ലേലത്തിൽ പങ്കെടുക്കുവാൻ ആഗ്രഹിക്കുന്നവർക്ക് വാഹനം ബന്ധപ്പെട്ട ഉദ്യോഗസ്ഥന്റെ അനുവാദത്തോടെ പരിശോധിക്കാവുന്നതാണ്. ലേലം ഉറപ്പിച്ചശേഷം വാഹനത്തെ സംബന്ധിച്ച് യാതൊരുവിധ പരാതികളും പരിഗണി ക്കുന്നതല്ല.

In exercise of the powers conferred by the sub-section (1) of section 14 of the Code of the Criminal Procedure 1973 (Act 3 of 1974) the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Thrissur hereby defines the local areas shown in Coloumn No. II within which the person mentioned in Col. No. I of the schedule hereunder may exercise all or any of the powers which may be invested under the code from the date of taking charge.

തൊടുപുഴ ചീഫ് ജുഡീഷ്യൽ മജിസ്ട്രേറ്റ് കോടതിയിലെ KL-6-7327 അംബാസിഡർ നോവ ഡീസൽ കാർ (94 മോഡൽ) ബഹുമാനപ്പെട്ട കേരള ഹൈക്കോടതിയുടെ 30-9-2015-ലെ D(10)-108675/2013 നമ്പർ ഉത്തരവുപ്രകാരം ക≠ം ചെയ്യുന്നതിനുള്ള അനുമതി ലഭിച്ചിട്ടുള്ളതാണ്. ആകയാൽ മേൽപറഞ്ഞ ഡീസൽ കാർ ` 24,000 കുറയാതെയുള്ള മതിപ്പുവിലയിൽ ഈ കോടതി പരിസരത്തുവച്ച് 25-11-2015-ാം തീയതി പകൽ 2.30 മണിക്ക് അപ്പോഴുള്ള സ്ഥിതിയിലും അവസ്ഥയിലും പരസ്യമായി ലേലം ചെയ്യുന്നതാണ്.
ലേലത്തിൽ പങ്കെടുക്കുവാൻ ആഗ്രഹിക്കുന്നവർ കൃത്യസമയത്ത് ടി കോടതി പരിസരത്ത് എത്തി ലേലത്തിൽ പങ്കെടുക്കേ≠തും ഏറ്റവും കൂടുതൽ തുകയ്ക്ക് വിളിക്കുന്ന ആളിന്റെ പേരിൽ ലേലം സ്ഥിരപ്പെടുത്തുന്നതും ലേലം കൊള്ളുന്ന ആൾ അപ്പോൾത്തന്നെ ലേല സംഖ്യയും നിയമാനുസൃത സെയിൽസ് ടാക്സും അധികാരികളെ ഏൽപ്പിക്കേ≠തും ടി വാഹനം ഏറ്റുവാങ്ങേ≠തും മൂന്നു ദിവസത്തിനുള്ളിൽ വാഹനം കോടതി പരിസരത്തുനിന്നും നീക്കം ചെയ്യേ≠തുമാണ്.
