2016 മാർച്ച് 17. സതേൺ റെയിൽവേ എന്ന തൊഴിലുടമയ്ക്കുകീഴിൽ ജോലിചെയ്ത് വരവെ 5-12-2014-ന് അപകടം സംഭവിച്ച് മരണമടഞ്ഞ ജയചന്ദ്രൻ എന്ന തൊഴിലാളിയുടെ ആശ്രിതർക്ക് നഷ്ടപരിഹാരം നൽകുന്നതിനായി സതേൺ റെയിൽവേ ` 7,02,160 (ഏഴുലക്ഷത്തി ര≠ായിരത്തി ഒരുന്നൂറ്റി അറുപത് രൂപ മാത്രം) ഈ കോടതി മുമ്പാകെ കെട്ടിവച്ചിട്ടു≠്. തൊഴിലാളികൾക്കുള്ള നഷ്ടപരിഹാര ആക്ട് 1923-2 (1) (ഡി) വകുപ്പ് അനുസരിച്ച് നിർവ്വചിച്ച പ്രകാരം ടിയാന്റെ മരണസമയത്തെ ആശ്രിതരായി ചുവടെ ചേർത്തിരിക്കുന്നവർ മാത്രമേ ഉള്ളൂവെന്ന് അസിസ്റ്റന്റ ് ലേബർ ഓഫീസർ, ചാലക്കുടി അന്വേഷണം നടത്തി റിപ്പോർട്ട് ചെയ്തിരിക്കുന്നു.

Whereas the National Insurance Company Limited has deposited with this Court a sum of ` 6,95,534 (Rupees Six Lakh Ninety Five Thousand Five Hundred and Thirty Four only) as compensation for distribution to the dependents of the deceased Saleem, A. K., Mehras, Uruvachal, P. O. Thazhe Chovva, Kannur who met with fatal accident in the course of work while he was working as a Driver in the Autorikshaw bearing Registration No. KL-13/S/3157 at Kannur on 1-9-2008 whereas it is reported that (1) Smt. Hafsath, O. P. (Wife), (2) Shanid (minor son), Rasheed Manzil, Mayande Valappil, Peralassery, Mundalore P. O., Kannur (3) Smt. Mehrunnisa (Mother), Mehras, Near Spinning Mill, Avera Road, Uravachal, Thazhe Chovva, Kannur are his only dependents as defined under Section 2 (1) (d) of the Employees' Compensation Act, 1923 any other claiming to be such dependents should within 15 days of the publication of this notice in the Kerala Government Gazette prefer their claims in writing before me and from the same. If no such claims are received within the prescribed time the entire amount of compensation will be disbursed to the persons mentioned above and claim preferred thereafter will not to be considered.

P. House, Sankaranthara, Arakkinar P. O., Kozhikode who met with fatal accident in the course of work while he was working as a Driver in the Car bearing Registration No. KL-11AA-684 at Kozhikode on 29-4-2009 whereas it is reported that (1) Smt. Kutteebi (Mother), M. P. (House), Sankaranthara, Arakinar P. O., Kozhikode is his only dependents as defined under Section 2 (1) (d) of the Employees' Compensation Act, 1923 any other claiming to be such dependents should within 15 days of the publication of this notice in the Kerala Government Gazette prefer their claims in writing before me and from the same. M. Raveendran, Kupperi Meethal, Chathamparambath, Keezhariyoor, Kozhikode who met with fatal accident in the course of work while he was working as a head load worker in the lorry bearing 5th APRIL 2016] LABOUR DEPARTMENT 41 Registration No. KRZ 8868 at Iringal on 27-1-2003 whereas it is reported that (1) Radhika (Wife), (2) Anurag, C. P. (minor Son) (3) Anusree, C. P. (minor Daughter), Avani Kuzhi Meethal, Kupperi Meethal, Chathamparambath, Keezhariyoor Amsom, Naduvathur, Kozhikode are his only dependents as defined under Section 2 (1) (d) of the Employees' Compensation Act, 1923 any other claiming to be such dependents should within 15 days of the publication of this notice in the Kerala Government Gazette prefer their claims in writing before me and from the same.
