No. G3-25000/2015/CT(1). 7th April 2016.
An Adhoc meeting of the Departmental Promotion Committee (Lower) was held on 17-3-2016 in the Chamber of the Chairperson to implement the Orders of the Hon'ble Kerala Administrative Tribunal in OA No. 2730/2013 dated 21-10-2015 filed by Smt. K. L. Mary and Smt. Fina Stephen, Assistant Commercial Tax Officers and in OA (EKM) 374/2016 dated 19-2-2016 filed by Sri George Parackan, Commercial Tax Inspector (Rtd.).
The Committee considered the representation filed by Smt. K. L. Mary and decided to include her name as Sl. No. 3A, just below Sri P. Ramakrishnan (Sl. No. 3) in the Select List for the year 2012.
The Committee considered the representation filed by Smt. Fina Stephen and decided to include her name as Sl. No. 23A, in between Sri Noushad, M. (Sl. No. 23) and Sri Harikrishnan, T. (Sl. No. 24) in the Select List for the year 2016.
The following is the Revised Select List of Assistant Commercial Tax Officers eligible for promotion to the Cadre of Commercial Tax Officer for the year 2016 prepared by the Departmental Promotion Committee (Lower) held on 17-3-2016 and approved by Government, vide Letter No. TAXES D3-73-2016-TAXES dated 7-4-2016 of Taxes (D) Department, subject to the outcome of the appeal filed by the State in the Hounourable High Court of Kerala against the Final Order in O. A. 2730/2013 dated 21-10-2015 of the Honourable Kerala Administrative Tribunal.
