Whereas United India Insurance Company Ltd. has deposited with this Court a sum of ` 11,08,976 (Rupees Eleven Lakh Eight Thousand Nine Hundred and Seventy Six only) as Compensation for distribution to the dependents of the deceased Dipankar Choudhary, S/o Devidhar Choudhary, Gourangtari Pt-1, P. O. Salloocha, P. S. Chapar, Bilasipara, Dhubri District, Assam who met with fatal accident in the course of work while he was working as a cleaner in a motor vehicle bearing No. KL-13A 5326 at Puthenwada, Manchayil Kadave on 5-1-2013 whereas it is reported that
are his only dependents as defined under Section 2(1) (d) of the Employees' Compensation Act, 1923 any other claiming to be such dependents should within 15 days of the publication of this notice in the Kerala Government Gazette prefer their claims in writing before me and from the same. If no such claims are received within the prescribed time the entire amount of compensation will be disbursed to the persons mentioned above and claim preferred thereafter will not be considered.

2015 ഡിസംബർ 5. 5-1-2013-ാം തീയതി ഉ≠ായ അപകടത്തിൽ മരണമടഞ്ഞ ദീപങ്കാർ ചൗധരിയുടെ ആശ്രിതർക്ക് തൊഴിലാളി നഷ്ടപരിഹാരം നൽകുന്നതിനായി ` 11,08,976 (പതിനൊന്ന് ലക്ഷത്തി എണ്ണായിരത്തി തൊള്ളായിരത്തി എഴുപത്തിയാറ് രൂപ മാത്രം) ഈ കോടതിയിൽ കെട്ടിവെച്ചിട്ടു≠്. തൊഴിലാളി നഷ്ടപരിഹാര ആക്ടിലെ 2 (1) (ഡി) വകുപ്പ് അനുസരിച്ച് നിർവചിച്ച പ്രകാരം ടിയാന്റെ ആശ്രിതരായി 1. Devidhar Choudhary (Father) 2. Smt. Aroti Choudhary (Mother) 3. Smt. Tapashi Choudhary (Sister), VIII-Town 415, Gourangtari Pt-1., P. O. Salloocha, P. S. Chapar, Bilasipara, Dhubri District, Assam എന്നിവർ മാത്രമേ ഉള്ളൂവെന്നും റിപ്പോർട്ട് ചെയ്തിരിക്കുന്നു. അപ്രകാരമുള്ള ആശ്രിതരാണെന്ന് അവകാശപ്പെടുന്ന മറ്റാരെങ്കിലുമു≠െങ്കിൽ അവർക്കുള്ള അവകാശം ഈ നോട്ടീസ് കേരള ഗവൺമെന്റ ് ഗസറ്റിൽ പരസ്യപ്പെടുത്തി 15 ദിവസത്തിനകം എന്റെ മുമ്പാകെ എഴുതി സമർപ്പിക്കേ≠തും ആയത് തെളിയിക്കേ≠തുമാണ്.
നിർദ്ദിഷ്ട സമയത്തിനകം യാതൊരു അവകാശവാദവും ലഭിച്ചില്ലെങ്കിൽ നഷ്ടപരിഹാരത്തുക മുഴുവനും മേൽപ്പറഞ്ഞ വ്യ‡ികൾക്ക് വിതരണം ചെയ്യുന്നതാണ്. അതിനുശേഷം സമർപ്പിക്കുന്ന അവകാശവാദങ്ങൾ പരിഗണിക്കുന്നതല്ല.

Whereas the National Insurance Company has deposited with this Court a sum of ` 11,45,773 (Rupees Eleven Lakh Forty Five Thousand Seven Hundred and Seventy Three only) as Compensation for distribution to the dependents of deceased Sajeesh, Edakkandiyil House, Paingottupuram, P. O. Kunnamangalam, Kozhikode who met with fatal accident in the course of work while he was working as a driver in a tipper lorry bearing Registration No. KL-11-AG-9846 at Mukkam, Kozhikode on 16-8-2011 whereas it is reported that 1. Sri. Chandran (Father) 2. Smt. Vilasini (Mother) Edakkandiyil (House), Paingottupuram, P. O. Kunnamangalam, Kozhikode are his only dependents as defined under Section 2(1) (d) of the Employees' Compensation Act, 1923 any other claiming to be such dependents should within 15 days of the publication of this notice in the Kerala Government Gazette prefer their claims in writing before me and from the same.

No. E.C.C. 244/2014. 2015 ഡിസംബർ 9. 16-8-2011-ാം തീയതി കോഴിക്കോട് മുക്കത്ത് വെച്ച് ഉ≠ായ വാഹനാപകടത്തിൽ മരണപ്പെട്ട സജീഷിന്റെ ആശ്രിതർക്ക് തൊഴിലാളി നഷ്ടപരിഹാരം നൽകുന്നതിനായി ` 11,45,773 (പതിനൊന്ന് ലക്ഷത്തി നാൽപത്തി അയ്യായിരത്തി എഴുനൂറ്റി എഴുപത്തിമൂന്ന് രൂപ മാത്രം) ഈ കോടതിയിൽ കെട്ടിവെച്ചിട്ടു≠്.

Whereas the Chief Executive, Kerala Headload Workers Welfare Board, Ernakulam has deposited with this Court a sum of ` 3,62,385 (Rupees Three Lakh Sixty Two Thousand Three Hundred and Eighty Five only) as Compensation for distribution to the dependents of the deceased Chandran, Kunnummal House, Kuniyil Palam, Kuthuparamba, Kannur who met with fatal accident in the course of work while he was working as a Headload Worker at Kuthuparamba on 25-5-2013 whereas it is reported that

(2) Smt. Thayamma (Mother)
(3) Maya, C. (Daughter), Kunnummal House, Kuniyil Palam, Kuthuparamba, Kannur
