No. P(1) 1259/2015. 7th January 2016.
Whereas HDFC, ERGO Insurance Company Limited, Ernakulam has deposited with this Court a sum of ` 7,45,552 (Rupees Seven Lakhs Fortyfive Thousand Five Hundred and Fifty Two only) as Compensation to be distributed to the dependents of the deceased Sri Sojan Peter who met with a fatal accident while employed under Sri Faisal, 13/1081, Chullickal, Kochi, Ernakulam and whereas it is reported that
1. Sri Peter, Annamma Cottage,
Kannanalloor P. O., Kollam (Father) 2. Smt. Annamma, Annamma Cottage,
Kannanalloor P. O., Kollam (Mother) Government Gazette prefer their claim in writing before me and prove the same. If no such claims are received within the prescribed time the entire amount of compensation will be disbursed to the persons mentioned above. Claims preferred thereafter will not be considered.
ശ്രീ. ഫൈസൽ, 13/1081, ചുള്ളിക്കൽ, കൊച്ചി, എറണാകുളത്തിന്റെ കീഴിൽ ജോലിനോക്കിവരവെ അപകടമു≠ായി മരണമടഞ്ഞ സോജൻ പീറ്ററിന്റെ ആശ്രിതർക്ക് എംπോയീസ് കോമ്പൻസേഷൻ നൽകുന്നതിനായി ` 7,45,552 (ഏഴു ലക്ഷത്തി നാൽപത്തി അയ്യായിരത്തി അഞ്ഞൂറ്റി അമ്പത്തിര≠് രൂപ മാത്രം) ഈ ഓഫീസിൽ കെട്ടിവെച്ചിരിക്കുന്നു. അന്വേഷണം നടത്തിയതിൽ ടിയാന്റെ ആശ്രിതരായി

കണ്ണനല്ലൂർ പി. ഒ., കൊല്ലം (പിതാവ്) 12th JAN. 2016] LABOUR DEPARTMENT 14 എന്നിവർ മാത്രമേ ഉള്ളൂവെന്നും റിപ്പോർട്ട് ലഭിച്ചിരിക്കുന്നു. the publication of this notice in the Kerala Government ടിയാന്റെ ആശ്രിതർ എന്ന് മേൽ വിവരിച്ച നിർവചനത്തിൽ Gazette prefer their claims in writing before me and from ഉൾപ്പെടുന്നവരായി വേറെ ആരെങ്കിലും ഉ≠െങ്കിൽ ഈ നോട്ടീസ് കേരള ഗവൺമെന്റ ് ഗസറ്റിൽ പരസ്യപ്പെടുത്തിയ തീയതി മുതൽ 15 ദിവസത്തിനകം ഈ ആഫീസിൽ രേഖാമൂലം ഹാജരായി തെളിയിക്കേ≠തും അവധി കഴിഞ്ഞുള്ള ഹർജികൾ പരിഗണിക്കപ്പെടുന്നതല്ലാത്തതുമാകുന്നു.

Whereas Southern Railway Palakkad has deposited with this Court an amount of ` 6,25,880 (Rupees Six Lakh Twenty Five Thousand Eight Hundred and Eighty only) as Compensation for distribution to the dependents of the deceased Gangadharan, s/o Koragan, Gurukripa House, Behind Joy Factory, Kudlu, Ramdas Nagar P. O., Kasaragod who met with fatal accident in the course of work while he was working as a Gateman at Pallam Railway gate, Kasaragod under Southern Railway, Palakkad on 11-9-2015 whereas it is reported that
1. Smt. C. H. Nirmala (Wife)
2. Akshitha, G. K. (Daughter)
3. Rishikesh, G. K. (Minor Son) Gurukripa (House), Kudlu, R. D. Nagar P. O., Kasaragod and 4. Karthyayani (Mother), Gurukripa (House), Near Krishna Talkies, P. O. Kasaragod are his only dependents as defined under Section 2(1) (d) of the Employees' Compensation Act, 1923 any other claiming to be such dependents should within 15 days of ഗംഗാധരന്റെ ആശ്രിതർക്ക് തൊഴിലാളി നഷ്ടപരിഹാരം നൽകുന്നതിനായി ` 6,25,880 (ആറ് ലക്ഷത്തി ഇരുപത്തി അയ്യായിരത്തി എണ്ണൂറ്റി എൺപത് രൂപ മാത്രം) ഈ കോടതിയിൽ കെട്ടിവെച്ചിട്ടു≠്. തൊഴിലാളി നഷ്ടപരിഹാര ആക്ടിലെ 2 (1) (ഡി) വകുപ്പ് അനുസരിച്ച് നിർവചിച്ച പ്രകാരം ടിയാന്റെ ആശ്രിതരായി (1) സി. എച്ച്. നിർമ്മല (ഭാര്യ), (2) അക്ഷിത (മകൾ), (3) Eഷികേശ് (മൈനർ മകൻ), ഗുരുകൃപ (വീട്), കൂഡ്ലു, ആർ. ഡി. നഗർ പി. ഒ., കാസർഗോഡ,് (4) കാർത്ത്യായനി (അമ്മ), ഗുരുകൃപ (വീട്), നിയർ കൃഷ്ണ ടാക്കീസ്, പി. ഒ. കാസർഗോഡ് എന്നിവർ മാത്രമേ ഉള്ളൂവെന്നും റിപ്പോർട്ട് ചെയ്തിരിക്കുന്നു. അപ്രകാരമുള്ള ആശ്രിതരാണെന്ന് അവകാശപ്പെടുന്ന മറ്റാരെങ്കിലുമു≠െങ്കിൽ അവർക്കുള്ള അവകാശം ഈ നോട്ടീസ് കേരള ഗവൺമെന്റ ് ഗസറ്റിൽ പരസ്യപ്പെടുത്തി 15 ദിവസത്തിനകം എന്റെ മുമ്പാകെ എഴുതി സമർപ്പിക്കേ≠തും ആയത് തെളിയിക്കേ≠തുമാണ്.
നിർദ്ദിഷ്ട സമയത്തിനകം യാതൊരു അവകാശവാദവും ലഭിച്ചില്ലെങ്കിൽ നഷ്ടപരിഹാരത്തുക മുഴുവനും മേൽപ്പറഞ്ഞ വ്യ‡ികൾക്ക് വിതരണം ചെയ്യുന്നതാണ്. അതിനുശേഷം സമർപ്പിക്കുന്ന അവകാശവാദങ്ങൾ പരിഗണിക്കുന്നതല്ല.
