വിഷയം:— ന്യായവില രജിസ്റ്ററിൽ ഉൾപ്പെടാതെപോയ ഭൂമി കൂടി ഉൾപ്പെടുത്തുന്നത് ഉത്തരവാകുന്നു.
സൂചന:— (1) കേരള മുദ്രപത്ര നിയമം 1959 സെക്ഷൻ 28A (ന്യായവില നിർണ്ണയം) ചട്ടം 3 (7) ചട്ടം (4). (2) പൂയപ്പള്ളി മേലതിൽ പുത്തൻ വീട്ടിൽ നജീന സമർപ്പിച്ച അപേക്ഷ.
(3) കൊട്ടാരക്കര തഹശീൽദാരുടെ 19-10-2015-ലെ F1-21170/15-ാം നമ്പർ റിപ്പോർട്ട്.
2010 മാർച്ച് മാസം 6-ാം തീയതിയിലെ അസാധാരണ ഗസററ് വി⁄ാപനപ്രകാരം നിലവിൽവന്ന ന്യായവില രജിസ്റ്ററിൽ ഉൾപ്പെടാതെപോയ താഴെപറയുന്ന സർവ്വെ നമ്പരിൽപ്പെട്ട വസ്തുവിന് സൂചന റിപ്പോർട്ടിന്റെ അടിസ്ഥാനത്തിൽ കേരള സ്റ്റാമ്പ് ആക്ട് സെക്ഷൻ 28A പ്രകാരം ന്യായവില നിർണ്ണയിച്ച് ഇതിനാൽ ഉത്തരവാകുന്നു.

വിഷയം:— ഭൂമിയുടെ ന്യായവില—അപാകത പരിഹരിച്ച് പുനർനിർണ്ണയം നടത്തി ഉത്തരവാകുന്നു.
സൂചന:— (1) കേരള മുദ്രപത്ര നിയമം 1959 സെക്ഷൻ 28എ, ചട്ടം 5 (4).
(2) കൊല്ലം ജില്ലാ കളക്ടറുടെ 14-2-2013-ാം തീയതിയിലെ M1-38492/12-ാം നമ്പർ നിർദ്ദേശം.
(3) കടയ്ക്കൽ ഇടത്തറ മfiപകുന്നിൽ ബാബു സമർപ്പിച്ച അപേക്ഷ.
(4) കൊട്ടാരക്കര തഹശീൽദാരുടെ 12-11-2015-ലെ F1-23403/15-ാം നമ്പർ റിപ്പോർട്ട്.
ഭൂമിയുടെ ന്യായവില നിർണ്ണയിച്ചുകൊ≠് സർക്കാർ പുറപ്പെടുവിച്ച 6-3-2010-ലെ വി⁄ാപനത്തിൽ 3-ാം സൂചനയിൽ പേരുചേർത്തിട്ടുള്ളവരുടെ കൈവശവസ്തുക്കളുടെ ക്ലാസിഫിക്കേഷൻ തെറ്റായി രേഖപ്പെടുത്തി വില നിർണ്ണയിച്ച് വി⁄ാപനം ചെയ്തുവന്നിട്ടുള്ളത് പരിഹരിക്കുന്നതിനായി അപേക്ഷ സമർപ്പിച്ചിരിക്കുന്നു.
പ്രസ്തുത അപേക്ഷകളിൻമേൽ സൂചന (4) പ്രകാരം റിപ്പോർട്ട് സമർപ്പിച്ചിട്ടുള്ളതാണ്. ടി റിപ്പോർട്ടുകളുടെ അടിസ്ഥാനത്തിലും സൂചന (2) പ്രകാരമുള്ള നിർദ്ദേശത്തിന്റെ അടിസ്ഥാനത്തിലും രേഖകൾ പ്രകാരമുള്ള ശരിയായ ക്ലാസിഫിക്കേഷൻ ചേർത്തും അവയ്ക്കനുസൃതമായ വിലചേർത്തും വി⁄ാപനം ചെയ്യേ≠ത് ആവശ്യമാണെന്ന് ബോദ്ധ്യപ്പെട്ടതിന്റെ അടിസ്ഥാനത്തിൽ ചുവടെ ചേർക്കുംവിധം ഉത്തരവാകുന്നു.

ഭൂമിയുടെ ന്യായവില നി›യിച്ചുകൊ≠് 6-3-2010-ൽ വി⁄ാപനം ചെയ്യപ്പെട്ട ന്യായവിലയിൽ വന്നുചേർന്ന അപാകതകൾ പരിഹരിച്ച് ചുവടെ ചേർത്തിരിക്കുന്ന പ്രകാരം അംഗീകരിച്ച് ഉത്തരവാകുന്നു.

Now, therefore, it is hereby made known to the public that the fair value fixed for the land mentioned against each serial numbers in respect of the land situated in the Survey/Re-survey Numbers of the Village and Taluk mentioned against each shall be as shown against it in Column (1) thereof.
