തിരിച്ചറിയൽ രേഖയും ഫോറത്തിന്റെ വിലയും ഹാജരാക്കിയാൽ മാത്രമേ ദർഘാസ് ഫോറങ്ങൾ ലഭിക്കുകയുള്ളൂ. ലേബർ കോൺട്രാക്ട് സൊസൈറ്റിയെ പ്രതിനിധീകരിച്ച് ടെ≠റിൽ പങ്കെടുക്കുന്നവർ ടിയാൻമാരെ കോൺട്രാക്ട് സൊസൈറ്റിയെ പ്രതിനിധീകരിച്ച് പങ്കെടുക്കാൻ അധികാരപ്പെടുത്തുന്ന രേഖ സഹകരണ രജിസ്ട്രാറിൽ നിന്നും വാങ്ങി ഹാജരാക്കിയാൽ മാത്രമേ ദർഘാസ് ഫോറങ്ങൾ ലഭിക്കുകയുള്ളൂ. ദർഘാസ് ഫോറത്തിനായി അതിന്റെ വിൽപ്പന നികുതിയടക്കം രൊക്കം പണമായി അടച്ച് രേഖാമൂലം സമർപ്പിക്കേ≠താണ്. ദർഘാസ് ഫോറത്തിന്റെ വില യാതൊരു കാരണവശാലും തിരികെ നൽകുന്നതല്ല. ദർഘാസ് പ്രമാണങ്ങൾ കൈമാറ്റം ചെയ്യുവാൻ പാടുള്ളതല്ല. ദർഘാസ് പ്രമാണത്തോടൊപ്പം ` 200-ന്റെ മുദ്രപത്രത്തിൽ പ്രാഥമിക ഉടമ്പടി അടക്കം ചെയ്തിരി ക്കേ≠താണ്.

നി›ിത നിരതദ്രവ്യം തിരുവനന്തപുരം ഡിവിഷണൽ ഫോറസ്റ്റ് ഓഫീസറുടെ പേരിൽ πഡ്ജ് ചെയ്തതും പ്രവൃത്തിയുടെ പേര് രേഖപ്പെടുത്തിയിരിക്കേ≠തുമാണ്.

മേൽപ്പറഞ്ഞ വ്യവസ്ഥകൾ പാലിക്കാത്ത കരാറുകാരുടെ ദർഘാസുകൾ സ്വീകരിക്കുന്നതല്ല.

നിരതദ്രവ്യം തിരുവനന്തപുരം ഡിവിഷണൽ ഫോറസ്റ്റ് ഓഫീസറുടെ പേരിൽ പണയപ്പെടുത്തിയ സ്ഥിരനിക്ഷേപമായോ ട്രഷറി സേവിംഗ്സ് ബാങ്ക് അക്കൗ≠് ആയോ നാഷണൽ സേവിംഗ്സ് സർട്ടിഫിക്കറ്റ് ആയോ ദർഘാസിനോടൊപ്പം സമർപ്പിക്കേ≠താണ്.

ദർഘാസുകൾ 29-2-2016-ാം തീയതി ഉച്ചയ്ക്കുശേഷം 4 മണിക്ക് ഹാജരുള്ള കരാറുകാരുടെ സാന്നിദ്ധ്യത്തിൽ തുറന്ന് പരിശോധിക്കുന്നതാണ്. എന്നാൽ അന്നേദിവസം ഏതെങ്കിലും കാരണവശാൽ ദർഘാസ് നടക്കാതെ വന്നാൽ 2-3-2016-ാം തീയതി അതേ സ്ഥലത്തും സമയത്തും ദർഘാസ് നടത്തുന്ന തായിരിക്കും. ദർഘാസ് സ്വീകരിക്കുന്ന അവസാന ദിവസം പൊതു അവധിയായി പ്രഖ്യാപിച്ചാൽ അടുത്ത പ്രവൃത്തി ദിവസം നി›ിത സ്ഥലത്തും സമയത്തും ദർഘാസുകൾ സ്വീകരിക്കുന്നതും തുറക്കുന്നതുമായിരിക്കും. 19-8-1997-ലെ കേരള സർക്കാർ ഉത്തരവ് (പി) നമ്പർ 84/97/P&T-ലെ വ്യവസ്ഥകൾ ഉൾപ്പെടെ പൊതുമരാമത്ത് വകുപ്പിലെ ദർഘാസിനെ സംബന്ധിച്ച എല്ലാ വ്യവസ്ഥകളും ഈ ദർഘാസിനും ബാധകമായിരിക്കും.

കേരള ഗവർണ്ണർക്കുവേ≠ി തെ∑ല ഡിവിഷണൽ ഫോറസ്റ്റ് ഓഫീസർ താഴെ പറയുന്ന പ്രവർത്തിക്ക് കേരള പൊതുമരാമത്ത് വകുപ്പിൽ രജിസ്റ്റർ ചെയ്തിട്ടുള്ള നി›ിത യോഗ്യതയുള്ള കരാറുകാരിൽനിന്നും പ്രവൃത്തിയുടെ പേര് ആലേഖനം ചെയ്തിട്ടുള്ള മുദ്രവച്ച മത്സര സ്വഭാവമുള്ള ദർഘാസുകൾ ക്ഷണിച്ചുകൊള്ളുന്നു. ഈ പ്രവൃത്തിക്ക് 25-2-2016-ന് ഉച്ചകഴിഞ്ഞ് 3 മണി വരെ ദർഘാസുകൾ സ്വീകരിക്കുന്നതും അന്നേദിവസം വൈകിട്ട് 3.30 മണിക്ക് ഈ കാര്യാലയത്തിൽ വെച്ച് അപ്പോൾ ഹാജരുള്ള കരാറുകാരുടെ സാന്നിദ്ധ്യത്തിൽ തെ∑ല ഡിവിഷണൽ ഫോറസ്റ്റ് ഓഫീസറോ അദ്ദേഹം ചുമതലപ്പെടുത്തുന്ന മറ്റ് ഉദ്യോഗസ്ഥരോ തുറക്കുന്ന തുമാണ്. നി›ിത ദിവസം ഏതെങ്കിലും കാരണവശാൽ അവധിയായാൽ 29-2-2016-ലോ മറ്റേതെങ്കിലും കാരണത്താൽ നടത്താൻകഴിയാതെ വന്നാൽ 4-3-2016-ലോ 9-3-2016-ലോ നി›ിത സ്ഥലത്തും സമയത്തും വച്ച് വീ≠ും നടത്തുന്നതാണ്.

It is hereby notified that Timber–IV and Teak Poles collected through thinning from area in 1972 Teak Plantation, Kanayar (Chittar) in Kanayar Range of Achencovil Division will be sold through e-Auction as shown in the schedule, by M/s. MSTC, Bangalore, subject to the conditions published in Kerala Gazette No. 50 Vol. III dated 23-12-2014 vide Notification No. Pro. (4) 26243/13 dated 3-12-2014 of the Additional Principal Chief Conservator of Forests (P) Thiruvananthapuram and other conditions prevalent in the Forest Department. Besides the quantity shown in the schedule, the quantity if any delivered to dumping sites before the date of e-Auction and that could be lotted23rd FEB. 2016] FOREST DEPARTMENT 192 immediately before the e-Auction will also be placed in the e-Auction. Those who wished participate in the e-auction have to remit EMD for ` 50,000 and ` 25,000 as shown in the schedule as e-payment before the e-Auction through MSTC Limited. Successful bidders will have to remit 35% of the bid amount on the e-Auction date itself through e-payment. Successful bidders will have to remit the balance value, VAT, Forest Development Tax, Income Tax and such other as taxes that are prevailing at the time of e-Auction within the stipulated time limit.

It is hereby notified that Teak Poles, Teak billets and Jungle wood fire wood collected from final felling 1949-Teak plantation in Ayyappancoil Range of Kottayam Division will be sold through e-Auction shown in the schedule, by the Divisional Forest Officer, Kottayam or any officer authorized by him, subject to the conditions published in Kerala Gazette No. 49, Vol. IV dated 15-12-2015 vide Notification No. Pro. (4) 26243/13, dated 21-11-2015 of the Additional Principal Chief Conservator of Forests (P), Thiruvananthapuram and other conditions prevalent in the Forest Department. Besides the approximate quantity shown in the schedule, the quantity if any delivered to dumping sites before the date of e-Auction will also be included in the sale.

The Earnest Money Deposit should be submitted on e-payment/e-treasury/demand draft/MSTC through the internet online banking of SBT or through NEFT for other banks. If the sale value of bid materials is not paid within the specified time period against any of the bid lot by the H1 bidder, the EMD will be forfeited.

Separate sealed tenders are invited for the following works indicated in the schedule given below from Registered PWD Contractors so as to reach the Office of the Wildlife Warden, Silent Valley Division, Mannarkkad before 3 p. m. on 29-2-2016. The tenders received will be opened by the Wildlife Warden, Mannarkkad or any other officer authorized by him at 3.30 p. m. on the same day in the office of the Wildlife Warden, Silent Valley Division, Mannarkkad. Tender form can be purchased from the office of the Wildlife Warden, Mannarkkad on any of the working days till 1 p. m. on 29-2-2016. The registered contractors will be supplied with the tender forms only on the production of their registration cards. The cost of the tender form is non-refundable under any circumstances. Tenders received after the due date and time and not accompanied by proper Earnest Money Deposit will not normally be entertained. The tenders not containing the prescribed preliminary agreement in Kerala Government Stamp Paper worth ` 150 will be rejected. If the tender date happens to be a public holiday, tender will be conducted and opened on the next working day at the same time and venue.

EMD amount of ` 50,000 for Miscellaneous Timber can be remitted through online payment system to MSTC by 6 p.m. on the previous day of the e-auction. The buyer registration number has to be mentioned while paying the EMD. Only the registered customers who will submit the EMD will be able to participate against the eligible lots in e-auction. If the sale value of bid materials is not paid within the specified time period against any of the bid lot by the H1 bidder, the EMD will be forfeited.

The successful bidder, 35% of the bid value, after adjusting the EMD already remitted shall be paid within 7 working days of issuance of acceptance letter. The mode of payment is through e-treasury of Government of Kerala or Demand Draft (DD) drawn in favour of Range Forest Officer, Kottiyoor Range payable at State Bank of India, Koothuparamba Branch or by cash in Sub Treasury, Kuthuparamba. If any amount is charged by bank for clearing the DD, the same shall be borne by the bidder himself.

If any modifications or change in the sale conditions are intimated by the Additional Principal Chief Conservator of Forests (Protection), Thiruvananthapuram, that will also be applicable to this e-auction sale and it will be informed to the bidder before e-auction. കാസർഗോഡ് ഡിവിഷനിലെ കാസർഗോഡ് റെയിഞ്ചിന്റെ അധികാര പരിധിയിൽപെട്ട കു≠ാർ എന്ന സ്ഥലത്ത് അനധികൃതമായും രേഖകളൊന്നുമില്ലാതെയും മരത്തടികൾ കൊ≠ുവന്ന് സൂക്ഷിച്ചിട്ടു≠െന്ന രഹസ്യ വിവരത്തിന്റെ അടിസ്ഥാനത്തിൽ 4-8-2014 തീയതിയിൽ കാസർഗോഡ് ഫ്ളയിംഗ് സ്ക്വാഡ് റെയിഞ്ച് ഫോറസ്റ്റ് ഓഫീസറും സംഘവും ചെർക്കള-ജാൽസൂർ റോഡ് കു≠ാർ ബസ് സ്റ്റോപ്പിൽ നിന്ന് ഉദ്ദേശം 50 മീറ്റർ ഉള്ളിലായുള്ള സ്ഥലത്ത് 69 പ്രകാരം സർക്കാർ മുതലായി കണക്കാക്കി സെക്ഷൻ 61 എ പ്രകാരം സർക്കാരിലേക്ക് ക≠ുകെട്ടുന്നതിന് താത്ക്കാലികമായി തീരുമാനിച്ചിരിക്കുന്നു. ആയതിനെതിരായി ആർക്കെങ്കിലും വല്ലതും ബോധിപ്പിക്കാനു≠െങ്കിൽ ഈ നോട്ടീസ് കേരള ഗസറ്റിൽ പ്രസിദ്ധീകരിച്ച് 15 ദിവസത്തിനകം ഉടമസ്ഥാവകാശം തെളിയിക്കുന്നതിനുള്ള ആധികാരിക രേഖകൾ സഹിതം ബോധിപ്പിക്കേ≠താണ്. അല്ലാത്തപക്ഷം ഇനിയൊരറിയിപ്പ് കൂടാതെ മേൽ തടികൾ സർക്കാരിലേക്ക് ക≠ുകെട്ടുന്നതിന് തുടർ നടപടികൾ സ്വീകരിക്കുന്ന തായിരിക്കും.
