പി. റ്റി. പി. നഗറിലെ ഫോറസ്ട്രി ട്രെയിനിംഗ് കോംπക്സിൽ രാജീവ്ഗാന്ധി സ്മൃതി വനത്തിനു സമീപം ശേഖരിച്ചു വച്ചിട്ടുള്ള തടികഷ്ണങ്ങൾ ലേലം ചെയ്തു വിൽക്കുവാൻ തീരുമാനിച്ചിരിക്കുന്നു. സംരക്ഷണ വിഭാഗം അഡീഷണൽ പ്രിൻസിപ്പൽ ചീഫ് ഫോറസ്റ്റ് കൺസർവേറ്ററുടെ 22-11-2013-ലെ പ്രൊ (5)-26274/12-ാം നമ്പരിലും 10-12-2013-ലെ 49-ാം നമ്പർ കേരള ഗസറ്റിലും പ്രസിദ്ധീകരിച്ചിട്ടുള്ള ദർഘാസ്/ ലേല വ്യവസ്ഥകൾക്കും ഫോറസ്റ്റ് ഡിപ്പാർട്ടുമെന്റ ിൽ നിലവിലുള്ള ഇതര ലേല വ്യവസ്ഥകൾക്കും വിധേയമായി തിരുവനന്തപുരം ടിംബർ സെയിൽസ് ഡിവിഷൻ ഫോറസ്റ്റ് ഓഫീസറോ അദ്ദേഹം ചുമതലപ്പെടുത്തുന്ന ഉദ്യോഗസ്ഥനോ താഴെ കാണിച്ചിട്ടുള്ള സ്ഥലത്തും സമയത്തും വച്ച് പരസ്യമായി ദർഘാസ്/ലേലത്തിൽ വിൽക്കുന്നതാണ്.
ദർഘാസ്/ലേല ദിവസം പൊതു അവധിയായി വന്നാൽ ടി ലേലത്തിന് നി›യിച്ചിട്ടുള്ള ദിവസത്തിന്റെ തൊട്ടടുത്ത പ്രവൃത്തി ദിവസം പ്രസ്തുത സ്ഥലത്തും സമയത്തും, പങ്കെടുക്കുവാൻ ഉദ്ദേശിക്കുന്നവർ ഉൽപ്പന്നങ്ങളുടെ നൽപ്പുനിൽപ്പുകൾ ക≠് ബോദ്ധ്യപ്പെടേ≠താണ്. ആയതിനെ സംബന്ധിച്ച് പിന്നീടു≠ാകുന്ന യാതൊരു പരാതികളും പരിഗണിക്കുന്നതല്ല.

The filled up and sealed tenders will be accepted at the office of the undersigned up to 3 p. m. on 24-2-2016 and will be opened by the undersigned or an officer authorized by him, on the same day at 3.30 p. m. in the presence of tenderers. The tender forms are not transferable. The Eearnest Money Deposit (EMD) noted against the works should be paid along with the tenders by D D/FDR (Cheque will not be acceptable) pledged in favour of the undersigned payable at any Nationalized Bank at Punalur. Incomplete tenders or tenders without EMD are liable to be rejected without any notice. All rights reserved with the undersigned to cancel any work mentioned in the notification at any time without any reason. The undersigned reserves all right to reject any tender without assigning any reasons therof. All other conditions prevailing in the Kerala P.W.D. are applicable to this tender also. (Ms.) No. 226/81 (F) dated 16-12-1981 for civil works mentioned below. The tenderer is bound to comply with the terms and conditions in force, besides the conditions that will be framed by the Government in future in connection with this tender. Tender documents and schedules are available in the website www.etenders.kerala.gov.in. The Earnest Money Deposit and tender cost for the tender should be submitted through the Internet online banking of SBT or through NEFT for other banks. For submission of tenders visit the website www.etenders.kerala.gov.in. All bid/tender documents are to be submitted online only and in the designated online cover(s)/envelope(s) on the www.etenders.kerala.gov.in website and tenders submitted manually/through post will not be entertained. It is hereby notified for the general information of the public that Teak Poles collected from 1964 and 1977 Athirappilly Teak Plantation of Athirappilly Range and 1962 Pokalappara Teak Elavu Plantation in Vazhachal Range under this Division by thinning will be sold in E-auction sale subject to detailed Auction sale conditions published in Kerala Gazette No. 36, Vol. III dated 16-9-2014 of Additional Principal Chief Conservator of Forests (Protection), Thiruvananthapuram vide Notification No. Pro.(4) 29243/13 dated 21-8-2014, Kerala Gazette No. 43, Vol. III, dated 4-11-2014 of Additional Principal Chief Conservator of Forests (Protection), Thiruvananthapuram vide Notification No. Pro.(4) 26243/13 dated 17-10-2014 and Kerala Gazette No. 50 Vol. III dated 23-12-2014 of Additional Principal Chief Conservator of Forests (Protection), Thiruvananthapuram vide Notification No. Pro.(4) 26243/13 dated 3-12-2014 and other rules in force, as per16th FEB. 2016] FOREST DEPARTMENT 176 schedule furnished below. P. R. I./D. G. S. & D. certified materials for the Forest and Wildlife Department or any department for the following work.
Name of work with Estimate amount (Approximate)— Installation of Solar power Fencing 9 kms. (3 lines) for the protection from wild elephant at Vallippoola-Adakkakundu area under Karuvarakkundu Forest Station in Kalikavu Range under Nilambur South Division during 2015-16— ` 14,00,000.

Subsequently the hard copy attested copy of Registration Certificate, EMD exemption certificate (if any) preliminary agreement in original, signed copy of conditions would be submitted offline in a sealed cover subscribing the name of work and tender number to the Office of the Divisional Forest Officer, Nilambur South Division through Speed Post/Registered Post as prescribed in the time schedule, failing which such tenders will be rejected. The bidding authority deserves the right to modify/cancelled any/all bids without assigning any reason. The Forest Department will not be responsible for any error like missing of scheduled data, while downloading by the bidder and non receipt of documents.
