എറണാകുളം റീജിയണൽ കെമിക്കൽ എക്സാമിനേഴ്സ് ലബോറട്ടറിയിലെ ഉപയോഗത്തിനായി ഉന്നതഗുണനിലവാരമുള്ള രാസവസ്തുക്കൾ വിതരണം ചെയ്യുന്നതിനുള്ള ദർഘാസുകൾ ക്ഷണിക്കുന്നു. ദർഘാസുകൾ ഉള്ളടക്കം ചെയ്യുന്ന കവറിനുമു കളിലായി "ലബോറട്ടറി രാസവസ്തുക്കൾ വിതരണം ചെയ്യുന്നതിനുള്ള ദർഘാസ്" എന്ന് രേഖപ്പെടുത്തി ജോയിന്റ ് കെമിക്കൽ എക്സാമിനർ, റീജിയണൽ കെമിക്കൽ എക്സാമിനേഴ്സ് ലബോറട്ടറി, എറണാകുളം, കാക്കനാട്, പിൻ-682 030 എന്ന വിലാസത്തിൽ 14-1-2016 വൈകിട്ട് 5 മണിക്ക് മുമ്പായി ഈ ഓഫീസിൽ ലഭിച്ചിരിക്കേ≠താണ്. സമയപരിധി കഴിഞ്ഞു ലഭിക്കുന്ന ദർഘാസുകൾ ഒരു കാരണവശാലും സ്വീകരിക്കുന്നതല്ല. ദർഘാസുകൾ 15-1-2016 രാവിലെ 11 മണിക്ക് തുറക്കുന്നതാണ്.

ദർഘാസ് ഫാറവും വിതരണം ചെയ്യേ≠ വസ്തുക്കളുടെ വിശദവിവരങ്ങളും ` 945-ന് ഈ ഓഫീസിൽ നിന്നും 11-1-2016 ഉച്ചയ്ക്കുശേഷം ര≠് മണിവരെ ലഭിക്കുന്നതാണ്. ദർഘാസ് ഫോറം കൈമാറ്റം ചെയ്യാൻ പാടുള്ളതല്ല. ദർഘാസ് ഫോറം തപാലിൽ ആവശ്യമുള്ളവർ ` 1,000 മുൻകൂട്ടി ഈ ഓഫീസിൽ ലഭ്യമാക്കേ≠താണ്.

വിലയായി സ്വീകരിക്കുന്നതല്ല. ദർഘാസ് പത്രത്തിന്റെ ഡ്യൂπിക്കേറ്റ് ` 473-ന് ലഭിക്കുന്നതാണ്.

Sealed competitive tenders are invited for the supply of Reagent Chemicals for the use of Regional Chemical Examiners Laboratory, Ernakulam.

The tenders should be superscribed "Tender for the supply of Reagent Chemicals", and should be addressed to the Joint Chemical Examiner, Regional Chemical Examiners Laboratory, Kakkanad, Ernakulam, Kochi-30.

Late tenders will not be accepted. The tenders will be opened at 11 a. m. on 15-1-2016 in the presence of the tenderers or their authorized representatives who may be present at that time. Due date of receipt of tender is fixed as 5 p. m. on 14-1-2016.

Intending tenderers may on application to the Joint Chemical Examiner obtain the requisite tender form and list of articles required on which tender should be submitted. Application for the tender form should be accompanied by a cash remittance of ` 945 (including VAT) which is the price fixed for a form/set of forms and which is not refundable under any circumstances The tender forms are not transferable. Sale of the tender form will be closed at 2 p.m. on 11-1-2016.

Cheques, postage stamps etc. will not be accepted towards the cost of forms, nor will the forms will be sent per VPP. Duplicate tender forms if required will be issued at ` 473.

കൈമാറ്റം ചെയ്യാൻ പാടുള്ളതല്ല. ദർഘാസ് ഫോറത്തിന്റെ വിലയായി ചെക്ക്, പോസ്റ്റൽ ഓർഡർ, ഡ്രാഫ്റ്റ് മുതലായവ സ്വീകരിക്കുന്നതോ വി.പി.പി. ആയി അയച്ചു കൊടുക്കുന്നതോ അല്ല. ദർഘാസ് ഫോറം തപാൽ മാർഗ്ഗം ലഭിക്കുന്നതിന് ദർഘാസ് ഫോറത്തിന്റെ വിലയും, രജിസ്റ്റേർഡ് തപാൽ ചാർ÷ും ഉൾപ്പെടെ ` 557 (അഞ്ഞൂറ്റി അൻപത്തിഏഴ് രൂപ മാത്രം) മുകളിൽ കൊടുത്തിട്ടുള്ള പ്രിൻസിപ്പാളിന്റെ വിലാസത്തിൽ മണിയോർഡറായി അയച്ചുതരേ≠താണ്.

പൂരിപ്പിച്ചതും ഒപ്പിട്ടതുമായ ദർഘാസിന്റെ കൂടെ അടങ്കൽ തുകയുടെ 2.5 % തുകയ്ക്കുള്ള ഡിമാന്റ ് ഡ്രാഫ്റ്റ് നിരതദ്രവ്യമായി അടക്കം ചെയ്യേ≠താണ്. ഷോർട്ട്/ടേം/ഫിക്സഡ് ഡെപ്പോസിറ്റ്, രസീതുകൾ മുതലായവ നിരതദ്രവ്യമായി സ്വീകരിക്കുന്നതല്ല. നിരതദ്രവ്യത്തിന് പലിശ ലഭിക്കുന്നതല്ല.

യാതൊരു മുന്നറിയിപ്പും കൂടാതെ ദർഘാസ് നടപടികൾ റദ്ദാക്കുന്നതിനോ താൽക്കാലികമായി നിർത്തി വയ്ക്കുന്നതിനോ ഉള്ള അധികാരം താഴെ ഒപ്പിട്ടിട്ടുള്ള ആളിൽ നിക്ഷിപ്തമാണ്. ഓഫീസിലെ പണമിടപാട് സമയം പ്രവൃത്തി ദിവസങ്ങളിൽ രാവിലെ 10 മണി മുതൽ ഉച്ചയ്ക്ക് 2 മണി വരെ ആയിരിക്കും.

Government College, Perinthalmanna for an amount of ` 1,38,000 (Rupees One Lakh and Thirty Eight Thousand only) under "College Infrastructure Upgradation Programme (CIUP) (Plan) during 2015-16". The tenders should be superscribed as "Supply of Electronic equipments to Seminar Hall under CIUP during 2015-16 (Plan)" and addressed to the Principal, P.T.M.
