The Committee considered the review petition filed by OFFICE OF THE COMMISSIONER OF COMMERCIAL TAXES, THIRUVANANTHAPURAM

No. G3-25000/2014/CT(1). 14th December 2015.
An Adhoc meeting of the Departmental Promotion Committee (Lower) was held on 24-11-2015 in the Chamber of the Chairperson for including 15 more Officers in the Select List of Assistant Commercial Tax Officers eligible for promotion to the cadre of Commercial Tax Officer for the year 2015 so as to fill the remaining vacancies in the cadre of Commercial Tax Officer for the year 2015.
The Committee considered the review petition filed by Sri P. M. Mohammed Ibrahim and decided to include his name as Sl. No. 36A in between Smt. S. Jayasree (Sl. No. 36) and Sri P. Sreekumar (Sl. No. 37) in the Select List of Assistant Commercial Tax Officers: eligible for promotion to the cadre of Commercial Tax Officer for the year 2015.
Sri Rajeeve, P. and decided to include his name as Sl. No. 112A in between Sri Vinu, A.S. (Sl. No. 112) and Sri Manoharan, K. (Sl. No. 113) in the Select List of Assistant Commercial Tax Officers eligible for promotion to the cadre of Commercial Tax Officer for the year 2015.
The Committee considered the review petition filed by Sri P. M. Selvaraj and decided to include his name as Sl. No. 34A in between Sri A. Nelson (Sl. No. 34) and Sri G. Vikraman Nair (Sl. No. 35) in the Select List of Assistant Commercial Tax Officers eligible for promotion to the cadre of Commercial Tax Officer for the year 2002.
The following is the Revised Select List of Assistant Commercial Tax Officers eligible for promotion to the cadre of Commercial Tax Officer for the year 2015 prepared by the Departmental Promotion Committee (Lower) held on 24-11-2015 and approved by Government, vide Lr. No. 26792/D3/15/TD dated 10-12-2015 of Taxes (D) Department.
