കഴക്കൂട്ടം കോക്കനട്ട് നഴ്സറിയിലെ ആവശ്യത്തിലേക്കായി താഴെ പറയുന്ന സാധനങ്ങൾ വിതരണം ചെയ്യുവാൻ താൽപ്പര്യ മുള്ളവരിൽനിന്നും സീൽ ചെയ്ത ദർഘാസുകൾ ക്ഷണിച്ചു കൊള്ളുന്നു.

വാങ്ങാനുദ്ദേശിക്കുന്ന സവിശേഷതകൾ അളവ് (എണ്ണം) സാധനം

ഗ്രോ 30 × 20 × 20 cm വലുപ്പം 600 ഗേജ് 25000 ബാഗുകൾ കനം, ബാഗിന് അകവശം കറുപ്പും പുറം വെളുപ്പും ആയിരിക്കണം വെള്ളം വാർന്ന് പോകാൻ ആവശ്യ ത്തിന് സുഷിരം ഉ≠ായിരിക്കണം. കവറിന് പുറത്ത് "കേരള കൃഷി വകുപ്പ് കോക്കനട്ട് നഴ്സറി കഴക്കൂട്ടം" എന്ന് അച്ചടിച്ചിരിക്കണം

വിതരണം ചെയ്യുവാൻ താൽപ്പര്യമുള്ളവർ 6-1-2016 പകൽ 1 മണിക്ക് മുമ്പായി ദർഘാസ് നൽകേ≠താണ്. ദർഘാസിൽ ഒരു ഗ്രോ ബാഗിന്റെ നിരക്ക് രേഖപ്പെടുത്തണം. രേഖപ്പെടുത്തുന്ന നിരക്ക് വിൽപ്പന നികുതി, ലോഡിംഗ്, അൺലോഡിംഗ്, ട്രാൻസ്പോർട്ടേഷൻ ചാർജ് എന്നിവ ഉൾപ്പെട്ടതായിരിക്കണം.

ദർഘാസ് നൽകുന്ന കവറിനു പുറത്ത് "ഗ്രോ ബാഗ് വിതരണം ചെയ്യുവാനുള്ള ദർഘാസ്" എന്ന് എഴുതിയിക്കണം. ദർഘാസുകൾ കൃഷി അസിസ്റ്റന്റ ് ഡയറക്ടർ, കോക്കനട്ട് നഴ്സറി, കഴക്കൂട്ടം എന്ന വിലാസത്തിൽ അയച്ചുതരേ≠ തുമാണ്. ദർഘാസുകൾ 6-1-2016 ഉച്ചയ്ക്കുശേഷം 4 മണിക്ക് ദർഘാസുകൾ തന്നിട്ടുള്ളവരുടെയോ അല്ലെങ്കിൽ അവരുടെ പ്രതിനിധികളുടെയോ സാന്നിദ്ധ്യത്തിൽ തുറക്കുന്നതായിരിക്കും.

അന്നേദിവസം ഏതെങ്കിലും കാരണവശാൽ അവധി ആകുന്നപക്ഷം അടുത്ത പ്രവൃത്തി ദിവസം ദർഘാസുകൾ തുറക്കുന്നതായിരിക്കും. ഏറ്റവും കുറഞ്ഞ നിരക്ക് രേഖപ്പെടുത്തിയിട്ടുള്ള ദർഘാസ് താൽക്കാലികമായി സ്ഥിരപ്പെടുത്തുന്നതാണ്. തിരുവനന്തപുരം ജില്ലാ പഞ്ചായത്തിന്റെ/തിരുവനന്തപുരം പ്രിൻസിപ്പൽ കൃഷി29th DEC. 2015] STORES PURCHASE 1832 ഓഫീസറുടെ അംഗീകാരത്തിനു വിധേയമായി സπൈ ഓർഡർ നൽകുന്നതാണ്. ദർഘാസുകളുമായി ബന്ധപ്പെട്ടു≠ാകുന്ന അഭിപ്രായവൃത്യാസങ്ങളിൽ തിരുവനന്തപുരം ജില്ലാ പഞ്ചായത്തിന്റെ/പ്രിൻസിപ്പൽ കൃഷി ഓഫീസറുടെ തീരുമാനം അന്തിമമായിരിക്കും. ദർഘാസുകൾ സംബന്ധിച്ച എല്ലാ സർക്കാർ നിബന്ധനകളും ഈ ദർഘാസിനും ബാധകമാണ്.

The Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) is required @ 1% of the total cost of the materials quoted in tenders and should be remitted by Demand Draft or Fixed Deposit receipts subject to the minimum of ` 1500. The tenderers who are eligible for exemption from payment of EMD should enclose copy of the latest certificate of Registration issued by Store Purchase Department, Government of Kerala. Otherwise the tender will be summarily rejected. The right to accept or reject the tender without assigning any reason thereof is vested with the undersigned.

The tenders should be superscribed as "Supply of Computer and Electronic Equipments to Edusat Class rooms under Modernisation of Edusat Class Rooms 2015-16 (Plan)'' and addressed to the Principal, P. നാദാപുരം ഗവ. ആർട്സ് ആന്റ ് സയൻസ് കോളേജിലേക്ക് 2015-16 വർഷത്തിൽ πാൻ സ്കീമിൽ ഫിസിക്സ്, സൈക്കോളജി എന്നീ ഡിപ്പാർട്ടുമെന്റുകളിൽ ഇതോടനുബന്ധിച്ചുള്ള പട്ടികയിൽ കാണിച്ചിരിക്കുന്ന ` 4,00,000 (നാലു ലക്ഷം)-ന്റെ ലബോറട്ടറി ഉപകരണങ്ങൾ വിതരണം ചെയ്യുന്നതിന് സീൽ ചെയ്ത ദർഘാസുകൾ ക്ഷണിച്ചുകൊള്ളുന്നു.

ദർഘാസുകൾ അടക്കം ചെയ്ത കവറിന് പുറത്ത് "2015-16 വർഷത്തിൽ πാൻ സ്കീമിൽ ഫിസിക്സ്, സൈക്കോളജി എന്നീ ഡിപ്പാർട്ടുമെന്റുകളിൽ ലബോറട്ടറി ഉപകരണങ്ങൾ വിതരണം ചെയ്യുന്നതിന് സീൽ ചെയ്ത ദർഘാസ്" എന്ന് തലവാചകം എഴുതിയിരിക്കണം. ദർഘാസുകൾ 8-1-2016-ന് വെള്ളിയാഴ്ച ഉച്ചയ്ക്കുശേഷം 2.30 മണിക്ക് മുമ്പായി പ്രിൻസിപ്പാൾ, ആർട്സ് ആന്റ ് സയൻസ് കോളേജ്, നാദാപുരം, വാണിമേൽ പി. ഒ., കല്ലാച്ചി (വഴി), കോഴിക്കോട്-673 506 എന്ന വിലാസത്തിൽ ലഭിച്ചിരിക്കേ≠താണ്. വൈകി ലഭിക്കുന്ന ദർഘാസുകൾ സ്വീകരിക്കുന്നല്ല. ദർഘാസുകൾ ദർഘാസുകാരന്റെയോ അവർ അധികാരപ്പെടുത്തിയ പ്രതിനിധികളുടെയോ സാന്നിദ്ധ്യത്തിൽ 8-1-2016-ന് ഉച്ചയ്ക്കുശേഷം 3 മണിക്ക് തുറന്നു പരിശോധിക്കു ന്നതായിരിക്കും.

ഓഫീസ് പ്രവർത്തി ദിനങ്ങളിൽ ഉച്ചയ്ക്കുശേഷം 2.30 മണിവരെ ഫോറത്തിന്റെ വിലയായ ` 840 (എണ്ണൂറ്റി നാൽപത്) പണമായി ഓഫീസിൽ അടച്ചാൽ ഫോറം ലഭിക്കുന്നതാണ്. പ്രിൻസിപ്പാളിന്റെ പേരിൽ മണിയോർഡർ അയച്ച് ആവശ്യപ്പെട്ടാൽ ഫോറം തപാൽ മുഖേന ലഭിക്കുന്നതായിരിക്കും. ഡ്യൂπിക്കേറ്റ് ദർഘാസ് ഫോറത്തിന്റെ വില ` 420 ആകുന്നു. ദർഘാസ് ഫോറത്തിന്റെ വില യാതൊരു കാരണവശാലും തിരിച്ച് നൽകുന്നതല്ല. ദർഘാസ് ഫോറത്തിന്റെ വിൽപ്പന 8-1-2016-ന് ഉച്ചയ്ക്കുശേഷം 2.30 മണിക്ക് അവസാനിപ്പിക്കുന്നതായിരിക്കും. ഫോറത്തിന്റെ വില ഇനത്തിൽ ചെക്കുകൾ, ഡ്രാഫ്റ്റുകൾ, പോസ്റ്റൽ ഓർഡർ എന്നിവ സ്വീകരിക്കുന്നതല്ല.

` 200 മുഖവിലയുള്ള മുദ്രക്കടലാസ്സിൽ എഗ്രിമെന്റ ് തയ്യാറാക്കി ദർഘാസിനോടൊപ്പം അടക്കം ചെയ്യേ≠താണ്. അടങ്കൽ തുകയുടെ 1% നിരതദ്രവ്യം ഇനത്തിൽ സ്റ്റേറ്റ് ബാങ്ക് ഓഫ് ട്രാവൻകൂറിന്റെ കല്ലാച്ചി ബ്രാഞ്ചിൽ മാറാവുന്ന ഡിമാന്റ ് ഡ്രാഫ്റ്റ് ദർഘാസിനൊപ്പം അടക്കം ചെയ്യേ≠താണ്. ഓരോ ഉപകരണത്തിൻമേലും ഈടാക്കുന്ന നികുതി നിരക്കുകൾ ദർഘാസിൽ കൃത്യമായി രേഖപ്പെടുത്തേ≠താണ്.

Sealed tenders are invited for the supply of Laboratory Equipments in Physics and Psychology Departments of Govt. Arts and Science College, Nadapuram under plan Scheme for a sum of ` 4,00,000 (Four Lakh only) during the year 2015-16 as per the schedule attached herewith.

The envelope containing the tender superscribing "Tender for the supply of Laboratory Equipments in Physics and Psychology Department under Plan Scheme during 2015-16" addressed to the Principal, Govt. Arts and Science College, Nadapuram, Vanimel P. O., Kallachi (Via), Kozhikode-673 506 should reached before 2.30 p. m. on 8-1-2016. Late tender will not be accepted on any ground. The tender will be opened at 3 p. m. on 8-1-2016 in the presence of such tenderers or their authorized representatives who may present at the time.

Intending tenderers may on application to the Principal, Government Arts and Science College, Nadapuram, Vanimel P. O., Kallachi (Via), Kozhikode-673 506, obtain the tender forms on which tenders should be submitted.

Application for the tender form should be accompanied by a cash remittance of ` 840 (Eight hundred and forty only) which is price fixed for a form/set of forms and which is not refundable under any circumstances. If the value of tender form is remitted by Money Order in the name of Principal, the tender form will be sent by post. The tender forms are not transferable. Sale of tender forms will be closed at 2.30 p. m. on 8-1-2016. Cheques, Demand Draft, Postal Order etc. will not be accepted towards the cost of tender form, nor will the forms be sent by V. P. P. Duplicate tender forms if required will be issued at ` 420 per copy.

An agreement in Kerala Government stamp paper worth ` 200 should be executed and attached with the tender.
