Whereas Executive Engineer, Electrical Division, Kottarakkara has deposited with this Court a sum of ` 6,82,760 (Rupees six lakhs eighty two thousand seven hundred sixty only) as compensation to be distributed to the dependents of the deceased Sri G. Chandra Sekharan who met with a fatal accident while employed under the Kerala State Electricity Board, Electrical Section, Paravur and where as it is reported that

Reshma Bhavanam, Vallom, Kottarakkara Wife
2. Kum. Reshma Chandran do. Daughter 3. Master Rahul Chandran do. Minor Son 4. Smt. Thankamma,
Vijaya Bhavan, Vallom, Kottarakkara Mother are his only dependents as defined under Section 2 (1) (d) of the Employees' Compensation Act. Any others who claim to be the dependents of the deceased should within 15 days of the publication of this notice in the Kerala Government Gazette prefer their claim in writing before me and prove the same. If no such claims are received within the prescribed time the entire amount of Compensation will be disbursed to the persons mentioned above. Claims preferred thereafter will not be considered.
