കേരള ഗവർണ്ണർക്കുവേ≠ി വൈൽഡ്ലൈഫ് വാർഡൻ താഴെ വിവരിക്കുന്ന ജോലികൾ കരാറെടുത്ത് ചെയ്തുതീർക്കുന്നതിനായി രജിസ്റ്റർ ചെയ്ത കരാറുകാരിൽനിന്നും ഓരോ ജോലിക്കും പ്രത്യേകം പ്രത്യേ കമായി മൽസര സ്വഭാവമുള്ള സീൽ ചെയ്ത ദർഘാസുകൾ ക്ഷണിച്ചുകൊള്ളുന്നു.

Separate sealed competitive tenders superscribing the name of work is invited by the undersigned for and on behalf of the Governor of Kerala from registered eligible contractors for the following works.

EMD—` 7,300. Cost of tender form— ` 750 + VAT.

Period of work —2 months from the date of handing over the site.

Tender forms and other conditions can be obtained from the office of the undersigned on application in writing and on payment of the cost of the tender form and taxes in Cash (not refundable) upto 1. p.m. on 25-11-2015. The filled up tenders will be received in this office upto 3 p.m. on 25-11-2015 and opened by the undersigned or an Officer authorized by him on the same day at 3.30 p.m. at the Office of Wildlife Warden, Thiruvananthapuram in the presence of the contractors attending on the date. If the due date happens to be a holiday, the next working day will be the due date.

The tender forms are not transferable. The Earnest Money Deposit noted against the work should be paid along with the tenders in form of Demand Draft (Cheque will not be acceptable) pledged in favour of the undersigned payable at any Nationalized Bank/Scheduled Bank. Incomplete tenders and tenders without EMD are liable to be rejected. The undersigned reserves the right to reject any tender without assigning any reasons thereof. All other conditions prevailing in the Kerala PWD and Forest Department and modifications thereof time to time are applicable to this tender also. The tender not containing the prescribed preliminary agreement in Stamp Paper worth ` 500 will be summarily rejected. If there is no response to any of the works included in this notification, the tender will again be conducted either on 25-11-2015 or 2-12-2015 as per the same conditions mentioned above, at the same time and venue.

It is hereby notified that Timber IV & Teak Poles collected through thinning from area in 1972 TP Kanayar (Chittar) in Kanayar Range of Achencovil Division will be sold through e-Auction shown in the schedule by M/s MSTC, Bangalore, subject to the conditions published in Kerala Gazette No. 50, Vol. III dated 23-12-2014 vide Notification No. Pro.(4) 26243/13, dated 3-12-2014 of the Additional Principal Chief Conservator of Forests (P), Thiruvananthapuram and other conditions prevalent in the Forest Department. Besides the quantity shown in the schedule, the quantity if any delivered to dumping sites before the date of e-Auction and that could be lotted immediately before the e-auction will also be placed in the e-auction. Those who wished participate in the e-auction have to remit EMD for ` 50,000 & ` 25,000 as shown below as e-payment before the e-auction through MSTC Limited. (4) 26243/13, dated 3-12-2014 of the Additional Principal Chief Conservator of Forests (P), Thiruvananthapuram and other conditions prevalent in the Forest Department. e-Auction documents and connected records are available in the website: www.mstcecommerce.com. The Earnest Money Deposit should be submitted on e-payment/e-treasury/demand draft/MSTC through the internet online banking of SBT or through NEFT for other banks. It is hereby notified for the general information of the public that Teak Poles collected from 1977 Athirappilly Teak Plantation of Athirappilly Range and 1962 Pokalappara Teak Elavu Plantation in Vazhachal Range under this Division by thinning will be sold in E-auction sale subject to detailed Auction sale conditions published in Kerala Gazette No. 50 Vol. III dated 23-12-2014 of Additional Principal Chief Conservator of Forests (Protection), Thiruvananthapuram vide Notification No. Pro.(4) 26243/13 dated 3-12-2014 and other rules in force, as per schedule furnished below. Those who wish to participate have to remit an amount of ` 20,000 as EMD as e-payment before the e-auction through MSTC limited. Successful bidders will have to remit 35% of the bid amount on the e-auction itself through e-payment. Successful bidders will have to remit the balance value, VAT, Forest Development Tax, Income Tax and such other taxes that are prevailing at the time of e-auction within the stipulated time limit.

E-auction documents and connected records are available in the website: www.mstcecommerce.com. The Earnest Money Deposit should be submitted on e-payment/e-treasury/demand draft/MSTC through the internet online banking of or through NEFT for other banks.
