Whereas Oriental Insurance Company Limited has deposited with this Court a sum of ` 9,67,738 (Rupees Nine lakh sixty seven thousand seven hundred and Thirty Eight only) as compensation for distribution to the dependents of the deceased Satheesha residing at Ponnangalam House, Puthige Village & Post, Kasargode Taluk & District who met with fatal accident in the course of work while he was working as a cleaner in the Bus bearing Registration No. KL.14-D-830 on 7-12-2010 whereas it is reported that (1) Rama Mukari (Father), (2) Syamala (Mother), (3) Malasree (Minor Sister), Punnangalam House, Puthige Village & Post, Kasargode Taluk & District are his only dependents as defined under Section 2(1) (d) of the Employees Compensation Act, 1923, any other claiming to be such dependents should within 15 days of the publication of this notice in the Kerala Government Gazette prefer their claims in writing before me and from the same.
