Whereas the Executive Engineer, KSEB, Kazhakuttom, has deposited with this Court a sum of ` 6,30,880 (Rupees Six lakhs thirty thousand eight hundred and eighty only) as compensation to be distributed to the dependents of the deceased Sri Gopalakrishnan Nair, who met with a fatal accident while employed under the Kerala State Electricity Board and whereas it is reported that

കെ. എസ്. ഇ. ബി. യുടെ കീഴിൽ ജോലി നോക്കി വരവെ അപകടമു≠ായി മരണമടഞ്ഞ ശ്രീ. ഗോപാലകൃഷ്ണൻ നായരുടെ ആശ്രിതർക്ക് എംπോയീസ് കോമ്പൻസേഷൻ നൽകുന്നതിനായി ` 6,30,880 (ആറു ലക്ഷത്തി മുപ്പതിനായിരത്തി എണ്ണൂറ്റി എൺപത് രൂപ മാത്രം) ഈ ആഫീസിൽ കെട്ടിവച്ചിരിക്കുന്നു. അന്വേഷണം നടത്തിയതിൽ ടിയാന്റെ ആശ്രിതരായി
1. ശ്രീമതി ലതാകുമാരി,
മക്കുവിളാകത്ത് വീട്, കുളത്തൂർ പി.ഒ., ഉച്ചക്കട, തിരുവനന്തപുരം—ഭാര്യ 2. കുമാരി ഗ്രീഷ്മ ,, മകൾ 3. മാസ്റ്റർ ഗിരീഷ് ,, മകൻ എന്നിവർ മാത്രമേ ഉള്ളൂവെന്നും റിപ്പോർട്ട് ലഭിച്ചിരിക്കുന്നു. ടിയാന്റെ ആശ്രിതർ എന്ന് മേൽ വിവരിച്ച നിർവ്വചനത്തിൽ ഉൾപ്പെടുന്നവരായി വേറെ ആരെങ്കിലുമു≠െങ്കിൽ ഈ നോട്ടീസ് കേരള ഗവൺമെന്റ ് ഗസറ്റിൽ രേഖപ്പെടുത്തുന്ന തീയതി മുതൽ 15 ദിവസത്തിനകം ഈ ഓഫീസിൽ രേഖാമൂലം ഹാജരായി തെളിയിക്കേ≠തും അവധി കഴിഞ്ഞുള്ള ഹർജികൾ പരിഗണിക്കപ്പെടുന്നതല്ലാത്തതുമാകുന്നു.
