The temporary promotion granted to Sri N. V. Raju, Chief Judicial Magistrate, Kasaragod, in the cadre of Sub Judge/Chief Judicial Magistrate is regularised and the High Court of Kerala hereby declare under Rule 11 (1) of the Kerala Judicial Service Rules, 1991 read with rule 20 (b) of the Kerala State and Subordinate Services Rules, 1958, that the officer has satisfactorily completed his period of probation in the category of Sub-Judges/Chief Judicial Magistrate on the forenoon of 7-3-2013.
