പെരിങ്ങമ്മല ജില്ലാ കൃഷിത്തോട്ടത്തിൽ ജില്ലാ പഞ്ചായത്തിന്റെ വിവിധ പദ്ധതികളിൽ ഉൾപ്പെടുത്തി 2015-16 സാമ്പത്തിക വർഷത്തിൽ താഴെ പറയുന്ന സാധന സാമഗ്രികൾ താഴെ കൊടുത്തിരിക്കുന്ന അളവിൽ ലഭ്യമാക്കി തരുവാൻ താൽപ്പര്യമുള്ളവരിൽനിന്നും ഫാം സൂപ്ര≠് ദർഘാസുകൾ/ക്വട്ടേഷനുകൾ ക്ഷണിച്ചുകൊള്ളുന്നു.

നിബന്ധനകൾ
1. ദർഘാസ് ഫോറങ്ങൾ ` 400 + വാറ്റ് നിരക്കിൽ 6-2-2016-ന് ഉച്ചയ്ക്ക് 3 മണിവരെ ഫാം ആഫീസിൽ നിന്നും ലഭിക്കുന്നതാണ്. ദർഘാസ് സമർപ്പിക്കുന്നവർ ` 5,000 നിരതദ്രവ്യമായി ഓഫീസിൽ അടയ്ക്കേ≠താണ്.

3. മുദ്രവച്ച ദർഘാസ് 8-2-2016-ന് 12 മണിക്ക് മുൻപായി സൂപ്ര≠് ജില്ലാ കൃഷിത്തോട്ടം, പെരിങ്ങമ്മല, കൊച്ചുവിള എന്ന വിലാസത്തിൽ ലഭിച്ചിരിക്കേ≠ താണ്.
4. 8-2-2016-ന് 12.15 മണിക്ക് ദർഘാസ് തുറക്കുന്നതും ഏറ്റവും കുറഞ്ഞ തുക രേഖപ്പെടുത്തിയിരിക്കുന്ന ആളുടെ പേർക്ക് താൽക്കാലികമായി ഉറപ്പിക്കുന്ന തുമായിരിക്കും.
5. താൽക്കാലികമായി ഉറപ്പിക്കുന്ന ദർഘാസുകൾ തിരുവനന്തപുരം ജില്ലാ പഞ്ചായത്ത് അധികാരികളുടെ അനുമതിക്ക് വിധേയമായി സ്ഥിരപ്പെടുത്തുന്നതാ യിരിക്കും.
6. ദർഘാസ് സ്ഥിരപ്പെടുത്തി ലഭിക്കുന്ന വ്യ‡ി, ഫാം ഓഫീസിൽ നിന്നുള്ള നിർദ്ദേശപ്രകാരമുള്ള അളവിലും സമയത്തും സ്ഥലത്തും മേൽപ്പറഞ്ഞ2nd FEB. 2016] STORES PURCHASE 208 സാമഗ്രികൾ/സേവനങ്ങൾ എത്തിക്കേ≠താണ്.
രേഖപ്പെടുത്തുന്ന നിരക്ക്, വിൽപ്പന നികുതി, ലോഡിംഗ്, ട്രാൻസ്പോർട്ടേഷൻ ചാർജ് എന്നിവ ഉൾപ്പെട്ടതായിരിക്കണം.
7. അവിചാരിതമായ കാരണങ്ങളാൽ മേൽപ്പറഞ്ഞ ദർഘാസ്/ക്വട്ടേഷൻ ദിവസം അവധി വന്നാൽ തൊട്ടടുത്ത പ്രവൃത്തി ദിവസം ദർഘാസ് നടപടികൾ നടത്തുന്നതായിരിക്കും.
8. തിരുവനന്തപുരം ജില്ലാ പഞ്ചായത്ത് അധികാരികളുടെ അംഗീകാരത്തിന് വിധേയമായി സπൈ ഓർഡർ നൽകുന്നതാണ്.
9. കൂടാതെ മറ്റ് സർക്കാർ ദർഘാസ്/ക്വട്ടേഷനുകൾക്കുള്ള എല്ലാ നിബന്ധനകളും ഈ ദർഘാസ്/ക്വട്ടേഷനും ബാധകമായിരിക്കും.

വ്യവസ്ഥകൾ
കാർഡമം ഡ്രയർ-500 കിലോ ഏലക്ക ഉണക്കുവാൻ ശേഷിയുള്ളതും ചൂട്, ഇന്ധനം എന്നിവ ഓട്ടോമാറ്റിക് ആയി ക്രമീകരിക്കാൻ കഴിവുള്ളതും ആയിരിക്കണം.
കാർഡമം ഡ്രയറിന്റെ ഉൾവശം സ്റ്റെയിൻലെസ് സ്റ്റീൽ കൊ≠് നിർമ്മിച്ചതായിരിക്കണം.
കാർഡമം ഡ്രയർ, കാർഡമം വാഷിംഗ് മെഷീൻ, കാർഡമം പോളിഷിംഗ് മെഷീൻ എന്നിവ വിതരണം ചെയ്യുന്നതിന് സ്പൈസസ് ബോർഡിൽ നിന്നും അംഗീകാരം ലഭിച്ചിട്ടുള്ളവരായിരിക്കണം.
ടി ഉപകരണങ്ങൾ വിതരണക്കാരൻ സ്വന്തം ചിലവിൽ ഫാമിൽ എത്തിക്കേ≠തും സ്ഥാപിച്ചു തരേ≠തുമാണ്.

ദർഘാസ് ഫോറത്തിന്റെ വില ` 500-ം വിൽപ്പന നികുതിയുമായിരിക്കും.
ദർഘാസിൽ പങ്കെടുക്കുന്നതിന് നിരതദ്രവ്യമായി ` 10,000-ന്റെ ഡിഡി സ്റ്റേറ്റ് ബാങ്ക് ഓഫ് ട്രാവൻകൂർ, വ≠ിപ്പെരിയാർ ശാഖയിൽ നിന്നും ഫാം സൂപ്ര≠ിന്റെ പേരിൽ മാറാവുന്ന രീതിയിൽ സമർപ്പിക്കേ≠താണ്.
പൂരിപ്പിച്ച് മുദ്രവെച്ച ടെ≠ർ ഫോറങ്ങൾ 10-2-2016-ന് പകൽ 11 മണിക്ക് മുൻപായി സ്വന്തം മേൽവിലാസം രേഖപ്പെടുത്തി ഫാം സൂപ്ര≠്, സംസ്ഥാന പച്ചക്കറി തോട്ടം, വ≠ിപ്പെരിയാർ എന്ന വിലാസത്തിൽ സമർപ്പിക്കേ≠താണ്. നി›ിത സമയം കഴിഞ്ഞ് ലഭിക്കുന്നവ സ്വീകരിക്കുന്നതല്ല.
കവറിനുപുറത്ത് കാർഡമം ഡ്രയർ, കാർഡമം വാഷിംഗ് മെഷീൻ, കാർഡമം പോളിഷിംഗ് മെഷീൻ എന്നിവ വിതരണം ചെയ്യുന്നതിനും സ്ഥാപിക്കുന്നതിനു മുള്ള ടെ≠ർ എന്ന് രേഖപ്പെടുത്തിയിരിക്കണം.
10-2-2016-ന് പകൽ 12 മണിക്ക് ഫാം ഓഫീസിൽവച്ച് ദർഘാസുകൾ തുറക്കുന്നതും ഏറ്റവും കുറഞ്ഞ വില രേഖപ്പെടുത്തിയ ആളുടെ പേരിൽ കൃഷി ഡയറക്ടറുടെ അംഗീകാരത്തിനു വിധേയമായി സ്ഥിരപ്പെടുത്തുന്നതുമാണ്.
` 200-ന്റെ മുദ്രപ്പത്രത്തിൽ നിർദ്ദിഷ്ട വ്യവസ്ഥകൾ ഉൾക്കൊള്ളിച്ച് കരാർ ഉടമ്പടി നൽകേ≠തുമാണ്.
ടി ഉപകരണങ്ങൾ സ്ഥാപിക്കുന്നതിനുള്ള കാലാവധി 2016 മാർച്ച് 15-ന് മുൻപ് പൂർത്തിയാക്കേ≠താണ്.
മറ്റ് സർക്കാർ ടെ≠ർ/ലേലങ്ങൾക്കുള്ള എല്ലാ നിബന്ധനകളും ഇതിനും ബാധകമായിരിക്കും. ടെ≠ർ/ ലേലം മതിയായ കാരണം കൂടാതെ തള്ളിക്കളയുന്ന തിനും പുനർ ടെ≠ർ നടത്തുന്നതിനുമുള്ള അധികാരം ഫാം സൂപ്ര≠ിന് ഉ≠ായിരിക്കുന്നതാണ്.
ദർഘാസ് സംബന്ധിച്ച കാര്യങ്ങളിൽ അന്തിമ തീരുമാനം ഫാം സൂപ്ര≠ിന്റെ/കൃഷി ഡയറക്ടർ, തിരുവനന്തപുരത്തിന്റേതായിരിക്കും.
ദർഘാസ് വ്യവസ്ഥകൾ ലംഘിക്കപ്പെടുന്നതുമൂലം സ ർ ക്ക ാ ര ി ന ് ഏ െ ത ങ്ക ി ല ു ം വ ി ധ ത്ത ി ല ു ള്ള നഷ്ടമു≠ായാൽ കരാറുകാരനിൽ നിന്നും നിയമാനുസൃതം ഈടാക്കുന്നതായിരിക്കും.
ഏതെങ്കിലും കാരണവശാൽ നി›ിത ദിവസം പൊതു അവധിയായാൽ തൊട്ടടുത്ത പ്രവർത്തി ദിവസം നി›ിത സമയത്ത് മറ്റൊരറിയിപ്പു കൂടാതെ ടെ≠ർ നടപടികൾ നടത്തപ്പെടുന്നതാണ്.

The tender should be superscribed "Tender No. XVII/2015-16 A.M.C. to Autoclaves" and should be addressed to the Director, Institute of Animal Health and Veterinary Biologicals, Palode, Pacha P. O., Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala, Pin-695 562. Last date for the receipt of the tender is 12-2-2016 at 11 a. m. Late tenders will not be accepted. The tenders will be opened at 11.30 a. m. on 12-2-2016 in the presence of the tenderers or their authorized representatives may present at that time.
Intending tenderers may apply to the Director, Institute of Animal Health & Veterinary Biologicals, Palode, Pacha P. O., Thriruvananthapuram, Pin-695 562, for obtaining the prescribed tender form on which the tender should be submitted. Application for the tender should be accompanied by a cash remittance of ` 400 and VAT 5% which is the price fixed for a set of tender form and which is not refundable. The tender forms are not transferable. Sale of the tender forms will be closed at 3 p. m. on 11-2-2016. Sealed tenders are invited for the Automation of Library in Malayalam Department of University College, Thiruvananthapuram under Plan Scheme 2015-16.
The envelopes containing the tenders should be superscribed as "Tender for the Automation of Library in Malayalam Department (6/A5/1362/Plan/Lab/UC/15)" and addressed to The Principal, University College, Thiruvananthapuram so as to reach in this College on or before 2 p.m. on 4-2-2016. Late tenders will not be accepted. The tenders will be opened at 3 p. m. on 4-2-2016 in the presence of the tenderers or their authorised representatives who may be present at that time.
Tender forms can be had from the College Office from 10.30 a. m. to 1 p. m. on the working days till 4-2-2016. The cost of the tender form is ` 526 including VAT + cess. The cost of duplicate tender form will be ` 316, which is price fixed for a tender form and which is not refundable under any circumstances. The tender forms are not transferable.
Along with Tender, EMD @ 1% of the amount tendered, subject to a minimum of ` 1,500 should also be submitted in the form of DD. Tenders without sufficient EMD are liable to be rejected. The firm who are exempted from furnishing EMD should be enclosed the attested copy of exemption order. Every tender should be accompanied by an agreement in the Kerala Stamp Paper worth ` 200.

Demand Draft for ` 630 on the local branch of SBT drawn in favour of the Principal, Government College, Kottayam and self addressed Stamped cover should be enclosed with the application for tender forms to be sent by post. The rate quoted should be valid up to 31-3-2016. The software should be installed and work to be completed within 30 days on receipt of the supply order, in concerned department at your expense. An agreement in the prescribed form in Kerala Government Stamp Paper worth ` 200 should be enclosed with the tender.
The tender should be accompanied by an EMD of 1% (one percent) of the total cost of the articles tendered for, either in cash or crossed Bank Draft or TSB deposits or Government pro note of Bank guarantee or NSL. Tenders without sufficient EMD will be rejected. EMD will carry no interest. Firms who are exempted from EMD should furnish attested copy of exemption orders.
