In exercise of the powers conferred by the sub- section (1) of Section 14 of the Code of the Criminal Procedure, 1973, (Act 3 of 1974) the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Thrissur hereby defines the areas shown in Column No. II of the Schedule to be the local areas within which the persons mentioned in Col. No. I of the schedule hereunder may exercise all or any of the powers which may be invested under the code for the period from 1-12-2015 to 31-12-2015.

ഈ കോടതിയിൽ തീർപ്പ് കൽപിച്ച വിവിധ കേസുകളിലുൾപ്പെട്ട താഴെ പറയുന്ന വാഹനങ്ങളുടെ ഉടമസ്ഥർ ഈ നോട്ടീസ് പ്രസിദ്ധീകരിക്കുന്ന ഗസറ്റ് തീയതി മുതൽ 60 ദിവസത്തിനകം തങ്ങളുടെ ഉടമസ്ഥാവകാശം തെളിയിക്കുന്ന രേഖകളുമായി വന്ന് വാഹനങ്ങൾ ഏറ്റുവാങ്ങേ≠താണ്. അല്ലാത്ത പക്ഷം വാഹനങ്ങൾ പരസ്യമായി ലേലം ചെയ്ത് സർക്കാരിലേക്ക് മുതൽ കൂട്ടുന്നതാണ്.
