The e-tenders submitted by the competent dealer/ supplier should definitely contain a scanned and signed copy of the compliance statement of the Autoclave and accessories intended for supply along with the original directly to this office before the last date of receipt of the e-tender. The financial bid belonging to those dealers/ suppliers who qualified the technical bid of the instrument required by Agriculture Department alone will be considered.
Soon on opening the technical bid of e-tenders, the committee constituted to evaluate the technical aspects of the instrument will meet and scrutinize the technical specification of the instrument submitted with the e-tender. On finalisation of the same, the financial bid of the concerned competent firm will be opened for consideration.
Tenders will be opened in the online presence of such bidders or their authorized representatives who have logged in at the prescribed time of opening technical and financial bids. If the date fixed for opening happens to be a holiday/due to net failure the tenders will be opened in the next working day, at the same time.
The price of the e-tender tender form shall be received only through online payment-SBT/NEFT from other Banks. Scanned copy of the agreement in the prescribed format in Kerala Stamp Paper worth ` 200 should be submitted online and original to the undersigned: before the opening of the e-tender.

Technical Specifications Ice Line Refrigerator-ILR
Description of Function:
1. Ice-lined refrigerators should maintain temperatures of +2° C to +8° C. Not more than 8 hrs. continuous or intermittent power should be sufficient per 24 hrs. to maintain vaccine temperature below 8° C. 2. There should be provision for drainage for the waste water.
3. The unit should have ground clearance of minimum 10 mm.
4. Should have legs in the base with rotating screw type height adjustments to balance the weight on uneven floor.
Technical Specifications:
1. Net Vaccine Storage Capacity: 90 litres to 105 litres with basket in place.
Construction:
1. Internal: Stainless 304 grade steel.
An additional special ice lining consisting of icepacks covered by strong plastic shell.

The lid of the container must be fitted with a captive labyrinth seal which engages with the container walls when the lid is closed so as to minimize cold bridging and maximize structural strength. The lid of the container must be fitted with a robustly constructed hinge mechanism. The lid must open beyond 90 ° to give full access to the interior of the cold box. The hinges must be recessed so that they are fully protected against damage during transport and storage. Hinges must be maintenance free, without need for lubrication and must be secured to the container in a manner which prevents loosening due to vibration.
Corrosion resistance:
All metallic components and their fixings must be constructed in stainless steel or a suitable non-ferrous metal.

The external and internal surfaces of the container must be resistant to chemicals used for disinfecting. Ambient temperature range during transport, storage and use:-5 °C to + 55 °C.
Casing material selection:
Internal and external casing materials must resist UV degradation and all joints between the moulded components must be water and vapour proof, must be easy to clean and must be selected with environmentally safe end-of-life disposal in mind. Chlorinated plastics and composites containing epoxy resins are not permitted.
SPECIAL CONDITIONS
1. The rate quoted should be as basic price, rate of tax & total amount.
2. Offers should be from ready stock in the original packing of the manufacturer.
3. Preference will be given to tenderers with ISO Certificates.
4. The bidder should be ready to produce the sample for inspection on demand.
5. Director of Animal Husbandry has the right to finalise the tender on the basis of the quality of the sample inspected.
6. The Security Deposit furnished will be released only after satisfactory completion of the contract.
7. The rates should be for delivery F.O.R. at the destinations in every District.
8. Ex-go down rates and F.O.R. stations of dispatch rates offered by the firms are not acceptable and such tenders will be summarily rejected.
9. The successful tenderers should complete all supplies within the stipulated time stated in the supply orders. No extension of supply period will be granted.
10. The non-availability of raw materials, price hike of raw materials, transportation problems, etc. will not be accepted as reasons for non-supply or late supply.
11. Successful tenderers should supply the items at the approved rates and conditions to the local self Governments and other Departmental Institutions as per their request.
12. The rates should be quoted in Indian Currency and payment will be made in Indian Currency.
13. The Director of Animal Husbandry reserves all rights to cancel the tender without assigning the reason thereof.
14. The Director of Animal Husbandry on his authority has the right to inspect the manufacturing unit.
15. The only jurisdiction for any dispute regarding this purchase will be at Thiruvananthapuram.
16. If any of the dates scheduled for receipt and opening of tenders declared holiday (local/general) the receipt and opening will be on the next working day.
17. The items should supply at the said destinations by the department on time. (The items should be supplied at different destinations in Kerala as per the instructions in the Supply Order).

Sealed tenders are invited for the supply of Furniture to various Departments in University College, Thiruvananthapuram under Plan Scheme 2015-16.
Face Value—` 3,68,476 (inclusive of all Taxes) superscribed as "Tenders for the supply of Furniture to Various Departments (2/A5/1362/Plan/Lab/UC/15)" and addressed to the Principal, University College, Thiruvananthapuram so as to reach in this college on or before 2 p.m. on 11-12-2015. Late tenders will not be accepted. The tenders will be opend at 3 p.m. on 11-12-2015 in the presence of the tenderers or their authorised representatives who may be present at that time.
Tender forms can be had from the College Office from 10.30 a.m. to 1 p.m. on the working days till 11-12-2015. The cost of the tender form is ` 736 (Rupees Seven Hundred and Thirty Six Only) including VAT +Cess.
The cost of duplicate tender form will be ` 421 (Rupees Four Hundred and Twenty One only) which is price fixed for a tender form and which is not refundable under any circumstances. The tender forms are not transferrable.
Along with tender, EMD @ 1% of the amount tendered, subject to a minimum of ` 1,500 (Rupees One Thousand and Five Hundred only) should also be submitted in the form of DD. Tenders without sufficient EMD are liable to be rejected. The firm who are exempted from furnishing EMD should be enclosed the attested copy of exemption order. The price quoted should be inclusive of all taxes and duties. Otherwise rate of taxes charged upon each item should be quoted against the prices of each item.
The rate quoted should be valid up to 31-3-2016.
The successful tenderers should sign an agreement in Kerala Stamp Paper worth ` 200 (Rupees Two Hundred only) and deposit 5% value of the contract as Security Deposit.
The articles should be supplied in the college office at the cost of the firm itself. The payment will be effected only after the receipt of the articles in good condition and satisfying the quality.

The lists of items to be supplied will be available along with the tender forms. The successful tenderers should deliver the items within 28 days from the date of supply order and as per the conditions specified therein.

The successful tenderer should also execute an agreement on stamp paper worth ` 200 and deposit sum equivalent 5% of the value of the contract as security deposit for the satisfactory fulfilment of contract. Demonstration of the item is to be done if necessary. The details about each tender attached as appendix. Specifications, Item wise list of equipments will be issued along with the tender forms.
The envelopes containing the tender should bear the superscription should be addressed to the Principal, Government Dental College, Alappuzha. Late tenders will not be accepted. The tenders will be opened in the presence of such of the Bidders or their authorized representative who may be present at that time. Intending Bidders may, on application to the Principal, Govt. Dental College, Alappuzha obtain the requisite tender forms on which tenders should be submitted. Application for the tender form should be accompanied by a cash remittance which is the price fixed for a form/set of forms and which is not refundable under any circumstances. The tender forms are not transferable. Cheques, postage stamps, etc. will not be accepted towards the cost of forms, nor will the forms be sent per V.P.P. Duplicate tender forms, if required will be issued at half of tender cost per copy. Rate should be quoted in Indian rupees only. The Tenders without the agreement in the Kerala Stamp Paper worth ` 200 and Earnest Money Deposit @ 1% of quoted rate and the tenders that do not satisfy the conditions are liable to be rejected without any notice.
