NOTICE
No. ECC-84/2014. 10th September 2015.
Whereas New India Insurance Company Ltd. has deposited with this Court a sum of ` 12,29,906 (Rupees Twelve lakh twenty nine thousand nine hundred and six only) as compensation for distribution to the dependents of the deceased Ravichandra, s/o. Radhakrishna, Kannatikana House, Enmakaje Village, Perla P. O., Kasaragod who met with an accident in the course of work, while he was working as a Conductor cum Cleaner in a School Bus bearing No. KL-14G 4339 Kattathadka, Kasaragod on 21-2-2011 and died on 23-2-2011 whereas it are his only dependents as defined under Section 2 (1) (d) of the Employees' Compensation Act, 1923 any other claiming to be such dependents should within 15 days of the publication of this notice in the Kerala Government Gazette prefer their claims in writing before me and from the same. If no such claims are received within the prescribed time the entire amount of compensation will be disbursed to the persons mentioned above and claim preferred thereafter will not to be considered.
നമ്പർ ECC-84/2014. 2015 സെപ്റ്റംബർ 10. 21-2-2011-ാം തീയതി കാസർകോട് കട്ടതട്ക്കയിൽവെച്ച് ഉ≠ായ വാഹന അപകടത്തിൽ പരിക്കേറ്റ് 23-2-2011-ന് മരണമടഞ്ഞ രവിചന്ദ്രയുടെ ആശ്രിതർക്ക് തൊഴിലാളി നഷ്ടപരി 110 KERALA GAZETTE [PART III നിർവചിച്ച പ്രകാരം ടിയാന്റെ ആശ്രിതരായി (1) ശ്രീമതി ഗുലാബി എന്ന അമ്മൂ, w/o Late രാധാകൃഷ്ണ (2) ശ്രീ. മണികണ്ഠ, s/o Late രാധാകൃഷ്ണ, കന്നാടിക്കാന ഹൗസ്, പി. ഒ. പെർള്ള, എൻമകജെ വില്ലേജ്, കാസർകോട് എന്നിവർ മാത്രമേയുള്ളൂവെന്നും റിപ്പോർട്ട് ചെയ്തിരിക്കുന്നു. അപ്രകാരമുള്ള ആശ്രിതരാണെന്ന് അവകാശപ്പെടുന്ന മറ്റാരെങ്കിലുമു≠െങ്കിൽ അവർക്കുള്ള അവകാശം ഈ നോട്ടീസ് കേരള ഗവൺമെന്റ ് ഗസറ്റിൽ പരസ്യപ്പെടുത്തി 15 ദിവസത്തി നകം എന്റെ മുമ്പാകെ എഴുതി സമർപ്പിക്കേ≠തും ആയത് തെളിയിക്കേ≠തുമാണ്. നിർദ്ദിഷ്ട സമയത്തിനകം യാതൊരു അവകാശവാദവും ലഭിച്ചില്ലെങ്കിൽ നഷ്ടപരിഹാരതുക മുഴുവനും മേൽപ്പറഞ്ഞ വ്യ‡ികൾക്ക് വിതരണം ചെയ്യുന്നതാണ്. അതിനുശേഷം സമർപ്പിക്കുന്ന അവകാശ വാദങ്ങൾ പരിഗണിക്കുന്നതല്ല.

Whereas, New India Insurance Company Ltd. has deposited with this Court an amount ` 3,23,591 (Rupees Three Lakh Twenty Three thousand five hundred and ninety one only) as compensation for distribution to the dependents of the deceased Joseph @ Jose, Mylaparambil Veedu, Padamala, Payyampally P. O., Mananthavady, Wayanad who met with fatal accident on 10-11-1999 in the course of work, while he was working as a head load worker at Payyambally, Mananthavady, Wayanad whereas it is reported that
1. Smt. Santhamma (Wife)
2. Sri Vinod (Son)
are his only dependents as defined under Section 2 (1) (d) of the Employees' Compensation Act, 1923 any other claiming to be such dependents should within 15 days of the publication of this notice in the Kerala Government Gazette prefer their claims in writing before me and from the same. WC നമ്പർ-03/2000. 2015 സെപ്റ്റംബർ 11. 10-11-1999-ാം തീയതി വയനാട് ജില്ലയിൽ മാനന്തവാടി പയ്യമ്പള്ളി എന്ന സ്ഥലത്ത് ചുമട്ടുതൊഴിലാളിയായി ജോലി ചെയ്യവെ ഉ≠ായ അപകടത്തിൽ മരണമടഞ്ഞ ജോസഫ് എന്ന ജോസിന്റെ ആശ്രിതർക്ക് തൊഴിലാളി നഷ്ടപരിഹാരം നൽകുന്നതിനായി ` 3,23,591 (മൂന്ന് ലക്ഷത്തി ഇരുപത്തി മൂവായിരത്തി അഞ്ഞൂറ്റി തൊണ്ണൂറ്റി ഒന്ന് രൂപ മാത്രം) ഈ കോടതിയിൽ കെട്ടിവച്ചിട്ടു≠്. തൊഴിലാളി നഷ്ടപരിഹാര ആക്ടിലെ 2 (1)ഡി വകുപ്പ് അനുസരിച്ച് നിർവചിച്ചപ്രകാരം ടിയാന്റെ ആശ്രിതരായി (1) ശാന്തമ്മ (ഭാര്യ) (2) വിനോദ് (മകൻ) മൈലപറമ്പിൽ വീട്, പടമല, പയമ്പള്ളി പി. ഒ., മാനന്തവാടി, വയനാട് എന്നിവർ മാത്രമേയുള്ളൂവെന്നും റിപ്പോർട്ട് ചെയ്തിരിക്കുന്നു. അപ്രകാരമുള്ള ആശ്രിതരാണെന്ന് അവകാശ പ്പെടാവുന്ന മറ്റാരെങ്കിലുമു≠െങ്കിൽ അവർക്കുള്ള അവകാശം ഈ നോട്ടീസ് കേരള ഗവൺമെന്റ ് ഗസറ്റിൽ പരസ്യപ്പെടുത്തി 15 ദിവസത്തിനകം എന്റെ മുമ്പാകെ എഴുതി സമർപ്പിക്കേ≠തും ആയത് തെളിയിക്കേ≠തുമാണ്. നിർദ്ദിഷ്ട സമയത്തിനകം യാതൊരു അവകാശവാദവും ലഭിച്ചില്ലെങ്കിൽ നഷ്ടപരിഹാര തുക മുഴുവനും മേൽപ്പറഞ്ഞ വ്യ‡ികൾക്ക് വിതരണം ചെയ്യുന്നതാണ്. അതിനുശേഷം സമർപ്പിക്കുന്ന അവകാശ വാദങ്ങൾ പരിഗണിക്കുന്നതല്ല.
