Petitioner:—P. S. Hari Krishna Prasad, aged 57 yrs, s/o Late Parameswaran Nair, residing at TC. 2/1963/15, GRA-89, Gowreesa Gardens, Gowreesapattom, Pattom P. O., Thiruvananthapuram-695 004.
Counter Petitioner:—Nil.
Whereas the above named petitioner has instituted the petition for Letters of Administration under Section 276 of the Indian Succession Act, XXXIX of 1925, in respect of a Will made by his brother late P. Jayachandran, s/o late Parameswaran Nair on 20-12-2014. In the Will the said P. Jayachandran bequeathed his 3 Cents 850 Sq. Links property as second item to his brother, P. S. Hari Krishna Prasad, the petitioner in the above original petition for his use and benefit absolutely and forever. The said immovable property under the above said Will consists of 3 cents and 850 Sq. Links in Block No.14 Sy. No. 112 of Sasthamangalam Village, Thiruvananthapuram Taluk. Notice is hereby given that if anybody have any objection in this matter may appear in this Court on 21-6-2016 in person or by a pleader duly instructed with all documents within 30 days from the date of publication of this notice, failing which the petitioner will be heard and determined without any prejudice.
