തിരുവനന്തപുരം ജില്ലയിൽ പ്രവർത്തിച്ചുവരുന്ന ജില്ലാ കൃഷിത്തോട്ടം, പെരിങ്ങമ്മലയിലേക്ക് 2016-17-ലെ വിവിധ പദ്ധതികളിൽ ഉൾപ്പെടുത്തി 400 ഘനമീറ്റർ ചാണകം ലഭ്യമാക്കി തരുവാൻ താൽപ്പര്യമുള്ളവരിൽ നിന്നും ഫാം സൂപ്ര≠് മുദ്രവച്ച ദർഘാസുകൾ ക്ഷണിച്ചുകൊള്ളുന്നു. അടങ്കൽ തുക—` 6 ലക്ഷം.
നിബന്ധനകൾ
1. ദർഘാസ് ഫോറങ്ങൾ ` 400+ വാറ്റ് നിരക്കിൽ 6-5-2016-ന് പകൽ 2 മണി വരെ ഫാം ആഫീസിൽ നിന്നും ലഭിക്കുന്നതാണ്.
2. ദർഘാസ് സമർപ്പിക്കുന്നവർ ` 1,000-ന്റെ ഡിമാന്റ ് ഡ്രാഫ്റ്റ് നിരതദ്രവ്യമായി ഓഫീസിൽ അടയ്ക്കേ≠താണ്.
3. ദർഘാസ് സമർപ്പിക്കുന്നവർ ഫോറത്തിനുള്ളിൽ നി›ിത സ്ഥലത്ത് ചാണകത്തിന്റെ മൊത്തം തുക അക്കത്തിലും അക്ഷരത്തിലും വ്യ‡മായി എഴുതിയിരിക്കണം.
4. മുദ്രവച്ച ദർഘാസുകൾ 7-5-2016-ന് രാവിലെ 11 മണിക്കു മുമ്പായി സൂപ്ര≠്, ജില്ലാ കൃഷിത്തോട്ടം, പെരിങ്ങമ്മല എന്ന വിലാസത്തിൽ ലഭിച്ചിരിക്കേ≠താണ്.
ഏറ്റവും കുറഞ്ഞ തുകയ്ക്ക് താൽക്കാലികമായി ദർഘാസ് ഉറപ്പിക്കുന്നതുമായിരിക്കും.
6. താൽക്കാലികമായി ഉറപ്പിക്കുന്ന ദർഘാസ് തിരുവനന്തപുരം ജില്ലാ പഞ്ചായത്ത് അധികാരികളുടെ അനുമതിക്ക് സ്ഥിരപ്പെടുത്തുന്നതാണ്.
7. താൽക്കാലികമായി ദർഘാസ് ഉറപ്പിച്ചുകിട്ടുന്ന വ്യ‡ി മൊത്തം തുകയുടെ നിയമാനുസൃതമുള്ള തുക നിരതദ്രവ്യമായി ഓഫീസിൽ ഒടുക്കേ≠താണ്.
8. മേൽപ്പറഞ്ഞ ദർഘാസ് ദിവസം അവധി വന്നാൽ തൊട്ടടുത്ത പ്രവർത്തി ദിവസം ദർഘാസ് നടപടികൾ നടക്കുന്നതായിരിക്കും. പ്രത്യേക കാരണമൊന്നും കൂടാതെ ഈ ലേലം റദ്ദ് ചെയ്യുന്നതിനോ മാറ്റിവയ്ക്കുന്നതിനോ ഫാം സൂപ്ര≠ിന് അധികാരമു≠ായിരിക്കും.
9. കൂടാതെ മറ്റ് സർക്കാർ ദർഘാസ്/ലേലത്തിനുള്ള എല്ലാ നിബന്ധനകളും ഈ ദർഘാസിനും ബാധകമായിരിക്കും.

നമ്പർ ബി3-485/2015. 2016 ഏപ്രിൽ 15. 2015-16 വർഷത്തിലേക്ക് ആറ്റിങ്ങൽ ഗവൺമെന്റ ് കോളേജ് കാമ്പസിൽ വൈ ഫൈ സംവിധാനം സ്ഥാപി ക്കുന്നതിന് മുദ്രവച്ച മത്സരസ്വഭാവമുള്ള ക്വട്ടേഷനുകൾ ക്ഷണിച്ചുകൊള്ളുന്നു. ക്വട്ടേഷനുകളിൽ വിജയിക്കുന്ന സ്ഥാപനങ്ങൾ 28 ദിവസത്തിനകം സാധനങ്ങൾ സπൈ ഓർഡറിലെ വ്യവസ്ഥകൾക്ക് വിധേയമായി ലഭ്യമാക്കേ≠താണ്. "പ്രിൻസിപ്പാൾ, ഗവൺമെന്റ ് കോളേജ്, ആറ്റിങ്ങൽ" എന്ന വിലാസത്തിൽ ലഭിക്കേ≠ ക്വട്ടേഷനുകളടങ്ങിയ കവറിന് മുകളിൽ 'ആറ്റിങ്ങൽ ഗവൺമെന്റ ് കോളേജ് കാമ്പസിൽ വൈ ഫൈ സംവിധാനം സ്ഥാപിക്കുന്നതിനുള്ള ക്വട്ടേഷൻ മാച്ചിംഗ് ഗ്രാന്റ ് (πാൻ 2014-15 & 2015-16)' എന്ന് രേഖപ്പെടുത്തിയിരിക്കേ≠താണ്. വൈകി ലഭിക്കുന്ന ക്വട്ടേഷനുകൾ സ്വീകരിക്കുന്നതല്ല. ക്വട്ടേഷനുകൾ സ്വീകരിക്കുന്ന അവസാന തീയതി 6-5-2016, 2.30 മണിവരെ ആയിരിക്കും. ദർഘാസുകൾ സ്വീകരിക്കുന്നതിനോ, Estimate Amount—` 77,700.
