Whereas the Oriental Insurance Company Limited has deposited with this Court a sum of ` 9,73,298 (Rupees Nine lakh seventy three thousand two hundred and ninety eight only) as Compensation for distribution to the dependents of the deceased Subair, Thalakkal House, Kallanchira, Balal (P. O.), Kasargod who met with fatal accident in the course of work while he was working as a Driver in the Tipper Lorry bearing Registration No. KL. 13 U-1054 at Peringaya on 28-3-2013 whereas it is reported that (1) Raheena (Wife), (2) Nabeel (Minor Son) Pazhayappattillath (House), Kanakapally (P.O.), Parappa (Via.) (3) Nabeesa (Mother), Poyakkara (House), Kallamchira, Balal (P. O.), Kasargod are his only dependents as defined under Section 2(1)(d) of the Employee's Compensation Act, 1923 any other claiming to be such dependents should within 15 days of the publication of this notice in the Kerala Government Gazette prefer their claims in writing before me and from the same. If no such claims are received within the prescribed time the entire amount of compensation will be disbursed to the persons mentioned above and claim preferred thereafter will not be considered.

ശ്രീമതി എ. റാബിയ, റോയൽ ഹൈറ്റ്സ്, ഓൻടെൻ റോഡ്, കണ്ണൂർ എന്നിവരുടെ ഉടമസ്ഥതയിലുള്ള KL 13-U-1054 നമ്പർ ടിപ്പർ ലോറിയിൽ ഡ്രൈവറായി ജോലി ചെയ്യവെ 28-3-2013-ന് ഉ≠ായ അപകടത്തിൽ മരണമടഞ്ഞ സുബൈർ എന്ന തൊഴിലാളിയുടെ ആശ്രിതർക്ക് തൊഴിലാളി നഷ്ടപരിഹാരം നൽകുന്നതിനായി ` 9,73,298 രൂപ (ഒമ്പത് ലക്ഷത്തി എഴുപത്തി മൂന്നായിരത്തി ഇരുന്നൂറ്റി തൊണ്ണൂറ്റി എട്ട് രൂപ മാത്രം) ഈ കോടതിയിൽ കെട്ടിവച്ചിട്ടു≠്. തൊഴിലാളി നഷ്ടപരിഹാര ആക്റ്റിലെ 2 (1) ഡി വകുപ്പ് അനുസരിച്ച് നിർവ്വചിച്ചപ്രകാരം ടിയാന്റെ ആശ്രിതരായി 1. റഹീന (ഭാര്യ) 2. നബീൽ (മൈനർ മകൻ) പഴയപാട്ടില്ലത്ത്, കനകപ്പള്ളി (പി.ഒ.), പരപ്പ (വഴി) 3. നബീസ (മാതാവ്), പൊയക്കര (വീട്), കല്ലംചിറ, ബളാൽ (പി.ഒ.), കാസർകോട് എന്നിവർ മാത്രമേ ഉള്ളുവെന്നും റിപ്പോർട്ട് ചെയ്തിരിക്കുന്നു. അപ്രകാരമുള്ള ആശ്രിതരാണെന്ന് അവകാശപ്പെടുന്ന മറ്റാരെങ്കിലുമു≠െങ്കിൽ അവർക്കുള്ള അവകാശം ഈ നോട്ടീസ് കേരള ഗവൺമെന്റ ് ഗസറ്റിൽ പരസ്യപ്പെടുത്തി 15 ദിവസ ത്തിനകം എന്റെ മുൻപാകെ എഴുതി സമർപ്പിക്കേ≠തും ആയത് തെളിയിക്കേ≠തുമാണ്. നിർദ്ദിഷ്ട സമയത്തിനകം യാതൊരു അവകാശവാദവും ലഭിച്ചില്ലെങ്കിൽ നഷ്ടപരിഹാരത്തുക മുഴുവനും മേൽപ്പറഞ്ഞ വ്യ‡ികൾക്ക് വിതരണം ചെയ്യുന്ന താണ്. അതിനുശേഷം സമർപ്പിക്കുന്ന അവകാശവാദങ്ങൾ പരിഗണിക്കുന്നതല്ല.

J., Ambalathinkal House, Poolakutty (P. O.), Chittariparamba, Kannur who met with fatal accident in the course of work while he was working as a Driver in the Tanker Lorry bearing Registration No. KL. 9-AC-7679 at Kannur on 8-7-2012 whereas it is reported that (1) Joseph (Father), (2) Marykutty (Mother), Ambalathinkal (House), Palakutty (P.O.), Chittariparamba, Kannur are his only dependents as defined under Section 2(1)(d) of the Employee's Compensation Act, 1923. Whereas Oriental Insurance Company Limited has deposited with this Court a sum of ` 9,80,595 (Rupees Nine lakh eighty thousand five hundred and ninety five only) as Compensation for distribution to the dependents of the deceased Abdul Nissar, Nizhal Manzil, Kuzhimayil Meethal, Paigottupuram, Kunnamangalam, Kozhikode who met with fatal accident in the course of work while he was working as a Cleaner in the Mini Lorry bearing Registration No. KL.11-P-9199 at Nanjangode on 22-6-2004 whereas it is reported that (1) Aboobacker alias Avukku (Father), (2) Bichathu (Mother), (3) Thesleena (Sister), Nizhal Manzil, Kuzhimayil Meethal, Paigottupuram, Kunnamangalam, Kozhikode are his only dependents as defined under Section 2(1)(d) of the Employee's Compensation Act, 1923. O. Chelavoor, Kozhikode who met with fatal accident in the course of work while he was working as a Cleaner in the Lorry bearing Registration No. KL. 11-Z-4782 on 24-7-2010 whereas it is reported that (1) Ramla (Mother), (2) Sahira Banu (Sister), (3) Ashique (Brother), Kodakattu House, Pallithazham, P. O. Chelavoor, Kozhikode are his only dependents as defined under Section 2(1)(d) of the Employee's Compensation Act, 1923.

O., Vatakara who met with fatal accident in the course of work while he was working as a Driver in the Maruthi Car bearing Registration No. KL. 13-H-7785 at Payyoli on 16-10-2007 whereas it is reported that (1) Smt. Bushra (Wife), (2) Mansoor (Minor Son), (3) Beevi (Mother) (4) Ramla (Widowed Sister), Nidumbrath House, Kunnumakkara (P. O.), Vatakara are his only dependents as defined under Section 2(1)(d) of the Employee's Compensation Act, 1923. Any other claiming to be such dependents should within 15 days of the publication of this notice in the Kerala Government Gazette prefer their claims in writing before me and from the same.
