മൃഗശാലയിൽ പാമ്പിന്റെ പരിബന്ധനത്തിലെ 19 വലിയ കൂടുകൾക്കും 6 ചെറിയ കൂടുകൾക്കും മുന്നിലായി എൽ.ഇ.ഡി.
ലൈറ്റ് ഘടിപ്പിച്ച അക്രിലിക് സൈനേജ് ബോർഡുകൾ സ്ഥാപിക്കുന്നതിന് ഈ മേഖലയുമായി ബന്ധപ്പെട്ട സ്ഥാപന ങ്ങളിൽ നിന്നും സീലുവച്ച ദർഘാസുകൾ ക്ഷണിച്ചുകൊള്ളുന്നു.
ദർഘാസുകൾ സ്വീകരിക്കുന്ന അവസാന തീയതി 20-1-2016 വൈകുന്നേരം 3 മണിവരെയാണ്. ദർഘാസുകൾ ഡയറക്ടർ, മ്യൂസിയം മൃഗശാല വകുപ്പ്, തിരുവനന്തപുരം എന്ന വിലാസ ത്തിൽ ആയിരിക്കണം അയയ്ക്കേ≠ത്. താമസിച്ച് ലഭിക്കുന്ന ദർഘാസുകൾ സ്വീകരിക്കുന്നതല്ല. അന്നേദിവസം 3.30 മണിക്ക് അപേക്ഷ മ്യൂസിയം മൃഗശാല വകുപ്പ് ഡയറക്ടറുടെ പേരിൽ സമർപ്പിക്കേ≠താണ്. ദർഘാസ് ഫോമിന്റെ വില ` 600-ം വാറ്റും ഡ്യൂπിക്കേറ്റ് ആവശ്യമുള്ളവർ ` 300-ം, വാറ്റും ഒടുക്കേ≠താണ്. ഈ തുക യാതൊരു കാരണവശാലും തിരികെ നൽകുന്നതല്ല.
ടെ≠ർ ഫോമുകൾ കൈമാറ്റം ചെയ്യാവുന്നതല്ല. ടെ≠ർ ഫോമുകൾ 9-1-2016 മുതൽ 13-1-2016, 3.30 വരെ ഓഫീസിൽ നിന്നും ലഭിക്കുന്നതാണ്. ടെ≠ർ ഫോം വി.പി.പി. ആയി അയയ്ക്കുന്നതല്ല. ദർഘാസിനോടുകൂടി ആകെ ക്വാട്ട് ചെയ്യുന്ന തുകയുടെ 2.5% നിരതദ്രവ്യമായി ഡയറക്ടറുടെ പേരിൽ മാറാവുന്ന ഡി.ഡി. ആയി സമർപ്പിക്കേ≠താണ്. ദർഘാസുകൾ യാതൊരു കാരണവും കൂടാതെ മാറ്റിവയ്ക്കാനുള്ള അധികാരം No. MZ(F) 3977/2015. 30th November 2015. Sealed competitive tenders are invited by the
undersigned from the competent and reputed firms for the
installation of LED Light fixed acrylic signage boards in
front of the cages in reptile house, Thiruvananthapuram.
The last date of receipt of tenders is on 20-1-2016 at 3
p.m. The tenders should be submitted in sealed cover
subscribed "Tenders for the installation of acrylic boards
in reptile house" and addressed to the Director, Museum
and Zoo, Museum Compound, Thiruvananthapuram-695 033.
Late tenders will not be accepted. The tenders will be
opened at 3.30 p.m. on 20-1-2016 in the office of the
undersigned in the presence of the participating bidder or
their authorized representatives who may be present
at that time.
Intending tenderers may obtain the requisite tender forms on which tenders should be submitted. Application for the tender form should be accompanied by a cash remittance of ` 600 + VAT which is the price fixed for a form and which is not refundable under any circumstances. The tender forms are not transferable. Sale of tender forms will be closed at 3.30 p.m. on 13-1-2016. Cheques, Postage stamps etc., will not be accepted towards the cost of forms, nor will the forms be sent on VPP. Duplicate tender forms if required will be issued at ` 300 + VAT per copy. Sale of tender form will be from 9-1-2016 to 13-1-2016 till 3.30 p.m. Earnest Money Deposit @ 2.5% of the total amount quoted by way of Demand Draft drawn in favour of Director, Museum and Zoo, Thiruvananthapuram should be accompanied with the tenders.
Tender which lack the required documents, sufficient EMD etc. will be summarily rejected even if the rates quoted are lowest. The undersigned reserve the right to reject or postponed the tenders without assigning any reasons.
