കേരള ഗവർണ്ണർക്കുവേ≠ി തിരുവനന്തപുരം കൃഷി അസിസ്റ്റന്റ ് എക്സിക്യൂട്ടീവ് എഞ്ചിനീയർ താഴെപ്പറയുന്ന സോളാർ വൈദ്യുത സിസ്റ്റം സπൈ ചെയ്ത് സ്ഥാപിക്കുന്നതിന് അംഗീകൃത വിതരണക്കാർ/നിർമ്മാതാക്കളിൽ നിന്നും മത്സരസ്വഭാവമുള്ള ദർഘാസുകൾ മുദ്രവെച്ച കവറുകളിൽ ക്ഷണിച്ചുകൊള്ളുന്നു. കവറിന്റെ പുറത്ത് പ്രവൃത്തിയുടെ പേര് എഴുതിയിരിക്കേ≠താണ്. ദർഘാസുകൾ 27-1-2016 വൈകുന്നേരം 3 മണി വരെ ഈ ഓഫീസിൽ സ്വീകരിക്കുന്നതും, അന്നേ ദിവസം 3.30-ന് വിതരണക്കാർ/നിർമ്മാതാക്കളുടെയോ അവർ രേഖാമൂലം അധികാരപ്പെടുത്തുന്ന ഏജന്റുമാരുടെയോ സാന്നിദ്ധ്യത്തിൽ തുറക്കുന്നതാണ്. പ്രസ്തുത ദിവസം ഏതെങ്കിലും കാരണവശാൽ അവധി ദിവസമായി വന്നാൽ അടുത്ത പ്രവൃത്തി ദിവസം മുകളിൽ പറഞ്ഞ വ്യവസ്ഥയിലും സമയത്തും ദർഘാസുകൾ സ്വീകരിക്കുന്നതും തുറക്കുന്നതുമാണ്.

പ്രവൃത്തിയുടെ പേര്—Supplying and Installing 2 Nos. of Solar Roof Top System at RATTC Kazhakuttam along with Supplying and Installing Electrical points and smart energy meters.

നിരതദ്രവ്യം—ക്വാട്ട് ചെയ്യുന്ന തുകയുടെ 1 %.

ദർഘാസ് ഫോറത്തിന്റെ വില—` 400 + വാറ്റ്. സ്ഥാപിക്കേ≠ കാലാവധി—2 മാസം ദർഘാസ് പ്രമാണം തിരുവനന്തപുരം ആനയറയിലുള്ള കൃഷി അസിസ്റ്റന്റ ് എക്സിക്യൂട്ടീവ് എഞ്ചിനീയറുടെ കാര്യാലയത്തിൽ നിന്നും അന്നേ ദിവസം 1 മണി വരെ ലഭിക്കുന്നതാണ്. ദർഘാസ് പ്രമാണങ്ങൾ ആവശ്യപ്പെട്ടു കൊ≠ുള്ള അപേക്ഷ സമർപ്പിക്കേ≠തും, നിശ്ചിത തുക വിൽപ്പന നികുതി അടക്കം ഈ ഓഫീസിൽ അടച്ച് രസീത് വാങ്ങേ≠തുമാണ്. ദർഘാസ് പ്രമാണത്തിന്റെ വില യാതൊരു കാരണവശാലും മടക്കി കൊടുക്കുന്നതല്ല. ദർഘാസ് പ്രമാണം കൈമാറ്റം ചെയ്യാൻ പാടില്ലാത്തതുമാണ്. അസിസ്റ്റന്റ ് എക്സിക്യൂട്ടീവ് എഞ്ചിനീയർ (കൃഷി) തിരുവനന്തപുരം എന്ന പേരിൽ അടച്ച നി›ിത തുകയുടെ ബാങ്ക് ഡ്രാഫ്റ്റ് നിരതദ്രവ്യമായി ദർഘാസിനോടൊപ്പം സമർപ്പിക്കേ≠താണ്. ദർഘാസിനോടൊപ്പം ` 200 മുദ്രപത്രത്തിൽ പ്രിലിമിനറി എഗ്രിമെന്റ ് നി›ിത ഫോറത്തിൽ സമർപ്പിക്കേ≠താണ്. കൃഷി വകുപ്പിലെ ദർഘാസിനെ സംബന്ധിക്കുന്ന എല്ലാ നിബന്ധനകളും ഈ ദർഘാസിനും ബാധകമാണ്.

തിരുവനന്തപുരം ഗവൺമെന്റ ് ആയൂർവേദ കോളേജ ് ആർ & ബി ഡിപ്പാർട്ടുമെന്റിലേക്ക് ആവശ്യമായ മ്യൂസിയം ചുവടെപ്പറയും പ്രകാരം സെറ്റു ചെയ്യുന്നതിന് തയ്യാറുള്ളവരിൽ നിന്നും മുദ്രവച്ച ദർഘാസുകൾ ക്ഷണിച്ചുകൊള്ളുന്നു.

അടങ്കൽ തുക—` 2,00,000.

ഓരോ ദർഘാസുകളും ആയൂർവേദ കോളേജ് പ്രിൻസിപ്പാളിന്റെ മേൽവിലാസത്തിൽ പ്രത്യേകം കവറിലാക്കി സീൽ ചെയ്ത് കവറിന് പുറത്ത് "തിരുവനന്തപുരം ഗവൺമെന്റ ് ആയൂർവ്വേദ കോളേജ് ആർ & ബി ഡിപ്പാർട്ടുമെന്റിലേക്കാവശ്യമായ മ്യൂസിയം സെറ്റു ചെയ്തു സ്ഥാപിക്കുന്നതിനുള്ള ടെ≠ർ" എന്ന് രേഖപ്പെടുത്തി 23-1-2016 ഉച്ചയ്ക്ക് 3 മണിവരെ സമർപ്പിക്കാവുന്നതാണ്. 23-1-2016 ഉച്ചയ്ക്കുശേഷം 3.30 മണിക്ക് ദർഘാസുകൾ നിയമാനുസരണം തുറക്കുന്നതായിരിക്കും.

യാതൊരു കാരണവശാലും ദർഘാസ് ഫോറങ്ങൾ കൈമാറ്റം ചെയ്യാൻ പാടില്ലാത്തതാകുന്നു. ദർഘാസ് ഫോറങ്ങളുടെ വിൽപ്പന 22-1-2016 ഉച്ചയ്ക്കുശേഷം 3 മണിക്ക് അവസാനിക്കുന്നതാണ്.

ഫോറങ്ങൾ തപാൽമാർഗ്ഗം ആവശ്യമുള്ളവർ ദർഘാസ് ഫോറത്തിന്റെ വിലയേക്കാൾ ` 50 കൂടുതൽ മണിയോർഡർ ആയി അയയ്ക്കേ≠താകുന്നു. ദർഘാസിൽ രേഖപ്പെടുത്തി യിരിക്കുന്ന വില നിരക്കുകൾ ദർഘാസ് അംഗീകരിച്ച് നൽകുന്ന തീയതി മുതൽ ഒരു വർഷം വരെയുള്ള കാലയളവിനുള്ളിൽ മാറ്റം വരുത്താൻ പാടില്ലാത്തതാകുന്നു.

ഒരു ദർഘാസിന്റെ വില ` 630 ആണ് (` 600 + VAT ` 30). ഡ്യൂπിക്കേറ്റ് ഫോറത്തിന്റെ വില ` 315.

പൂരിപ്പിച്ച ദർഘാസ് ഫോറത്തിനോടൊപ്പം രേഖപ്പെടുത്തിയ തുകയുടെ 1% തുക നിരതദ്രവ്യമായി തിരുവനന്തപുരം ആയൂർവേദ കോളേജ് പ്രിൻസിപ്പാളിന്റെ പേരിൽ എടുത്ത ഡിമാന്റ ് ഡ്രാഫ്റ്റും ` 200-ന്റെ കേരള സംസ്ഥാന മുദ്രപ്പത്രത്തിൽ രേഖപ്പെടുത്തിയ ഒരു പ്രിലിമിനറി എഗ്രിമെന്റും ഹാജരാക്കേ≠താണ്. ഏതൊരു ടെ≠റും കാരണം കാണിക്കാതെ നിരസിക്കാനോ മാറ്റിവയ്ക്കാനോ ഉള്ള അധികാരം തിരുവനന്തപുരം ആയൂർവേദ കോളേജ് പ്രിൻസിപ്പാളിൽ നിക്ഷിപ്തമായിരിക്കും. ഏതെങ്കിലും കാരണത്താൽ 23-1-2016-ന് സർക്കാർ അവധി പ്രഖ്യാപിക്കു കയാണെങ്കിൽ അടുത്ത പ്രവൃത്തി ദിവസം അതേ സമയം ദർഘാസുകൾ തുറക്കുന്നതായിരിക്കും. കൂടുതൽ വിവരങ്ങൾ കോളേജ് ഓഫീസിൽനിന്ന് അറിയാവുന്നതാണ്.

Sealed competitive tenders are invited for the "Supply and setting up of Museum to R & B Department of Government Ayurveda College, Thiruvananthapuram " for the year 2015-16 as per detailed below:

Estimate Amount—` 2,00,000.

E.M.D.—` 2,000.

Tenders should be superscribed "Supply and setting up of Museum to R & B Department of Government Ayurveda College, Thiruvananthapuram." addressed to the Principal, Government Ayurveda College, Thiruvananthapuram. The last date of the receipt of tenders will be at 3 p. m. on 23-1-2016. The late tenders will not be accepted. The tenders will be opened at 3.30 p. m. on 23-1-2016 in the presence of such of the tenderers or their authorized representatives who may be present at that time.

Intending tenderers may on application to the Principal, Government Ayurveda College, Thiruvananthapuram to obtain tender forms on which tenders should be submitted. Application for the tender forms should be accompanied by cash remittance of ` 630 (Cost of tender form ` 600 + VAT ` 30) which is the price fixed for a form and which is not refundable under any circumstances. Tender forms are not transferable. Sale of tender forms will be closed at 3 p. m. on 22-1-2016. Cheque, Postal Orders etc. will not be accepted towards the cost of forms. Those who wish to purchase tender forms by post shall send an additional amount of ` 50 by money order to cover postal charges. Duplicate tender forms, if required will be issued at ` 315.

Intending tenderers should submit an amount of 1% of the quote amount as Earnest Money Deposit by Demand Draft in favour of the Principal, Government Ayurveda College, Thiruvananthapuram together with an agreement in Kerala Stamp Paper worth ` 200. The rate quoted shall remain firm for acceptance till one year from the date of acceptance. The Principal, Ayurveda College, Thiruvananthapuram will have powers to postpone/cancel the tender. If Government have declared 23-1-2016 as a public holiday, the tender will be opened at the same time on next working day. Further details can be had from the office during office time.

കോഴിക്കോട് സ്ത്രീകളുടെയും കുട്ടികളുടെയും സർക്കാർ ആശുപത്രി ലാബിലേക്ക് ആവശ്യമായ ഗവ. സπൈ (KMSCL) ഇല്ലാത്ത ഇതോടൊപ്പം ഉള്ളടക്കം ചെയ്തിരിക്കുന്ന ലിസ്റ്റിൻ പ്രകാരം Reagent-ഉം consumables-ഉം ഒരു വർഷത്തേക്ക് (1-3-2016 മുതൽ 28-2-2017 വരെ) വിതരണം ചെയ്യുന്നതിന് പരിചയസമ്പന്നരായ വിശ്വസ്തമായ സ്ഥാപനങ്ങളിൽ നിന്നും മുദ്രവെച്ച ദർഘാസുകൾ ക്ഷണിച്ചുകൊള്ളുന്നു.

Competitive sealed tenders are invited for the supply of Various Hospital equipments for the use of Government Homoeo Medical College Hospital, Karaparamba, Kozhikode. The list of equipments will be obtained along with the tender forms.

Estimated Cost—` 5,00,000.

The tenders shall be superscribed as "Tender for the supply of Hospital Equipments" and addressed to the Superintendent, Govt. Homoeo Medical College Hospital, Karaparamba, Kozhikode-10. The last date of the receipt of tender is 10-2-2016 at 11 a.m. Late tenders will not be considered. Tenders will be opened at 11.30 a.m. on the same day in the presence of such of tenderers or their authorised representatives who may be present at that time.

Those who want tender forms should apply to the Superintendent, Govt. Homoeo Medical College Hospital, Karaparamba, Kozhikode-10. Application for tender form should be accompanied by a cash remittance ` 1,000+VAT. Which is the price fixed for the form, which is not refundable under any circumstances. Sale of tender form will be closed at 3 p.m. on 9-2-2016 (4-2-2016 by post). The tender forms will be obtained from the hos- pital office on direct payment or money order only on working days. Those who require tender forms by post should send and additional amount of ` 50 towards postage charge. Duplicate forms, if required will be issued for ` 500 per copy.

A demand draft for an amount of 1% of the total cost of items should be enclosed along with the tender as EMD. Specification also is to be attached with tender.
