NOTICE

No. E.C.C. 603/2014. 16th November 2015.

Whereas United India Insurance Company Ltd. has deposited with this Court a sum of ` 6,35,000 (Rupees Six Lakh Thirtyfive Thousand only) as Compensation for distribution to the dependents of the deceased Musthafa, residing at Puliyarchalil, Neroparammal, Thachampoyil, P. O. Thamarassery, Kozhikode who met with an accident in the course of work while he was working as a cleaner cum loading and unloading worker in the Lorry bearing No.TN 40B 4223 on 24-9-2008 and died on 25-9-2008 whereas it is reported that Nafeesa (Mother) is his only dependent as defined under Section 2(1) (d) of the employees' compensation Act, 1923 any other claiming to be such dependents should within 15 days of the publication of this notice in the Kerala Government Gazette prefer their claims in writing before me and from the same. If no such claims are received within the prescribed time the entire amount of compensation will be disbursed to the person mentioned above and claim preferred there after will not to be considered. 24-9-2008-ാം തീയതി TN 40B 4223 നമ്പർ ലോറിയിൽ ക്ലീനർ കം ലോഡിംഗ് ആന്റ ് അൺലോഡിംഗ് ജോലി ചെയ്യവെ ഉ≠ായ അപകടത്തിൽ 25-9-2008-ന് മരണമടഞ്ഞ മുസ്തഫ എന്ന തൊഴിലാളിയുടെ ആശ്രിതർക്ക് തൊഴിലാളി നഷ്ടപരിഹാരം നൽകുന്നതിനായി ` 6,35,000 (ആറു ലക്ഷത്തി മുപ്പത്തിഅയ്യായിരം രൂപ മാത്രം) ഈ കോടതിയ ിൽ കെട്ടിവച്ചിട്ടു≠്. തൊഴിലാളി നഷ്ടപരിഹാര ആക്ടിലെ 2(1) (ഡി) വകുപ്പ് അനുസരിച്ച് നിർവചിച്ച പ്രകാരം ടിയാന്റെ ആശ്രിതയായി ശ്രീമതി നഫീസ (മാതാവ്), w/o late അഹമ്മദ്ക്കുട്ടി, പുളിയറച്ചാലിൽ (വീട്), നെരോപാറമ്മൽ, തച്ചംപൊയിൽ, പി. ഒ. താമരശ്ശേരി, കോഴിക്കോട് എന്നവർ മാത്രമേ ഉള്ളൂവെന്നും റിപ്പോർട്ട് ചെയ്തിരിക്കുന്നു. അപ്രകാരമുള്ള ആശ്രിതരാണെന്ന് അവകാശപ്പെടുന്ന മറ്റാരെങ്കിലുമു≠െങ്കിൽ അവർക്കുള്ള അവകാശം ഈ നോട്ടീസ് കേരള ഗവൺമെന്റ ് ഗസറ്റിൽ പരസ്യപ്പെടുത്തി 15 ദിവസത്തിനകം എന്റെ മുമ്പാകെ എഴുതി സമർപ്പിക്കേ≠തും ആയത് തെളിയിക്കേ≠തുമാണ്. നിർദ്ദിഷ്ട സമയത്തിനകം യാതൊരു അവകാശവാദവും ലഭിച്ചില്ലെങ്കിൽ നഷ്ടപരിഹാരത്തുക മുഴുവനും മേൽപ്പറഞ്ഞ വ്യ‡ിക്ക് വിതരണം ചെയ്യുന്നതാണ്. അതിനുശേഷം സമർപ്പിക്കുന്ന അവകാശവാദങ്ങൾ പരിഗണിക്കുന്നതല്ല.
