നമ്പർ എ3/980(3)/2015. 2015 ഒക്ടോബർ 30. 2015-16 സാമ്പത്തികവർഷം കോട്ടയം ഗവൺമെന്റ ് കോളേജിൽ 2202-03-103-76 Development of lab & library 34 other charges (plan) പദ്ധതിയിൽ ` 3,00,000 KOHA Software ഉപയോഗിച്ച് Library automation ചെയ്യുന്നതിന് മുദ്രവച്ച ദർഘാസുകൾ ക്ഷണിച്ചുകൊള്ളുന്നു.
ദർഘാസുകളുടെ കവറിനു പുറത്ത് "2015-16 സാമ്പത്തിക വർഷം കോട്ടയം ഗവൺമെന്റ ് കോളേജിൽ 2202-03-103-76 Development of lab & library 34 other charges (plan) പദ്ധതിയിൽ library Automation ചെയ്യുന്നതിനുള്ള ദർഘാസുകൾ" എന്നെഴുതി പ്രിൻസിപ്പാൾ, ഗവൺമെന്റ ് കോളേജ,് കോട്ടയം, നാട്ടകം പി. ഒ., പിൻ-686 013 എന്ന വിലാസത്തിൽ അയച്ചുതരേ≠താണ്.
ദർഘാസുകൾ 2015 ഡിസംബർ മാസം 10-ാം തീയതി 2015 ഡിസംബർ മാസം 10-ാം തീയതി അവധി ദിവസമായി വന്നാൽ തൊട്ടടുത്ത പ്രവൃത്തി ദിവസം പകൽ 2 മണിവരെ ദർഘാസുകൾ സ്വീകരിക്കുന്നതും 3 മണിക്ക് ദർഘാസുകാരോ അംഗീകൃത പ്രതിനിധികളോ ഹാജരു≠െങ്കിൽ അവരുടെ സാന്നിദ്ധ്യത്തിൽ തുറക്കുന്നതുമാണ്.
ദർഘാസ് ഫോറം 2015 ഡിസംബർ മാസം 9-ാം തീയതി പകൽ 1 മണിവരെ കോളേജ് ഓഫീസിൽ നിന്നും ലഭിക്കു ന്നതാണ്. ടെൻഡർ ഫോമിന്റെ വില നികുതിയുൾപ്പെടെ ` 630. ഈ തുക യാതൊരു കാരണവശാലും മടക്കി നൽകുന്നതല്ല.
തപാലിൽ ദർഘാസ് ഫോറം ലഭിക്കേ≠വർ ദർഘാസ് ഫോറത്തിന്റെ വിലയായ ` 630 (നികുതിയുൾപ്പെടെ)-ന്റെ ഡിമാന്റ ് ഡ്രാഫ്റ്റും തപാൽ സ്റ്റാമ്പ് ഒട്ടിച്ച മേൽവിലാസം എഴുതിയ കവറും സഹിതം അപേക്ഷ നൽകേ≠താണ്.
ദർഘാസ് ഫോറത്തിന്റെ വില ഒരു കാരണവശാലും തിരികെ നൽകുന്നതല്ല. ദർഘാസ് ഫോറങ്ങൾ കൈമാറ്റം ചെയ്യുവാൻ പാടുള്ളതല്ല.

നിക്ഷേപമായോ ഗവൺമെന്റ ് പ്രോനോട്ട് ബാങ്ക് ഗ്യാര≠ി ആയോ അടയ്ക്കേ≠താണ്. മതിയായ നിരതദ്രവ്യം ഇല്ലാത്ത ടെ≠റുകൾ സ്വീകരിക്കുന്നതല്ല. നിരതദ്രവ്യം അടയ്ക്കുന്നതിൽ ഇളവുലഭിച്ചിട്ടുള്ള സ്ഥാപനങ്ങൾ ഇതു സംബന്ധിച്ച ഉത്തരവ് ഹാജരാക്കേ≠താണ്.

ഓഫീസിൽ പണമിടപാടുകൾ നടത്തുന്ന സമയം രാവിലെ 10 മണി മുതൽ ഉച്ചയ്ക്ക് 2 മണി വരെ.
മുന്നറിയിപ്പ് കൂടാതെ ടെൻഡർ റദ്ദു ചെയ്യുന്നതിനും മാറ്റം വരുത്തുന്നതിനും പ്രിൻസിപ്പാളിന് അധികാരമു≠ായിരി ക്കുന്നതാണ്.

Sealed tenders are invited for the "Automation of College Library using KOHA Software for ` 3,00,000" under the scheme development of Lab & Library 2015-2016.
The envelopes containing the tender should be superscribed "Tender for the automation of library using KOHA software under the scheme "2202-03-103-76 development of Lab & Library - 34 other charges (plan) 2015-2016" and addressed to the Principal, Government College Kottayam, Nattakom P. O., Pin-686 013. Last date for the receipt of tender is 2 p. m. on 10th December 2015.
Late tenders will not be accepted. The tenders will be opened at 3 p. m. on 10th December 2015 in the presence of such tenderers or their authorized representatives who may be present at that time.
Intending tenderers may on application to 'the Principal, Government College, Nattakom P. O., Kottayam obtain the requisite tender forms on which tenders should be submitted. Application for tender form should be refundable under any circumstances. Demand Draft for ` 630 on the local branch of SBT drawn in favour of the Principal, Government College, Kottayam and self addressed stamped cover should be enclosed with the application for tender forms to be sent by post. The tender forms are not transferable. Sale of tender form will be closed at 1 p. m. on 9th December 2015. Cheques, postage stamps etc. will not be accepted towards the cost of tender forms nor will the forms be sent per VPP.
Duplicate tender forms, if required will be issued at ` 315 (Inclusive of Taxes) per copy.
The rate quoted should be valid up to 31-3-2016. The software should be installed and work to be completed within 30 days on receipt of the supply order, in concerned department at your expense. Rates, tax and condition of supply of articles should clearly be stated separately in respect of each of them.
An agreement in the prescribed form in Kerala Government Stamp Paper worth ` 200 should be enclosed with the tender.
The tender should be accompanied by an EMD of 1% (one percent) of the total cost of the articles tendered for, either in cash or crossed bank draft, or TSB deposits or Government pronote of Bank guarantee or NSL. Tenders without sufficient EMD will be rejected. EMD will carry no interest. Firms who are exempted from EMD should furnish attested copy of exemption orders. More details can be had from College Office and Library. Cash hours in this office is 10 a. m. to 2 p. m.
The undersigned will have the right to cancel or extend the tender at any time without further notice.
