സർക്കാർ മുദ്രപത്രത്തിലുള്ള സമ്മതപത്രവും മൊത്തം തുകയുടെ 1 % നിരതദ്രവ്യം എന്നിവ ഇല്ലാതെയുള്ള ദർഘാസുകൾ ഒരുകാരണവശാലും സ്വീകരിക്കുന്നതല്ല. നിരതദ്രവ്യം അച്ചടി വകുപ്പ് ഡയറക്ടറുടെ പേരിൽ മാറാവുന്ന ഡിമാന്റ ് ഡ്രാഫ്റ്റായി വേണം നൽകേ≠ത്. നിരക്കുകൾ പ്രാബല്യത്തിലിരിക്കേ≠ കാലാവധി 31-3-2016.

2016 വർഷത്തെ ദിനസ്മരണയുടെ സ്പൈറൽ ബൈന്റിംഗ് ജോലി ചെയ്യുന്നതിലേക്കായി മുദ്രവച്ച ദർഘാസുകൾ ക്ഷണിച്ചുകൊള്ളുന്നു. 28 സെന്റീമീറ്റർ വീതിയും 14 എം.എം. ഘനവുമുള്ള ഏകദേശം 20000 എണ്ണം ദിനസ്മരണകളുടെ സ്പൈറൽ ബൈന്റ ിംഗ് തിരുവനന്തപുരം ഗവൺമെന്റ ് സെൻട്രൽ പ്രസ്സിൽ ചെയ്യേ≠താണ്. വർക്ക് ഓർഡർ ലഭിച്ച് 15 ദിവസത്തിനുള്ളിൽ ജോലികൾ പൂർത്തിയാക്കേ≠താണ്. ദർഘാസുകൾ 17-11-2015 വൈകുന്നേരം 2 മണിക്ക് മുമ്പായി ലഭിക്കേ≠തും അന്നേ ദിവസം 3 മണിക്ക് ദർഘാസ് നൽകുന്ന വരുടെയോ അവർ ചുമതലപ്പെടുത്തിയ പ്രതിനിധികളുടെയോ സാന്നിദ്ധ്യത്തിൽ തുറക്കുന്നതുമാണ്.

the total cost drawn in favour of the Director of Printing
and tenders without preliminary agreement in Kerala
Stamp Paper worth ` 200 will not be accepted on any
account. Date upto which rate are to be remained firm
on 31-3-2016.
