NOTICE
UNDER SECTION 9 (2) OF THE KERALA SURVEY AND BOUNDARIES ACT, 1961
No. H2-5606/13.
14th June 2016.
The subjoined statement is an extract from the survey field register giving particulars of the land registered and surveyed in the name of concerned. Appeal, if any, against the survey should be presented within three months from the date of publication of this notice to the Officer-in-charge of the survey whose headquarters are at Thalassery.
Field maps may be obtained on an application and on payment of the fee prescribed from time to time.

NOTIFICATION
Under sub-section (2) of section 6 of the said Act,
this notification shall be held to be a valid notice to UNDER SECTION 6 OF THE KERALA SURVEY AND
every person having any interest in the above said lands.
BOUNDARIES ACT, 1961
Under sub-section (3) of section 6 of the above No. H2-5956/15. 14th June 2016.
said Act, all the registered holders are hereby required:—
Whereas, the Government have directed the survey
(a) to clear within 15 days by cutting down or of lands comprised in survey number noted below in
removing any trees, jungle, fences, standing Kodiyeri Village in Thalassery Taluk, it is hereby notified
crops or other material obstructions, the under sub-section (1) of the section 6 of the Kerala
boundaries or other lines, the clearance of which Survey and Boundaries Act, 196l, that the survey
may be necessary for the purpose of survey; and operation will be started in the Village soon and survey
numbers of the above said Village noted below will be
(b) to provide labour at such time and for such demarcated and surveyed and that every person claiming
periods as may from time to time be required to be interested in the registered land situated within or
by furnish flag holders and the chainman; and adjoining the above mentioned land is hereby invited to 5172 KERALA GAZETTE [PART III 2. പ്രസ്തുത ആക്ടിലെ 13 എ വകുപ്പിലെ വ്യവസ്ഥകൾ അനുസരിച്ച് ജില്ലാ കളക്ടറുടെ ഉത്തരവ് പ്രകാരമോ 14-ാം വകുപ്പിലെ വ്യവസ്ഥ If any person fails to comply with these requisitions under clauses (a) to (c) mentioned above, the work will be got done by employing hired labour and the cost thereof will be recovered from the defaulters as provided in the Act and Rules made there under.
