കോഴിക്കോട് ഡിവിഷനിൽപ്പെട്ട താഴെ പറയുന്ന റെയിഞ്ചുകളിലെ തൊ≠ി സാധനങ്ങളായ തടികൾ, ആയുധങ്ങൾ, ഉരുപ്പടികൾ, വിറക് മുതലായവ അതാത് റെയിഞ്ചുകളിൽ വെച്ച് ഓരോ റെയിഞ്ചിന് താഴെ കാണിച്ചി രിക്കുന്ന തീയതികളിൽ ഡിവിഷണൽ ഫോറസ്റ്റ് ഓഫീസറോ അദ്ദേഹം അധികാരപ്പെടുത്തുന്ന മറ്റ് ഉദ്യോഗസ്ഥനോ പരസ്യമായി ദർഘാസ്/ലേലം മുഖേന വിൽക്കുന്നതായിരിക്കും. നി›ിത ദിവസം വല്ല കാരണവശാലും പൊതു അവധിയായി വന്നാൽ അടുത്ത പ്രവൃത്തി ദിവസം നി›ിത സമയത്തും സ്ഥലത്തും വച്ച് ലേലം നടത്തുന്നതായിരിക്കും.

ലേല വ്യവസ്ഥകൾ

2. ലേലത്തിന് മുമ്പ് തന്നെ ലേലത്തിൽ ഉൾപ്പെടുത്തിയി രിക്കുന്ന സാധനങ്ങളുടെയും മറ്റും നിൽപ്പു സ്ഥിതിയും അളവ്, എണ്ണം, ഗുണനിലവാരം മുതലായവ നേരിൽ പരിശോധിച്ച് തൃപ്തിപ്പെടേ≠താണ്. ലേലത്തിനുശേഷം ഉ≠ാകുന്ന യാതൊരു പരാതിയും പരിഗണിക്കുന്നതല്ല.

3. ലേലത്തിൽ പങ്കുകൊള്ളാൻ ആഗ്രഹിക്കുന്നവർ സമയത്തിന് മുമ്പായി ` 2,000 (ര≠ായിരം) നിരതദ്രവ്യമായി കെട്ടിവയ്ക്കേ≠താണ്.

4. കോടതി അനുമതി വാങ്ങിയശേഷം ലേലം ചെയ്യുന്ന തൊ≠ി സാധനങ്ങളുടെ മുഴുവൻ തുകയും ലേലദിവസം തന്നെ ഒടുക്കേ≠താണ്.

5. ലേലത്തിൽ വിളിച്ചെടുത്ത തൊ≠ി സാധനങ്ങളുടെ മൊത്തം വില ` 20,000 (ഇരുപതിനായിരം)-ൽ കുറവ് ആണെങ്കിൽ മുഴുവൻ തുകയും അതിൽ കൂടുതൽ ആണെങ്കിൽ മൊത്തം ലേലത്തുകയുടെ 35% വില, കുറഞ്ഞത് ` 20,000-ം കൂടിയത് ` 1,00,000-ം എന്ന കണക്കിൽ ലേലം കഴിഞ്ഞ ഉടനെ കെട്ടിവയ്ക്കേ≠താണ്.

6. ദർഘാസ്/ലേലം സ്ഥിരപ്പെടുത്തി വിവരം അറിയിക്കുന്ന തീയതി മുതൽ 40 ദിവസത്തിനകം ബാക്കി വിലയും നിലവിലുള്ള വിൽപ്പന നികുതി, വനവികസന നികുതി, ആദായ നികുതി എന്നിവയും ഒടുക്കി തൊ≠ി സാധനങ്ങൾ നീക്കം ചെയ്യേ≠താണ്. 1. താഴെ പറയുന്ന പ്രത്യേക ലേല നിബന്ധനകൾക്ക് പുറമേ ചീഫ് ഫോറസ്റ്റ് കൺസർവേറ്റർ (സംരക്ഷണം)-ന്റെ 6-12-2008-ലെ പ്രൊ.5-7698/2008 നമ്പർ പ്രകാരം 16-12-2008-ലെ കേരള ഗസറ്റിൽ പ്രസിദ്ധീകരിച്ച പൊതു ലേല നിബന്ധനകൾ ഈ ലേലത്തിനും ബാധകമായിരിക്കും. സർക്കാർ തടി ഡിപ്പോകളിൽ അതാത് കാലത്തു നിലവിൽ വരുന്ന പൊതു ലേലവ്യവസ്ഥകൾ ഈ ലേലത്തിനും ബാധകമായിരിക്കും. 336 KERALA GAZETTE [PART III പട്ടിക

3. Intending tenderers/bidders should deposit ` 2,000 (Rupees Two thousand only) as E. M. D. before their participation in tender/auction sale.

4. The successful bidder/tenderer should remit the full sale value of the thondy article on the auction date itself or those produce which are put up for auction after obtained the Court sanction.

5. If the total bid amount of the thondy articles is below ` 20,000 the full amount of the sale value should be remitted after the auction and if sale value exceeds ` 20,000, 35% of the sale value, subject to a minimum of 20% and maximum ` 1,00,000 should also be remitted on the same date of the auction.

6. The balance amount and taxes etc. should be remitted and remove the materials within 40 days from the date of receipt of intimation of the confirmation order.

SCHEDULE

Peruvannamuzhy Kuttiady Thamarassery

The Thondy articles such as logs, weapons, swan sizes, firewood etc. in the below mentioned ranges under this Division will be sold in Tender/Auction sale by the Divisional Forest Officer, Kozhikode or an officer authorized by him on the dates noted against each. In case the proposed dates happens to be a public holiday, the tender/auction will be conducted on the next working day at the same place and same time of schedule so fixed.

CONDITIONS

1. Besides the tender/auction conditions mentioned below the common condition published in the Kerala Gazette dated 22-12-2009 vide notification No. Pro. (5) 6835/09 dated 22-12-2009 of the Chief Conservator of Forests (Protection), Thiruvananthapuram and the other common sale conditions prevalent as in time to time in the Forest Department will also be applicable to this auction sale.

2. The intending bidders should satisfy themselves about the quality and quantity of the material put up for auction sale before the commencement of the auction and any complaint raised, there after the sale will not be entertained at any rate.
