Whereas the Executive Engineer, Electrical Division, Karunagappally has deposited with this court a sum of ` 7,68,560 (Rupees Seven Lakhs Sixty Eight Thousand Five Hundred and Sixty only) as Compensation to be distributed to the dependents of the deceased Sri Sajikumar, who met with a fatal accident while employed under Kerala State Electricity Board Ltd. and whereas it is reported that
1. Smt. Reshmi, Ponal Ambadiyil, Ambalathumbhagom P. O., Poruvazhy—Wife.
2. Master Kashinath, S. R., Ponal Ambadiyil, Ambalathumbhagom P. O., Poruvazhy—Minor Son.
3. Smt. Sarojini Amma, Ponal Ambadiyil, 15 days of the publication of this notice in the Kerala Government Gazette prefer their claim in writing before me and prove the same. If no such claims are received within the prescribed time the entire amount of compensation will be disbursed to the persons mentioned above. Claims preferred thereafter will not be considered.
കെ.എസ്.ഇ.ബി.യുടെ കീഴിൽ ജോലിനോക്കി വരവെ അപകടമു≠ായി മരണമടഞ്ഞ ശ്രീ. സജികുമാറിന്റെ ആശ്രിതർക്ക് എംπോയീസ് കോമ്പൻസേഷൻ നൽകുന്നതിനായി ` 7,68,560 (ഏഴുലക്ഷത്തി അറുപത്തെണ്ണായിരത്തി അഞ്ഞൂറ്റി അറുപത് രൂപ മാത്രം) ഈ ഓഫീസിൽ കെട്ടിവച്ചിരിക്കുന്നു.
അന്വേഷണം നടത്തിയതിൽ ടിയാന്റെ ആശ്രിതരായി 1. ശ്രീമതി രശ്മി, പോണാൽ അമ്പാടിയിൽ, അമ്പലത്തുംഭാഗം പി. ഒ., പോരുവഴി—ഭാര്യ.
2. മാസ്റ്റർ കാശിനാഥ്, പോണാൽ അമ്പാടിയിൽ, 140 KERALA GAZETTE [PART III എന്നിവർ മാത്രമേ ഉള്ളൂ എന്നും റിപ്പോർട്ട് ലഭിച്ചിരിക്കുന്നു. ടിയാന്റെ ആശ്രിതർ എന്ന് മേൽ വിവരിച്ച നിർവ്വചനത്തിൽ ഉൾപ്പെടുന്നവരായി വേറെ ആരെങ്കിലും ഉ≠െങ്കിൽ ഈ നോട്ടീസ് കേരള ഗവൺമെന്റ ് ഗസറ്റിൽ പ്രസിദ്ധപ്പെടുത്തുന്ന തീയതി മുതൽ 15 ദിവസത്തിനകം ഈ ആഫീസിൽ രേഖാമൂലം ഹാജരായി തെളിയിക്കേ≠തും അവധി കഴിഞ്ഞുള്ള ഹർജികൾ പരിഗണിക്കപ്പെടുന്നതല്ലാത്തതുമാകുന്നു.

Whereas National Insurance Company Limited has deposited with this Court a sum of ` 7,19,009 (Rupees Seven Lakhs Nineteen Thousand and Nine only) as compensation for distribution to the dependents of the deceased Muhammed Akbar s/o Moideenkoya, Thachan Kottummal, Paroppady, Vellimadukunnu P. O., Kozhikode who met with a fatal accident on 6-7-2008 in the course of work while he was working as a driver in vehicle bearing No. KL 11 R 7297 at Mandya in Karnataka State whereas it is reported that
1. S. P. Moideenkoya (Father)
2. Rasiyabi (Mother)
3. Fathima Amal (Sister)
are his only dependents as defined under Section 2 (1) (d) of the employees' compensation Act, 1923 any other claiming to be such dependents should with in 15 days of the publication of this notice in the Kerala Government Gazette prefer their claims in writing before me and prove the same. If no such claims are received within the prescribed time the entire amount of compensation will be disbursed to the persons mentioned above and claim preferred thereafter will not to be considered.
നമ്പർ ഇ.സി.സി.-698/2014/(W.C. 141/09). 2015 ഡിസംബർ 1. 6-7-2008-ാം തീയതി കർണ്ണാടക സംസ്ഥാനത്ത് മാfi്യ എന്ന സ്ഥലത്ത് വെച്ച് ഉ≠ായ വാഹനാപകടത്തിൽ മരണപ്പെട്ട മുഹമ്മദ് അക്ബറിന്റെ ആശ്രിതർക്ക് തൊഴിലാളി നഷ്ടപരിഹാരം നൽകുന്നതിനായി ` 7,19,009 (ഏഴു ലക്ഷത്തി പത്തൊമ്പതിനായിരത്തി ഒമ്പത് രൂപ മാത്രം) ഈ കോടതിയിൽ കെട്ടിവച്ചിട്ടു≠്. തൊഴിലാളി നഷ്ടപരിഹാര ആക്റ്റിലെ 2 (1) (ഡി) വകുപ്പ് അനുസരിച്ച് നിർÆചിച്ചപ്രകാരം ടിയാന്റെ ആശ്രിതരായി (1) എസ്. പി. മൊയ്തീൻകോയ (പിതാവ്), (2) റസിയാബി (മാതാവ്), (3) ഫാത്തിമ അമൽ (സഹോദരി), തച്ചാൻകോട്ടുമ്മൽ, പാറോപ്പടി, വെള്ളിമാട്കുന്ന് പി. ഒ., കോഴിക്കോട് എന്നിവർ മാത്രമേ ഉള്ളൂവെന്നും റിപ്പോർട്ട് ചെയ്തിരിക്കുന്നു. അപ്രകാരമുള്ള ആശ്രിതരാണെന്ന് അവകാശപ്പെടുന്ന മറ്റാരെങ്കിലുമു≠െങ്കിൽ അവർക്കുള്ള അവകാശം ഈ നോട്ടീസ് കേരള ഗവൺമെന്റ ് ഗസറ്റിൽ പരസ്യപ്പെടുത്തി 15 ദിവസത്തിനകം എന്റെ മുൻപാകെ എഴുതി സമർപ്പിക്കേ≠തും ആയത് തെളിയിക്കേ≠തുമാണ്. നിർദ്ദിഷ്ട സമയത്തിനകം യാതൊരു അവകാശവാദവും ലഭിച്ചില്ലെങ്കിൽ നഷ്ടപരിഹാരത്തുക മുഴുവനും മേൽപ്പറഞ്ഞ വ്യ‡ികൾക്ക് വിതരണം ചെയ്യുന്നതാണ്. അതിനുശേഷം സമർപ്പിക്കുന്ന അവകാശവാദങ്ങൾ പരിഗണിക്കുന്നതല്ല.
