DECLARATION
OF LAWFUL SUCCESSION OF PURCHASE OF IMMOVABLE PROPERTY
No. G9/5149/2013.

Kilimanoor Village, Chirayinkeezhu Taluk, Thiruvananthapuram District and whereas the Sub-Collector, Thiruvananthapuram has confirmed the sale in his order No. A/8078/15 dated 6-8-2015 under section 54 of the Kerala Revenue Recovery Act 1968, it is hereby declared under sub-section (1) of section 57 of the said act that the said Sri Babu, Paravila Veedu, Malayamadam, Kilimanoor is the lawful successor to all the rights of the former land holder in the said immovable property.
SPECIFICATION OF THE PROPERTY
Whereas, Sri Babu, Paravila Veedu, Malayamadam, Kilimanoor Village, Chirayinkeezhu Taluk, Thiruvananthapuram District has purchased for ` 62,500 (Sixty Two Thousand and five hundred only) the immovable property specified below at the sale held in public auction on 19-2-2015 for recovery of Court fine dues amounting to ` 54,000 due from Sri Unnikrishnan, s/o Kochadichan (late) Charuvila Veedu, Malayamadam, District—Thiruvananthapuram.
