Read:—1. Proceedings No. CS.5/11957/2011 dated 1-12-2011 of General Manager, District Industries Centre, Thiruvananthapuram.
2. Lr. No. HLC (P)/Liq.T.597/2014-15 dated 9-1-2015 of the Liquidator.
Vide proceedings read as 1st paper above, Gazette dated 19-8-2014 (Vol. 3, Page No. 255) seeking any claim on the assets of the society but nobody has raised any claim till date. The liquidator has recommended to cancel the registration of the society. So the society is to be de-registered. Hence the order.
ORDER
In the circumstances stated above I, by virtue of power conferred upon me under Section 74 of KCS Act 1969, I do hereby order that the affairs of M/s. Puthenkanam Handloom Polyster Weaver Industrial Co-operative Society Ltd. No. T.597 is finally wound up and the registration of the society is cancelled.

തിരുവനന്തപുരം കയർ വികസന ഡയറക്ടറുടെ 10-12-1968-ലെ സി.എസ്.2/13732/66-ാം നമ്പർ ഉത്തരവുപ്രകാരം ചെട്ടികാട് കയർ വ്യവസായ സഹകരണ സംഘം ക്ലിപ്തം നമ്പർ 151-ന്റെ ചുമതല 27-6-1969 മുതൽ ആലപ്പുഴ കയർ പ്രോജക്ട് ആഫീസിലെ ലിക്വിഡേഷൻ ഇൻസ്പെക്ടർ ഏറ്റെടുത്തിട്ടുള്ളതാകുന്നു.
ആകയാൽ പ്രസ്തുത സംഘത്തിൽനിന്നും എന്തെങ്കിലും തുകകൾ കിട്ടാനുള്ള ആളുകൾ ഈ നോട്ടീസ് പരസ്യം ചെയ്ത് 60 ദിവസത്തിനകം കിട്ടാനുള്ള തുകയുടെ വിശദവിവരം ആലപ്പുഴ കയർ പ്രോജക്ട് ആഫീസിലെ ലിക്വിഡേഷൻ ഇൻസ്പെക്ടറെ രേഖാമൂലം അറിയിക്കേ≠താണ്. ടി തീയതിക്കുശേഷം അറിയിക്കുന്ന യാതൊരു ബാദ്ധ്യതകളോ അവകാശങ്ങളോ പരിഹരിക്കുന്നതല്ലെന്നും ഇതിനാൽ അറിയിച്ചു കൊള്ളുന്നു.
