TENDER SCHEDULE
1. The period for which the rates to be in firm—One year.
2. The rates should be inclusive of sales tax and for free delivery at the department concerned, otherwise the tender will be rejected.
3. Advance payments conditions will not be considered.
4. Tender forms are neither transferable nor the cost of it will be refundable under any circumstances.
5. Tenders are to be sent with details and illustrated pamphlet (wherever necessary) neatly typed. Manuscripts should be avoided as far as possible.

ദർഘാസ് നിയമം അനുസരിച്ച് ദർഘാസ് സമർപ്പിക്കുന്ന ആൾ ദർഘാസിനോടൊപ്പം ` 100 വിലയുള്ള കേരള മുദ്രപ്പത്രത്തിൽ സമ്മതപത്രവും മൊത്തം തുകയുടെ ഒരു ശതമാനം (1%) നിരതദ്രവ്യവും സമർപ്പിക്കേ≠താണ്. ഇവ ഇല്ലാത്ത ദർഘാസുകൾ നിരുപാധികം നിരസിക്കപ്പെടു ന്നതാണ്. ഉപകരണങ്ങളുടെ വിശദവിവരങ്ങൾ ദർഘാസ് ഫോറത്തിനൊപ്പം ലഭിക്കുന്നതാണ്.

O., Palakkad, Kerala-678 633. Last date for receipt of tenders will be 15-3-2016, 2 p. m. Late tenders will not be accepted. The tenders will be opened on 15-3-2016 at 3 p. m. in the presence of such of the tenderers or their authorized representatives who may be present at that time. Intending tenderers may, on application to the Principal, Government Engineering College, Sreekrishnapuram, Mannampatta P. O., Palakkad, Kerala-678 633 (Ph. 0466 2260 350/565) obtain the requisite tender forms on which tenders should be submitted. TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. Rates may be quoted for delivery at Government Engineering College, Sreekrishnapuram.
2. The firms who are capable to supply the item within week from the date of Supply order may be participated in the tender process.
3. Guarantee/Waranty—Onsite guarantee/waranty for one year from the delivery date may be provided.
4. Payment condition—Only after the satisfactory supply and inspection of the item.
5. Catalogue/brochure if any may be produced along with the tender form.
6. EMD—Amount equivalent to 1% of the quoted amount should be furnished along with the tender.
7. Preliminary agreement prepared in Kerala Stamp Paper of ` 200 should be submitted along with the tender documents.
