Take notice that Sr. Anil Poulose, S/o P. M. Poulose, aged 42 years, residing at Pulikkunnel House, Puthupariyaram, Thodupuzha, Idukki District, Pin-685 584 and Mrs. Anusen, W/o Sen Pattassery, aged 44 years, residing at 15, Judges Avenue, Kaloor, Ernakulam, Pin-682 017 have retired from the registered partnership Firm 'Kitchen Pavilion' having its principal place of business at Floor A, Lipids House, Panampilly Nagar, Main Avenue, Ernakulam, Pin-682 036 and the partnership firm has been reconstituted as per Deed of partnership dated 15-12-2014 and notice has been given under sec. 63(1) of the Indian Partnership Act 1932 to the Registrar of Firms, Kerala and the said Persons shall not have any right or Liability in connection with the said firm with effect from their retirement respectively and this public notice is published in the Official Gazette and in Vernacular newspaper circulating in the District.
