6. The quantities specified in the schedule are only Approximate and they may vary according to Actual Need.
7. Payment will be made only after satisfactory completion of the supply.
8. The Project Co-ordinator, Animal Disease Control Project reserves all rights to cancel the tender without assigning any reason thereof.

നമ്പർ എ8/48/2016/സ.വ.കോ.(ii). 2016 മാർച്ച് 9. 2015-16 വർഷത്തേക്ക് തിരുവനന്തപുരം സർക്കാർ വനിതാ കോളേജിലെ സയൻസ് ഡിപ്പാർട്ടുമെന്റുകളിലേക്ക് ആവശ്യമായ ഇ-ലേണിംഗ് ലാബ് ഉപകരണങ്ങൾ വിതരണം ചെയ്യുന്നതിലേക്ക് അംഗീകൃത സ്ഥാപനങ്ങളിൽ നിന്നും മുദ്ര ചെയ്ത ദർഘാസുകൾ ക്ഷണിച്ചുകൊള്ളുന്നു.

Sealed competitive tenders are invited for the supply of e-learning Laboratory equipments to the Science Departments of the Government College for Women, Thiruvananthapuram-14.
Estimated cost—` 5,00,000.
Sealed tenders should be subscribed "Tender for the supply of Lab Equipments for the year 2015-16" and should be addressed to the Principal, Government College for Women, Thiruvananthapuram-695 014 and should reach the office on or before 15-4-2016 at 2 p. m. Tenders received in time will be opened on the very same day at 3 p.m. in the presence of the tenderers or their authorized representatives who may present at that time.
List of items to be supplied will be specified along with the tender forms. More details can be obtained from the office on all working days. Tender forms will be issued on all working days from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the cost of ` 1,100 (1,000 + 5% VAT). Duplicate tenders will be issued on payment of ` 580 + (5% VAT). Those who wish to get tender forms by post should sent Money Order for cost of tender form and Registered Postage charges of ` 40. No other mode of payment is acceptable. Tender forms will not be sent by V.P.P. The rates quoted should be valid up to 15-4-2016.
All tenders should execute an agreement in Kerala Stamp Paper worth ` 200 while submitting tender form (vide page No. 6th of the tender form). The Earnest Money Deposit @ 1% of the total amount tendered for subject to a minimum of ` 1,500 should be accompanied by Demand Draft in favour of the Principal, Government College for Women, Thiruvananthapuram or fixed deposit receipts. The tenderers who are eligible for exemption from payment of EMD/Security deposit should enclose a copy of the latest certificate in support of the name issued by Government of Kerala, Store Purchase Department Dus & D etc. Otherwise the tender will be summarisely rejected. The right to accept or reject the tender without assigning any reason thereof is vested with the undersigned. Total tendered amount must be specified clearly in the tender.

പേരാമ്പ്ര സി.കെ.ജി.എം. ഗവൺമെന്റ ് കോളേജിലേക്ക് 2015-16 വർഷത്തിൽ കോഴിക്കോട് ക്ലസ്റ്റർ ഓഫ് കോളേജസ്സിന്റെ പദ്ധതിയിൽ ഇതോടനുബന്ധിച്ചിട്ടുള്ള പട്ടികയിൽ കാണിച്ചിരിക്കുന്ന ` 2,92,700-ന്റെ ശാരീരികക്ഷമത ഉപകരണങ്ങൾ വിതരണം ചെയ്യുന്നതിന് സീൽ ചെയ്ത ദർഘാസുകൾ ക്ഷണിച്ചുകൊള്ളുന്നു.

The re-tender is fixed to be conducted on 18-4-2016 at the office of the Deputy Conservator of Forests & Wildlife Warden, Wayanad Wildlife Division, Sulthan Bathery. The tender forms can be purchased from the Office of the undersigned during office hours upto 1 p. m. on all working days till the tender date. Cost of tender form is non refundable. The intending tenderer should apply with proof of identity such as Electoral Identity Card, Driving License, Indian Passport etc. along with the Registration Certificate in original to get the tender form. The tender form should be properly filled up and should be submitted on or before 2 p. m. on the date of tender. Incomplete or tenders without necessary documents or tenders not in accordance with tender conditions will not be accepted. Tenders will be opened by the Wildlife Warden or an Officer authorized by him at 3.30 p. m. on the same day in the presence of those tenderers who are present at that time. The Wildlife Warden reserves the right to reject any tender, either partly or wholly without assigning any reason thereof. The Wildlife Warden will have powers to postpone/cancel the tender. If the tender could not be conducted on the notified date due to any reason, it will be conducted at the same place and time on the next working day as per the same conditions.
If the tender for all work or any of the work could not be conducted on the said date/dates, the tender for such work/works will be conducted at the same place and time with same conditions on 20-4-2016. All existing Rules, regulations, directions, conditions, prevailing in Kerala PWD and Kerala Forest Department and Store Purchase Department in respect of civil works shall be applicable in these works and tender also.
