANANTHAPURAM

Sub :—Police Department—Ministerial Establishment—Provisional Seniority List of Junior Superintendents as on 1-1-2015—Finalised—Reg.

Read :—Police Headquarters Proceedings of even No. dated 8-5-2015.

Order No. M1-59562/2015/PHQ dated 24-8-2015.

The Provisional Seniority List of Junior Superintendents in Police Department as on 1-1-2015 was published vide reference cited and communicated to all Officers with direction to circulate the List among all concerned and to furnish Objections/Omissions, if any to Police Headquarters within 15 days. Accordingly, the following Objections/ Complaints have been received from the Junior Superintendents concerned and disposed off by modifying/correcting the Seniority List after careful examination.

1. Sri A. Syed Muhammed, Jr. Supdt., DPO, Palakkad (Sl. No. 62) has requested for correcting the spelling of his name as Seith Muhammed,. A. On verification of records, it is found correct and the same is corrected accordingly.

2. Smt. Prasannakumari, P. R., Jr. Supdt., DPO PTA (Sl. No. 87) has requested for correcting her Date of Birth as 23-2-1965 and Date of Retirement as 28-2-2021. After verifying the records, District Police Chief has recommended for the above corrections and thus the provisional list is modified accordingly.

3. Sri Prasad, V. L., Jr. Supdt., KAP III Bn., Pathanamthitta (Sl. No. 95) has requested for correcting his Date of Birth and Date of Retirement as 27-5-1967 and 31-5-2023 respectively instead of 27-4-1967 and 30-4-2023. On verification of records Commandant, KAP III Bn., has recommended for the above corrections and thus the list is modified accordingly.

4. Sri Sudhakaran, A., Jr. Supdt., CPO Thrissur City (Sl. No. 121) has requested for correcting his Date of Birth and Retirement as 16-10-1959 and 31-10-2015 instead of 16-8-1959 and 31-8-2015. On verification the records it is found correct and thus the changes are made accordingly.

5. DPC Kasaragod vide Message No. A2/28582/14 G dated 29-5-2015 has requested for correcting the Date of Birth of Smt. Vijayakumari, K. M., Jr. Supdt. (Sl. No. 195) as 27-7-1959 and to make the corresponding change in the Date of Birth. Accordingly, the Date of Birth and Date of Retirement are corrected in the finalized seniority list.

6. Sri Rajagopal, C., JS., KAP I Bn., TSR (Sl. No. 204) has requested for correcting his name as Rajagopalan, S. and the same has been corrected as recommended by Unit Head.

7. Sri Varghese Thomas, JS. CPO Kochi City (Sl. No. 215) has requested for correcting his Date of Birth as 9-4-1970. After verification of records the claim is found correct and modified the list accordingly.

In the circumstances the Provisional Seniority List of Junior Superintendents in Police Department published through the proceedings read above is finalized with modifications and corrections and published herewith. The list should be circulated among all concerned on proper acknowledgement.

ഏതെങ്കിലും കാരണവശാൽ ലേലം/ദർഘാസ് സ്ഥിരപ്പെടുത്തി കിട്ടുന്നയാൾ ലേല നിബന്ധനകൾ ലംഘിക്കുകയാണെങ്കിൽ ടിയാൻ അടച്ച തുക സർക്കാരിന് മുതൽ കൂട്ടുന്നതും വാഹനം പുനർലേലം ചെയ്യുന്നതുമായിരിക്കും. അപ്രകാരമുള്ള പുനർലേലത്തിൽ സർക്കാരിന് എന്തെങ്കിലും നഷ്ടം സംഭവിക്കുകയാണെങ്കിൽ, ആയതിന് മുൻലേലക്കാരൻ ഉത്തരവാദിയാകുന്നതും പ്രസ്തുത നഷ്ടം ടിയാനിൽ നിന്നും ഈടാക്കുന്നതുമാണ്. എന്നാൽ പുനർലേലത്തിൽ കൂടുതൽ തുക ലഭിച്ചാൽ ആയതിന് ടിയാൻ അർഹനായിരിക്കുന്നതല്ല.

ടി വാഹനങ്ങൾ ലേലത്തിന് മുമ്പുള്ള എല്ലാ പ്രവൃത്തി ദിവസങ്ങളിലും അസിസ്റ്റന്റ ് കമാ≠ന്റ ് (ക്യു.എം.)-ന്റെ അനുമതിയോടെ രാവിലെ 10 മണി മുതൽ 5 മണി വരെ പരിശോധിക്കാവുന്നതാണ്.

യു‡മെന്ന് തോന്നുന്നപക്ഷം യാതൊരു മുന്നറിയിപ്പോ കാരണമോ കൂടാതെ ലേലം/ദർഘാസ് മാറ്റി വയ്ക്കുന്നതിനോ അസ്ഥിരപ്പെടുത്തുന്നതിനോ ഉള്ള അധികാരം പൂർണ്ണമായും കെ. എ. പി. നാലാം ബറ്റാലിയൻ കമാ≠ന്റ ിൽ നിക്ഷിപ്തമായിരിക്കുന്നതാണ്.
