This is to inform the public that the MKS Aboobacker Trust, Mattancherry, Mattancherry Village, Kochi Taluk of Ernakulam District having its property at Mattancherry measuring to an extent of 1.80 acres (i.e. 8102.60 square feet) comprised in Survey Registration Number 165/1, 165/2, 165/3, 166/3 and 1522 of Mattancherry Village, Kochi Taluk, Ernakulam District is a waqf registered with Kerala State Waqf Board bearing No. 3298/RA. The Mutawalli of the said property informs irrecoverably. Any person's having any knowledge of the whereabouts of the said document or if any person/ institution/entity other than the aforesaid MKS Aboobacker Trust claim to have and or having any right title, interest, charge, mortgage lien encumbrance or subsisting agreement over the said property or any demand and/or any other basis whatsoever against the said property are hereby called upon to lodge their claim or objection if any with valid documentary proof to the undersigned in writing within ten days from the date ofthat the original of the title deed No. 1160 Kollavarsham this publication, failing which it will deemed that there are 1107 Medam registered at Mattancherry Sub Register no claims, charges or encumbrances whatsoever on the Office pertaining to the above property is lost/ above mentioned property and any subsequent claims, interest or objection shall be invalid and shall not be entertained and deemed to have been waived and none has any right, title, interest and claim over the said property

except by the aforesaid MKS Abobacker trust and is free to

complete the process free of any encumbrance or adverse

claim whatsoever.
