Tender forms and other conditions can be obtained from the Office of the undersigned on application in writing and on payment of the cost of tender form and taxes in cash (not refundable) upto 1 p. m. on 8-3-2016. The filled up tenders will be received in this office upto 3 p. m. on 8-3-2016 and opened by the undersigned or an Officer authorised by him, on the same day at 3.30 p. m. at the Office of Wildlife Warden, Thiruvananthapuram in the presence of the contractors attending on the date. If the due date happens to be a holiday, the next working day will be the due date.

Tender forms are not transferable. The earnest money deposit noted against the work should be paid along with the tenders in form of Demand Draft (Cheque will not be accepted) pledged in favour of the undersigned payable at any Nationalized Bank/Scheduled Bank. Incomplete tenders and tenderers without EMD are liable to be rejected. The undersigned reserves the right to reject any tender without assigning any reasons thereof. All other conditions prevailing in the Kerala PWD and Forest Department and modifications there of time to time are applicable to this tender also. The tenders not containing the prescribed preliminary agreement in Stamp Paper worth ` 200 will be summarily rejected. If there is no response to any of the works included in this notification, the tender will again be conducted either on 15-3-2016 as per the same conditions mentioned above, at the same time and venue.

1. Bidders shall remit the tender document fee and the Earnest Money Deposit using online payment option of e-procurement system only and submitted through the internet online banking of State Bank of Travancore or through NEFT for other Banks. Bidders opting for NEFT facility of online payment are advised to exercise this option atleast 48 hours before the closing date of bid to ensure that payment towards tender document fees and EMD are credited and a confirmation is reflected in the e-procurement system. The online NEFT remittance form provided by e-procurement system for making a NEFT transaction is not a payment confirmation. Kerala Forest Department/NIC/SBT shall not be any kind of delay in payment status confirmation.

It is hereby notified for the general information of the public that Teak Poles collected from 1966, 1967, 1968 UTT Teak Plantation, Mangalamdam Forest Station of Alathur Range under this Division by thinning will be sold in E- Auction sale subject to detailed Auction sale conditions published in Kerala Gazette No. 50, Vol. III dated 23-12-2014 of Additional Principal Chief Conservator of Forests (Protection), Thiruvananthapuram vide Notification No. Pro.(4) 26243/13 dated 3-12-2014, Notification No. Pro.(4)29243/13 dated 21-8-2014 of Additional Principal Chief Conservator of Forests (Protection), Thiruvananthapuram published in Kerala Gazette No. 36, Vol. 3 Part III dated 16-9-2014, Notification No. Pro.(4)29243/13 dated 17-10-2014 of Additional Principal Chief Conservator of Forests (Protection), Thiruvananthapuram published in Kerala Gazette No. 43 Vol. 3 Part III dated 4-11-2014, Notification No. Pro.(4)29243/13 dated 3-2-2015 of Additional Principal Chief Conservator of Forests (Vigilance), Thiruvananthapuram published in Kerala Gazette No. 8, Vol. 3, Part III dated 24-2-2015 and other rules in force, as per schedule furnished below. Online e-auction/bids are to be accompanied with relevant documents. E-auction/bids received online without scanned copies of relevant documents will not be considered and shall be summarily rejected. The Forest Department will not be responsible for any inconvenience or loss to the Bidder while uploading/downloading the bid.

The bidders who wish to participate in the e-auction should produce a certificate showing the permanent address and signature of the bidders duly attested by the concerned Village Officer or any other approved Identity Documents along with the EMD through online. Those who do not produce any approved Identity Card or Certificate will not be eligible to participate in the e-auction.

If any modification shown change in the sale conditions are intimated by the Additional Principal Chief Conservator of Forests (Protection), Thiruvananthapuram, that will also be applicable to this E-auction sale. The undersigned reserves the right to alter the quantities of the materials mentioned in the schedule or to cancel the E-auction of any materials without further notice.

The intending bidders should satisfy themselves about the quality and quantity of the thinned materials put up for E-auction sale and no complaints will be entertained after the e-auction. 3. ലേലത്തിലോ/ദർഘാസിലോ പങ്കെടുക്കുന്നതിന് മുമ്പായി ഫൈബർ •ാസ്സ് ബോട്ട് അസിസ്റ്റന്റ ് ഫോറസ്റ്റ് കൺസർവേറ്ററുടെ അനുവാദത്തോടെ നേരിൽ പരിശോധിച്ച് അതിൻെറ ഗുണനിലവാരം ബോദ്ധ്യപ്പെടേ≠താണ്. ഗുണനിലവാരം സംബന്ധിച്ച് ലേലത്തിന് ശേഷം ഉന്നയിക്കുന്ന യാതൊരു പരാതിയും പരിഗണിക്കുന്നതല്ല.

4. ലേലം/ദർഘാസ് ബന്ധപ്പെട്ട ഉദ്യോഗസ്ഥന്റെ അധികാരത്തിന് വിധേയമായിരിക്കും.

5. പൂരിപ്പിച്ച ദർഘാസ് സമർപ്പിക്കുമ്പോൾ നിരതദ്രവ്യം പണമായി ആഫീസിൽ അടയ്ക്കേ≠താണ്.

8. ലേലം/ദർഘാസ് സ്ഥിരപ്പെടുത്തിയ ഉത്തരവ് കിട്ടി 15 ദിവസത്തിനകം ബാക്കി തുകയും നിയമാനുസൃതമായ നികുതികളും അടച്ച് വാഹനം നീക്കംചെയ്യേ≠താണ്. നി›ിത ദിവസത്തിനകം ബാക്കി തുകയും നികുതികളും അടച്ച് വാഹനം നീക്കംചെയ്യാത്തപക്ഷം ലേലം/ദർഘാസുകാരൻ ആവശ്യപ്പെടുന്ന പക്ഷം തുകയും 18% പലിശയും ` 20 തറവാടകയും ഈടാക്കി മറ്റൊരു 15 ദിവസം കൂടി അനുവദിക്കുന്ന തായിരിക്കും. അതിനുശേഷം അവധി അനുവദിക്കു ന്നതല്ല. അപ്രകാരം സമയപരിധിക്കുളളിൽ വാഹനം നീക്കംചെയ്യാത്തപക്ഷം ടി വാഹനം ലേലം/ ദർഘാസുകാരൻെറ നഷ്ടോത്തരവാദിത്വത്തിൽ വീ≠ും ലേലം/ദർഘാസ് അടിസ്ഥാനത്തിൽ വിൽക്കു ന്നതായിരിക്കും. വനം വകുപ്പിൽ കാലാകാലങ്ങളിൽ നിലവിലുളള ലേലം/ദർഘാസ് നിബന്ധനകൾ ഇതിനും ബാധകമായിരിക്കും.

3. ലേലത്തിലോ/ദർഘാസിലോ പങ്കെടുക്കുന്നതിന് മുമ്പായി ബുളളറ്റ് മോട്ടോർ ബൈക്ക് അസിസ്റ്റന്റ ് ഫോറസ്റ്റ് കൺസർവേറ്ററുടെ അനുവാദത്തോടെ നേരിൽ പരിശോധിച്ച് അതിൻെറ ഗുണനിലവാരം ബോദ്ധ്യപ്പെടേ≠താണ്. ഗുണനിലവാരം സംബന്ധിച്ച് ലേലത്തിനുശേഷം ഉന്നയിക്കുന്ന യാതൊരു പരാതിയും പരിഗണിക്കുന്നതല്ല.

4. പൂരിപ്പിച്ച ദർഘാസ് സമർപ്പിക്കുമ്പോൾ നിരതദ്രവ്യം പണമായി ആഫീസിൽ അടയ്ക്കേ≠താണ്.
