സമിതിക്കോ മറ്റ് അംഗങ്ങൾക്കോ താൽപര്യമില്ലെന്നും സംഘത്തിന്റെ നിയമാവലിയിൽ സൂചിപ്പിച്ച ഉദ്ദ്യേശ്യലക്ഷ്യങ്ങൾ നിറവേറ്റുന്നതിൽ സംഘം പരാജയപ്പെട്ടുവെന്നും ഇന്നത്തെ നിലയിൽ സംഘത്തെ പുനരു÷ീവിപ്പിക്കുന്നതിനുള്ള സാധ്യത വിരളമാണെന്നും ആയതിനാൽ കേരള സഹകരണ നിയമം 71 വകുപ്പ് പ്രകാരം സംഘം സമാപ്തീകരിക്കുന്നതിനുള്ള നടപടികൾ സ്വീകരിക്കാവുന്നതാണെന്നും കേരള സഹകരണ നിയമം 66 വകുപ്പ് പ്രകാരം പരിശോധന നടത്തുന്നതിന് നിയമിതനായ മഞ്ചേശ്വരം യൂണിറ്റ് ഇൻസ്പെക്ടർ-1 സൂചന (1) പ്രകാരം ശുപാർശ ചെയ്തിരിക്കുന്നു.
ഈ സാഹചര്യത്തിൽ സംഘം പ്രവർത്തനം തുടർന്ന് നടത്തിക്കൊ≠് പോകുന്നതിനുള്ള സാധ്യത വിരളമാണെന്ന് ബോദ്ധ്യമാകയാൽ 1969-ലെ കേരള സഹകരണ നിയമം 71 വകുപ്പ് അനുസരിച്ച് സംഘം പ്രവർത്തനം സമാപ്തീകരി ക്കാതിരിക്കുവാൻ വല്ല കാരണവും ബോധിപ്പിക്കാനു≠െങ്കിൽ ആയത് 15 ദിവസത്തിനകം രേഖാമൂലം ബോധിപ്പിക്കണമെന്നും അല്ലാത്തപക്ഷം മേൽനടപടികൾ സ്വീകരിക്കുന്നതാണെന്നും കാണിച്ചുകൊ≠് സൂചന (2) പ്രകാരം സംഘത്തിന്റെ മുൻ പ്രസിഡന്റ ിന് നോട്ടീസ് നൽകിയിരുന്നു. ഇക്കാര്യത്തിൽ അഭിപ്രായം അറിയിക്കണമെന്ന് കാണിച്ചുകൊ≠് കാസറഗോഡ് ജില്ലാ സഹകരണ ബാങ്ക്, കാസറഗോഡ് സർക്കിൾ സഹകരണ യൂണിയൻ എന്നിവർക്കും സൂചന (2) പ്രകാരം നോട്ടീസ് നൽകി യിരുന്നു. എന്നാൽ നി›ിത സമയപരിധി കഴിഞ്ഞിട്ടും ആരും തന്നെ യാതൊരു ആക്ഷേപമോ അഭിപ്രായമോ അറിയിച്ചിട്ടില്ല.
ഈ സാഹചര്യത്തിൽ 1969-ലെ കേരള സഹകരണ നിയമത്തിലെ വകുപ്പുകളും ചട്ടങ്ങളും അനുസരിച്ച് എന്നിൽ നിക്ഷിപ്തമായ അധികാര പ്രകാരം താഴെ പറയുന്ന ഉത്തരവ് പുറപ്പെടുവിക്കുന്നു.

വിഷയം :—കാസറഗോഡ് താലൂക്ക് ടെക്നിക്കൽ എഡ്യൂക്കേഷൻ സഹകരണ സംഘം ക്ലിപ്തം നമ്പർ എസ്. 75—സമാപ്തീകരണം— ഉത്തരവ് പുറപ്പെടുവിക്കുന്നത്്—സംബന്ധിച്ച്.
സൂചന :—(1) കേരള സഹകരണ നിയമം 66 വകുപ്പ് പ്രകാരം നിയമിതനായ പരിശോധന
ഉദ്യോഗസ്ഥനായ മഞ്ചേശ്വരം യൂണിറ്റ് ഇൻസ്പെക്ടർ-1 സമർപ്പിച്ച പരിശോധന റിപ്പോർട്ട്.
(2) ഈ ആഫീസിലെ 31-7-2015-ലെ എഫ്. 1834/2011 നമ്പർ നോട്ടീസ്.
ക്ലിപ്തം നമ്പർ എസ്. 75 കാസറഗോഡ് താലൂക്ക് ടെക്നിക്കൽ എഡ്യൂക്കേഷൻ സഹകരണ സംഘം വളരെ കാലമായി പ്രവർത്തനരഹിതമാണെന്നും ഇപ്പോൾ യാതൊരുവിധ കേരള സഹകരണ നിയമം 71 വകുപ്പ് പ്രകാരം സമാപ്തീകരിച്ചുകൊ≠് ഇതിനാൽ ഉത്തരവാകുന്നു.
2. കേരള സഹകരണ നിയമം 72 (1) വകുപ്പ് പ്രകാരം കാസറഗോഡ് താലൂക്ക് ജനറൽ വിഭാഗം അസിസ്റ്റന്റ ് രജിസ്ട്രാർ (ജനറൽ) ഓഫീസിലെ കാസറഗോഡ് യൂണിറ്റ് ഇൻസ്പെക്ടറെ ടി സംഘത്തിന്റെ ലിക്വിഡേറ്ററായി നിയമിച്ചുകൊ≠് ഉത്തരവാകുന്നു.
3. ലിക്വിഡേറ്റർ കേരള സഹകരണ നിയമം 72 (2) വകുപ്പ് പ്രകാരം സംഘത്തിന്റെ എല്ലാ റിക്കാർഡുകളുടേയും ആസ്തികളുടെയും ചാർ÷് ഉടനെ ഏറ്റെടുക്കേ≠തും സംഘം പ്രവർത്തനം സമാപ്തീകരിക്കുന്നതിനുവേ≠ നടപടികൾ സ്വീകരിക്കേ≠തുമാണ്.
