Nomination of Vacation Judges—Reg.
Ref:—High Court Notification No. D-11-99067/2014(1) dated 26-11-2014.
The High Court of Kerala will remain closed for the Christmas Holidays, 2015 from 24-12-2015 to 31-12-2015 (both days inclusive) as already notified. The Vacation Court sitting during the Christmas Holidays shall be on 29-12-2015.
Under Section 8 of the Kerala High Court Act, 1958, the Honourable the Chief Justice is pleased to nominate the following Honourable Judges as Vacation Judges for hearing all urgent matters which are required to be immediately or promptly dealt with during the Christmas Holidays:—

Hon'ble Mr. Justice K. P. Jyothindranath Only really urgent matters including company matters which are required to be immediately or promptly dealt with, will be received in the Registry of the Court during the Christmas Holidays, provided they are accompanied by memo giving reasons for urgent posting.
Matters to be moved before the Vacation Judge/ Bench may be filed in the Filing Section of the Registry between 10.15 a. m. and 1.30 p. m. on all days except Sundays and other public holidays. Unless otherwise directed by the Vacation Judge/Bench, no matter shall be sent to the Judge/Bench on the same day of its filing.

തൊടുപുഴ ജുഡീഷ്യൽ ഫസ്റ്റ് ക്ലാസ് മജിസ്ട്രേറ്റ് കോടതി മുമ്പാകെ നിലവിലുള്ള CC. 672/15 [Cr. 623/15 Thodupuzha P. S.] തൊടുപുഴ പോലീസ് സ്റ്റേഷൻ നമ്പർ കേസിൽ ഉൾപ്പെട്ട മോട്ടോർ സൈക്കിൾ (KL-7B. B-6834 T. V. S.) ബന്തവസ്സിലെടുത്ത് തൊടുപുഴ പോലീസ് സ്റ്റേഷൻ പരിസരത്ത് സൂക്ഷിച്ചുവരുന്നതാണ്. ബഹുമാനപ്പെട്ട ജുഡീഷ്യൽ ഫസ്റ്റ് ക്ലാസ് മജിസ്ട്രേറ്റ് കോടതി, തൊടുപുഴയിലെ ഉത്തരവ് പ്രകാരം മേൽപ്പറഞ്ഞ മോട്ടോർ സൈക്കിൾ തൊടുപുഴ പോലീസ് സ്റ്റേഷൻ പരിസരത്ത് വച്ച് 2016 ഫെബ്രുവരി 17-ാം തീയതി പകൽ 2 മണിക്ക് പരസ്യമായി ലേലം ചെയ്യുന്നതാണ്.
പങ്കെടുക്കേ≠തും ഏറ്റവും കൂടുതൽ തുകയ്ക്ക് വിളിക്കുന്ന ആളിന്റെ പേരിൽ ലേലം സ്ഥിരപ്പെടുത്തുന്നതും ലേലം കൊള്ളുന്ന ആൾ അപ്പോൾ തന്നെ ലേല സംഖ്യയും നിയമാനുസൃത സെയിൽസ് ടാക്സും അധികാരികളെ ഏൽപ്പിക്കേ≠തും ടി മുതലുകൾ ഏറ്റുവാങ്ങേ≠തുമാണ്.
ലേലം സ്ഥിരപ്പെടുത്തുന്നതിനും അസ്ഥിരപ്പെടുത്തുന്ന തിനുമുള്ള പൂർണ്ണ അധികാരം തൊടുപുഴ ജുഡീഷ്യൽ ഫസ്റ്റ് ക്ലാസ് മജിസ്ട്രേറ്റിൽ നിക്ഷിപ്തമായിരിക്കും. ലേലം സാധാരണ രീതിയിൽ നടത്തുന്നതും മറ്റ് എല്ലാ സർക്കാർ ലേലങ്ങൾക്കുമുള്ള നിയമങ്ങൾ ഈ ലേലത്തിനും ബാധകമായിരിക്കുന്നതുമാണ്.
