കൊല്ലം ജില്ലയിൽ പ്രവർത്തിച്ചുകൊ≠ിരിക്കുന്ന അഞ്ച് താൽക്കാലിക കോടതികളിലേക്ക് പ്യൂൺ/ഓഫീസ് അറ്റൻഡന്റ ് തസ്തികയിലേക്ക് കരാർ അടിസ്ഥാനത്തിൽ നിയമിക്കുന്നതിന് താഴെ പറയുന്ന നിബന്ധനകൾക്ക് വിധേയമായി അപേക്ഷകൾ ക്ഷണിച്ചുകൊള്ളുന്നു.
പ്രതിമാസ സഞ്ചിത ശമ്പളം—` 14,000.
അപേക്ഷകർ അതാത് തസ്തികകളിലോ ഉയർന്ന തസ്തികകളിലോ കേന്ദ്ര/സംസ്ഥാന സർവീസിൽ അഞ്ച് വർഷത്തിൽ കുറയാത്ത പ്രവർത്തി പരിചയം ഉള്ളവരായിരിക്കണം.

അപേക്ഷകർക്കുള്ള പരമാവധിപ്രായം —60 വയസ്.
പേര്, വിലാസം, ഫോൺ നമ്പർ, ജനന തീയതി, യോഗ്യത, പ്രവർത്തി പരിചയം എന്നിവ രേഖപ്പെടുത്തി അപേക്ഷകൾ വെള്ളക്കടലാസിൽ തയ്യാറാക്കി അയയ്ക്കേ≠താണ്. പ്രായം, യോഗ്യത, പ്രവർത്തി പരിചയം എന്നിവ തെളിയിക്കുന്ന രേഖകളുടെ സ്വയം സാക്ഷ്യപ്പെടുത്തിയ പകർപ്പ് അപേക്ഷയോടൊപ്പം സമർപ്പിക്കേ≠താണ്.
ഹൈക്കോടതി/നിയമ വകുപ്പ്/അഡ്വക്കേറ്റ് ജനറൽ ഓഫീസ്/ സബോർഡിനേറ്റ് ജുഡീഷ്യറി എന്നിവിടങ്ങളിൽ പ്രവർത്തി പരിചയമുള്ളവർക്ക് മുൻഗണന നൽകുന്നതാണ്.
നിയമനം കരാർ അടിസ്ഥാനത്തിൽ 179 ദിവസത്തേക്കോ, 31-3-2016 വരെയോ അല്ലെങ്കിൽ 60 വയസ്സ് പൂർത്തിയാകുന്നതു വരെയോ ഇവയിൽ ഏതാണോ ആദ്യം അന്നുവരെ ആയിരിക്കും.

In exercise of the powers conferred by provision of sub-section (2) of Section 190 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (Central Act 2 of 1974), the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Thrissur hereby specifically empowers the Judicial Magistrate of Second Class (Railways) Shornur in the schedule shown below to take cognizance u/s. 190 (1) of the Code of Criminal Procedure of such offences of person travelling without a proper pass or ticket over any part of Southern Railway of the Code of the Criminal Procedure (Central Act 2 of 1974), the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Thrissur hereby defines the area specified in Column II of the Schedule below to the local areas within which the Magistrate mentioned in Column I of the schedule may exercise all or any of the powers within which he has been invested by the Hon'ble High Court of Kerala for a period of one year from the date of assumption of charge.
