(ഫോറം തപാലിൽ ലഭിക്കാൻ വിലയോടൊപ്പം ` 50 അധികമായി അയയ്ക്കേ≠ താണ്.) പൂരിപ്പിച്ച ദർഘാസിനോടൊപ്പം രേഖപ്പെടുത്തിയ മൊത്തം തുകയുടെ 1% നിരതദ്രവ്യവും ` 500-ന്റെ മുദ്രപത്രത്തിൽ പ്രാഥമിക എഗ്രിമെന്റും സമർപ്പിക്കേ≠താണ്. ദർഘാസുകൾ സ്വീകരിക്കുവാനോ നിരസിക്കുവാനോ ഉള്ള അധികാരം പ്രിൻസിപ്പാളിൽ നിക്ഷിപ്തമായിരിക്കും. ഏതെങ്കിലും കാരണങ്ങളാൽ 22-12-2015-ന് സർക്കാർ അവധി പ്രഖ്യാപിക്കുകയാണെങ്കിൽ അടുത്ത പ്രവൃത്തി ദിവസം 3.30-ന് ദർഘാസുകൾ തുറക്കുന്നതായിരിക്കും. കൂടുതൽ വിവരങ്ങൾ കോളേജ് ഓഫീസിൽനിന്നും പ്രവൃത്തി സമയങ്ങളിൽ അറിയാവുന്നതാണ്.

Sealed tenders are invited for the Construction and Installation of Solid Waste Burner for Government Ayurveda College, Kannur, Pariyaram for the Financial year 2015-16.
Intending tenderers may on application to the Principal, Government Ayurveda College, Kannur, Pariyaram to obtain the requisite tender forms on which tenders should be submitted. Application for the tender form should be accompanied by a cash remittance of ` 2,000 + 5% VAT; total ` 2,100. Postal Charge of ` 50 should be added if the forms needed by post. The price fixed for a form/set of forms is not refundable under any circumstances. The tender forms are not transferable. Sale of tender forms will be started at 10 a. m. on 7-12-2015 and will be closed at 3 p. m. on 21- 12-2015. Demand Draft, Cheques, Postal Order etc. will not be accepted towards the cost of forms nor will the forms be sent per V.P.P. Duplicate tender forms if requested will be issued at ` 1,000 + 5% VAT, total ` 1,050. Postal Charges of ` 50 should be added if the forms needed by post. A Preliminary Agreement as per Appendix XVII on Kerala Stamp Paper worth ` 500 together with an EMD of 1% of the total amount quoted should be attached with the tender form by way of Demand Draft/Postal Order. Principal has the right to accept or reject the tender without further notice. If Government have declared public holiday on 22-12-2015, tender will be opened at 3.30 p.m. on next working day.
