9. ഏതെങ്കിലും കാരണവശാൽ 28-10-2015-ന് നി›ിത തീയതിക്കകം ദർഘാസ് നടക്കാതെ വന്നാൽ 4-11-2015-ന് പുനർദർഘാസ് നടത്തുന്നതാണ്.
