വിഷയം :—ന്യായവില രജിസ്റ്ററിൽ ഉൾപ്പെടാതെപോയ ഭൂമി കൂടി ഉൾപ്പെടുത്തുന്നത് ഉത്തരവാകുന്നു.
സൂചന:—(1) കേരള മുദ്രപ്പത്ര നിയമം 1959 സെക്ഷൻ 28എ (ന്യായവില നിർണ്ണയം) ചട്ടം 3(7), ചട്ടം (4). (2) ചെങ്കുളം ഉഷസ്സിൽ ശ്രീ. ബിമൽ സമർപ്പിച്ച അപേക്ഷ.
(3) കൊട്ടാരക്കര തഹശീൽദാരുടെ 26-10-2015-ലെ F1-22941/2015-ാം നമ്പർ റിപ്പോർട്ട്.
2010 മാർച്ച് മാസം 6-ാം തീയതിയിലെ അസാധാരണ ഗസറ്റ് വി⁄ാപനപ്രകാരം നിലവിൽവന്ന ന്യായവില രജിസ്റ്ററിൽ ഉൾപ്പെടാതെപോയ, താഴെ പറയുന്ന സർവ്വെ നമ്പരിൽപ്പെട്ട വസ്തുവിന് സൂചനാ റിപ്പോർട്ടിന്റെ അടിസ്ഥാനത്തിൽ കേരള സ്റ്റാമ്പ് ആക്ട്് സെക്ഷൻ 28A പ്രകാരം ന്യായവില നിർണ്ണയിച്ച് ഇതിനാൽ ഉത്തരവാകുന്നു.

2015 ഒക്ടോബർ 14. 6-3-2010-ാം തീയതിയിലെ 515-ാം നമ്പർ കേരള അസാധാരണ ഗസറ്റ് പ്രകാരം തൃശ്ശൂർ ജില്ലയിലെ തൃശ്ശൂർ, ചാവക്കാട്, മുകുന്ദപുരം, കൊടുങ്ങല്ലൂർ, തലപ്പിള്ളി താലൂക്കിൽ ഉൾപ്പെട്ട ഭൂമികളുടെ ന്യായവില സർക്കാർ പ്രസിദ്ധീകരിച്ചിട്ടുള്ളതാണ്. എന്നാൽ ടി താലൂക്കിൽ ഉൾപ്പെട്ട ഏതാനും വില്ലേജുകളിലെ ഏതാനും സർവ്വെ നമ്പരുകളിൽപ്പെട്ട സ്വകാര്യ ഭൂമി 'സർക്കാർ ഭൂമി' എന്ന് തെറ്റായി രേഖപ്പെടുത്തി വില നി›യിച്ചിട്ടുള്ളതും ചില സർവ്വെ/സ∫് ഡിവിഷനുകൾക്ക് ന്യായവില നി›യിക്കാൻ വിട്ടുപോയിട്ടുള്ളതും ചില വസ്തുക്കളുടെ ക്ലാസിഫിക്കേഷൻ തെറ്റായി രേഖപ്പെടുത്തി വില നി›യിച്ചിട്ടുള്ളതും ആണ്. ഇപ്രകാരം ഉള്ള ഭൂമികൾക്ക് ന്യായവില നി›യിക്കുന്നതിന് ഭൂമിയുടെ കൈവശക്കാർ സമർപ്പിച്ച അപേക്ഷയിൻമേൽ ടി താലൂക്കുകളിലെ അഡീ. തഹശീൽദാരുടെ അന്വേഷണ റിപ്പോർട്ട് പ്രകാരം ന്യായവില നി›യിച്ച് ഈ ഓഫീസിൽനിന്നും ഉത്തരവായിട്ടുള്ളതാണ്. ടി സർവ്വെ/സബ് ഡിവിഷനുകളിൽപ്പെട്ട വസ്തുക്കൾക്ക് പുതുക്കി നി›യിച്ച ന്യായവില താഴെ പറയുന്ന ക്ലാസിഫിക്കേഷനുകൾ പ്രകാരം തിരുത്തി വായിക്കേ≠താണ്.
