Sub:—Honorary Special Judicial Magistrate of the Second Class (Railway) Shornur—Conferment of powers u/s. 190 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure-1973—Notification issued.
Ref:—High Court Notification No. B4(A)-34504/2014 dated 18-1-2016.
In exercise of the powers conferred under section 190 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure of persons travelling without a proper pass or ticket over any part of the Southern Railway i.e., within that portion of the District of Ernakulam which lies to the North of Ernakulam Junction or committing over any part of the said Railway in the above said area, any of the offences falling under section 137 to 139, 141 and 142, 144 to 147, 155 to 157, 159,162, 163, 166 and 167 of the Indian Railway Act 1989 (Central Act 24 of 1989) for a period of one year from the date of assumption of charge.
