Whereas Sri Baiju, Ambalakkara, Kottarakkara P. O., Kollam has deposited with this court a sum of ` 2,00,000 (Rupees Two Lakhs only) as compensation to be distributed to the dependents of the deceased Sri Thulaseedharan, who met with a fatal accident while employed under Sri Baiju, Ambalakkara, Kottarakkara P. O., Kollam and where as it is reported that
1. Smt. Kanakamma, Vattakkattu Thekkathil, BB
Thattarkonam P. O., Kollam (Wife)
2. Sri Sajeev, Vattakkattu Thekkathil, are his only dependents as defined under Section 2 (1) (d) of the Employee's Compensation Act. Any others who claim to be the dependents of the deceased should within 15 days of the publication of this notice in the Kerala Government Gazette prefer their claim in writing before me and prove the same. If no such claims are received within the prescribed time the entire amount of Compensation will be disbursed to the persons mentioned above. Claims preferred thereafter will not be considered.

Whereas, the Executive Engineer, Central P.W.D., Calicut has deposited with this Court a sum of ` 4,45,267 (Rupees Four Lakhs Forty Five Thousand Two Hundred and Sixty Seven only) as compensation for distribution to the dependents of the deceased Pichaipillai, s/o Azhakappan, Olaipady Village, P.O. North Street, Kunnam Taluk, Paramballur District, Tamil Nadu who met with an accident on 18-6-2009 while he was drilling hole on rocks at IIM Worksite, Kunnamangalam, Kozhikode and died on 26-6-2009 whereas it is reported that (1) Smt. Thaiyamuthu (Wife), (2) Vijaya Santhi (Minor Daughter), (3) Vallarasu (Minor Son), (4) Latha (Minor Daughter), (5) Azhagappan (Father), (6) Azhagammal (Mother) Olaipady Village, P. O. North Street, Kunnam Taluk, Paramballur District, Tamil Nadu are his only dependents as defined under Section 2(1) (d) of the Employees' Compensation Act, 1923 any other claiming to be such dependents should within 15 days of the publication of this notice in the Kerala Government Gazette prefer their claims in writing before me and from the same. If no such claims are received within the prescribed time the entire amount of compensation will be disbursed to the persons mentioned above and claim preferred thereafter will not be considered.

യാതൊരു അവകാശവാദവും ലഭിച്ചില്ലെങ്കിൽ നഷ്ടപരിഹാരത്തുക തൊഴിലാളിയുടെ ആശ്രിതർക്ക് തൊഴിലാളി നഷ്ടപരിഹാരം
മുഴുവനും മേൽപ്പറഞ്ഞ വ്യ‡ികൾക്ക് വിതരണം
ചെയ്യുന്നതാണ്. അതിനുശേഷം സമർപ്പിക്കുന്ന അവകാശ നൽകുന്നതിനായി ` 4,45,267 (നാല് ലക്ഷത്തി നാൽപ്പത്തി അയ്യായിരത്തി ഇരുന്നൂറ്റി അറുപത്തി ഏഴ് രൂപ മാത്രം) ഈ
വാദങ്ങൾ പരിഗണിക്കുന്നതല്ല.
