കോഴിക്കോട് ഗവൺമെന്റ ് ജനറൽ ആശുപത്രിയോട് അനുബന്ധിച്ചുള്ള സ്റ്റാഫ് കാന്റീൻ കരാർ അടിസ്ഥാനത്തിൽ 1-4-2016 മുതൽ 31-3-2017 വരെ നടത്തുന്നതിനായി ക്ഷണിച്ചിരുന്ന ടെ≠ർ-കം-ലേല നോട്ടീസ് നമ്പർ എ1/7171/2015 തീയതി 11-12-2015 സ്വീകരിക്കുന്നതിനുള്ള അവസാന തീയതി 15-2-2016 ഉച്ചയ്ക്ക് ഒരു മണിവരെ ദീർഘിപ്പിച്ചിരിക്കുന്നു. ലഭിച്ച ടെ≠റുകൾ 16-2-2016-ന് വൈകുന്നേരം 3 മണിക്ക് തുറക്കുന്ന തായിരിക്കും. മറ്റ് നിബന്ധനകളും ഉപാധികളും മേൽ ദർഘാസിൽ നിർദ്ദേശിച്ചതുപോലെ മാറ്റമില്ലാതെ തുടരും.
ടെ≠റുകൾ തുറക്കുന്നതിന് മുൻപ് ഇതിനായി ലേലം നടത്തു No. A1-7171/2015. 18th January 2016.
With reference to the tender notice vide this office No. A1/7171/2015 dated 11-12-2015. The closing date of submission of the tender for the running of hospital canteen at this hospital has been extended up to 15-2-2016 at 1 p. m. The tender will be opened after the auction on 16-2-2016, at 3 p. m. All other terms and conditions in this regard will be standing same.
